Detailed Reviews

We’ve stayed here many times but this time we opted for a one bedroom condo and now that will be our first choice every time. Nice covered parking garage, always friendly and efficient hotel staff, clean hallways and elevators. Condo
had a full-size refrigerator with a good working ice maker. We had a view facing the train and the Hilton Convention Center. The traffic is a bit loud. I like how the balconies keep the rain and weather at bay because they are semi-enclosed. The Landing was so busy and fun! Love Starbucks next door and Big Whiskey’s downstairs in the lobby had some great food ~ we ordered online and walked down and picked it up. It was quick and easy. There is no food delivery allowed ~ the delivery personnel aren’t allowed on the hotel floors as they are all locked and key card access only. Overall, this will continue to be our Branson hotel. Highly recommend for location and comfort.

Love this place. We had a lakeview/ balcony room on 4th floor in the second tower. The light and water show were fantastic. Lots of
places to shop and eat. (Avoid Landshark.). Room was spacious, clean quite and comfortable.
Will definitely be back!!

We came to this hotel after a terrible experience at another Branson location (Westgate Branson Woods Resort) The room was top notch, and very clean! The Bathroom was HUGE! Air conditioning quiet, yet powerful.
Parking was very easy, as they have a reserved area in the adjacent parking garage.
Location is fantastic, as you step out the door and are on the Branson Landing mall. Numerous food and drink options a few steps away.
The only negative I could say is that the nightly prices were very steep. I was also put off with them wanting to charge an extra $25 for an early check-in. We instead went to lunch first and then checked in to avoid it.
The only negative on the room itself was that the GFI Outlet in the bathroom was not working, It would not reset. But the front desk did offer to send a repairman right up to fix it. We stayed in the North Tower. I probably would not leave such a great review if I had been sent to a different building, so if you stay here, be sure to request the main (North) building
In summary, excellent location if you can afford it.

I have stayed in this Hilton before in the North tower and had no issues. This visit I stayed in the South tower. The room was ok but it was two locked closets in the room and i inquired about the locked closets at the front desk and the customer service representative said she would look into it because she was not aware of the locked closets. My family and I went out for the evening and we returned late to our room. Around 3am I heard I thought was water running, so I got up to ensure the water was off in the restroom, no water running so I fell back to sleep. I got up again around 5am and I still heard water running so I decided to investigate more, I went to the locked closets (I thought was a closet) and stepped in water. I called the front desk 3 times before someone answered and informed them of the water running and the carpet being wet. The maintenance guy came to room and discovered that behind the locked closets were water heaters that were leaking. The maintenance guy said he needed to go and discuss the issue with the front desk and would return, before he departed he turned the water heater off. Maintenance came back with a loud machine to dry up the water (which didn’t help) and a water hose to drain the water heater and stated he would return. During all this I had to wake my family up. No one from the front desk called to ensure that any of our property or to apologize for the inconvenience. I finally went to the front desk to request a different room, when I arrived, the front desk stated they were aware of the situation but never called to move my family to a different room. We moved to a different room. We continued with our plans for that Saturday and returned to our room, to discover that the room only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, usually it’s another roll or two under the sink, but no. Once again I called the front desk to request toilet paper. Waited for about 45 minutes and with kids you can imagine . I went to the front desk and requested some toilet paper because a child was in need in the bathroom. I was informed that the front desk has no toilet paper and it would have to wait on housekeeping, I stated that I had someone in the restroom that needed toilet paper now, I was told that she could help me with Kleenex because that’s all the front desk had. I asked to speak with the manager, explained to her my issue from the water heater to no toilet paper, she said that I should have informed them earlier if I heard running water and that she would get housekeeping to bring toilet paper to my room. I don’t anyone should be staying in a room with a water heater that has not been serviced properly and if housekeeping sees a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in a room, a roll should be placed in the room.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Promenade whilst travelling throughout the USA. The hotel is centrally located at Branson Landing providing easy walking access to restaurants suitable for all budgets, entertainment, and the fountain display.
During my stay rooms were not serviced daily, rather upon request due to Covid/staffing issues. Staff were friendly however a little slow when requests were made for more towels. (I didn’t have a issue not having daily room serviced however the daily rate should have reflected this or compensation offered). Also, be mindful that in the event that it rains during your stay, this hotel does ‘not’ offer loan umbrellas to guests, something I found strange for a Hilton hotel.
Rooms were generous in size, including the bathrooms which boosted both a tub and walk in shower. The over all hotel was clean, however the lobby had a very strong chlorine smell (from the adjacent in door pool)
Wi-Fi internet is free but extremely flakey and unreliable, in most instances better connecting was achieved from Branson Landing wifi network.
Overall I enjoyed my stay in Branson, location was greats, given post Covid limitations I would recommend to anyone willing to spend a little extra for location.

