This hotel offers the convenience of eating and shopping at the Landing, and you definitely pay for that convenience. The hotel staff was very friendly. We were able to get into our room early, which we very much appreciated. We tried to log in online, where it said we could pick our room, but for some reason, we had to pay at the desk and didn't get to pick. The suite was nice, if a little dated and worn. I did see where it's getting an upgrade next year. The view was also a little underwhelming. The best feature of the room was the soundproofing; in between the 2 rooms of the suite, in the hall, and between the guest rooms. I also loved the Crabtree and Evelyn bath products in the bathroom. I was disappointed at the lack of amenities at the price point of this hotel. 2 bottles of Nestlé water, while appreciated, is a little cheap. The room didn't have complementary bathrobes or a gift basket of the Crabtree and Evelyn products they used in the bathroom. I also think that $15 a day in parking fees is a little steep. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying and eating at the Landing and don't want to drive anywhere else. If you are only coming to the Landing for the day, you can find cheaper hotels and use the free parking on the north end.

Hotel's Favorite
Love this place. We had a lakeview/ balcony room on 4th floor in the second tower. The light and water show were fantastic. Lots of places to shop and eat. (Avoid Landshark.). Room was spacious, clean quite and comfortable. Will definitely be back!!

HORRIBLE! It has been almost 1 entire month since I stayed there for 1 night. They charged me a $50 incidental fee, which I get because I work at a hotel myself. HOWEVER, I have STILL not gotten it back! Yes, it was a debit card I used but I know that it does NOT take a month to go back on your card! I have tried to call multiple times and asked for a manager. They transfer me to the finance department, nobody answers so I leave a message and then NOBODY EVER RETURNS MY CALL!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED BY FAR.

We are sorry to hear of your frustration. We do recommend you reach out to your bank. Any unused funds are released by the hotel at departure. The release then goes to a merchant clearing house and then on to your bank. The entire process can take up to 7-10 business days and the authorizations usually appear as pending until they have cleared. Please know we appreciate your business and highly recommend you reach out to your bank, and they can help to explain or assist in releasing the authorizations still pending in your account.

The location was the only thing this room has going for it! The shower/sink has mold. The bathroom floor stained, dirty. The outside toilet bowl had something brown dripping down the front of It. One half roll of toilet paper for 3 night stay with only 4 bath towels for 2. Rooms are not cleaned or restocked, you have to ask. Bed sheet was stained. The coffee pot, tray and cups had dust all over it. The glass sliding glass door was very hard to open due to the tracks very dirty. The door was also not clean and hard to see out. Outside chair webbing was ripped and chairs needed replaced. did see a sign that said they were remodeling in 2024 but this should not affect the cleanliness. This is not Hilton standards.

Desk staff very nice, clean rooms, great car valets! Very helpful for ideas of things to do and went overboard to help these 75 year old ladies group of 12! Only issue was some girls didn't like their oat meal in a paper box!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The staff here are wonderful. It’s relatively close to everything you’d need. You can walk the landing to many shops and restaurants. The only draw back for us was the bed. It wasn’t very comfortable and felt like it was broken or just worn out. Another note, the shower head was leaking and broke when we got there. I ended up fixing it myself. The next person in room N326 shouldn’t have any issues with it. If we were to travel back here, we would definitely stay here again.

Checkin, valets & housekeeping was awesome. The lower rating was due to the need to upgrade the rooms with showers that have adequate water pressure. The room carpet is sticky, disgusting & needs replaced. The mini frig door seal was not attached & hanging. This is an upper management issue refusing to acknowledge need for updating rooms or allocating money for remodeling projects.

Location cannot be beat. We enjoyed exploring the area, shops and restaurants. Reading the reviews I was concerned about the dated rooms. We didn’t find them to be in bad shape. The balcony furniture was in bad shape, only 3 chairs you could use (fine for us a family of 3). But I did notice neighbors had their office/desk chair on the balcony. Only minor things would have helped, there were no sheets/bedding/pillows for the pullout couch so had to call to get them along with blankets of course we realized this at bedtime and after traveling all day would have just like to go to bed. There is plenty of closet storage they could have left them in the room. The pullout sofa was tricky to get out and I thought uncomfortable but our 11 year old slept well. Only one roll of toilet paper to get through the weekend. Two towels! By the last day trash was piling up. I understand on the housekeeping rules and really don’t mind but then I wish they’d stock you up in the room given this and a larger trash can. We had an amazing view and balcony. The garage is a little bit of a walk but worth it to us to be in the south building. Staff were all very friendly.

The only thing this hotel had going for it was the location. We checked in the employee at the desk said the elevators are behind you. We walked around for 30 minutes before we realized we had to walk outside and into the other tower. The bathroom had trash in it from the previous people. Scared to think about what else wasn’t cleaned. No one explained to us that no one would clean the room. Waited 45 minutes for clean towels. No one explained the self parking in the garage would cost. Oh, and our balcony overlooked the roof. No view at all. Terrible customer service. For the price, should have been better.