Our hotel room was one of the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were stained in multiple spots, mold in the shower, a vent above the door that you could hear everyone in your door way, that lead to two other rooms, and they could hear you. Not to mention the light that shined in your room all night. I went to the front desk to speak to a manager about the sheets and the front desk person went to get them, but the wouldn’t even come out of the back only said they’d discount the room (keep in mind it is over $400 a night with tax) and wanted to know if I wanted the sheets changed, of course I do! 🤢 NOT to Hilton standards! I did give it two points for location.

My mom and I traveled to Branson on October 18, 2024. We checked in and our room was in the South Tower. We accidentally went to the North Tower first. As we got off the elevator and walked to our room, the hallway looked to be newly remodeled, new carpet, nice lighting, paint, etc. We quickly realized we were in the wrong location and went to the South Tower. Immediately upon entering the hallway, it smelled horrible, the carpet was filthy, old furnishings and wall paper. Our room was no better. Multiple stains on the carpet and, in fact, the carpet was so old it was loose from the floor and wrinkling. I contacted the front desk but since it was a Friday night they were booked and could not put us into another room.
On Sunday night we were moved to a room in the North Tower. Although the room was better, the air conditioner didn't work well so we had to keep the blackout shades down so it would stay somewhat cool. The remote for the TV also didn't work as it wouldn't change the channel.
The parking for the entire hotel is on the opposite side of the rooms. So you must walk through the lobby, around the workout/pool area, out the side door, across the loading zone for deliveries, and into another door to take the elevator down to the parking. Just being my mom and I we didn't feel safe at all.
The common areas were generally filthy. The elevator in the parking structure had the same trash and spill stains in it all week. Clearly that is never cleaned. The hallways, even in the North Tower, were cluttered with trash on the floor. The rooms seemed to be cleaned daily but no vacuuming in the hallways ever took place that we could see.
The only positive for that hotel is the location. You can walk right out and be at the landing where there are restaurants, shopping, etc. That's the only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1. I would never stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing again!

I, like many others, booked this for the location and because they could accommodate a family of 6.
Pros, close to downtown Branson shops, spacious room with kitchen and balcony. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Cons, pricey to not include breakfast, free coffee, nor complimentary parking. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast. You have to go across the street & train tracks to the Hilton to get breakfast. And, the parking garage is opposite side of the complex to the family suites. Fortunately my 4 children can now carry / pull their own luggage. It was a decent walk from the garage through the main building to a different building. The extra bedding for the sleeper sofa wasn’t in the room but they did bring it in a timely manner. Room was dated.
I would not stay here again but it may work well for others. For the same price, I’d book 2 rooms at the Hampton or similar type property and have breakfast, coffee, & parking included in the price.

This hotel offers the convenience of eating and shopping at the Landing, and you definitely pay for that convenience.
The hotel staff was very friendly. We were able to get into our room early, which we very much appreciated.
We tried to log in online, where it said we could pick our room, but for some reason, we had to pay at the desk and didn't get to pick.
The suite was nice, if a little dated and worn. I did see where it's getting an upgrade next year. The view was also a little underwhelming.
The best feature of the room was the soundproofing; in between the 2 rooms of the suite, in the hall, and between the guest rooms. I also loved the Crabtree and Evelyn bath products in the bathroom.
I was disappointed at the lack of amenities at the price point of this hotel. 2 bottles of Nestlé water, while appreciated, is a little cheap. The room didn't have complementary bathrobes or a gift basket of the Crabtree and Evelyn products they used in the bathroom. I also think that $15 a day in parking fees is a little steep.
I would recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying and eating at the Landing and don't want to drive anywhere else. If you are only coming to the Landing for the day, you can find cheaper hotels and use the free parking on the north end.

I used to live in Branson during the hey day and before the landing really existed. I took the recommendation of a friend to stay here and we are Hilton members. We did online check in and said we would arrive at 4. We arrived at 4:15, stood in line for a while as we needed a key to access the garage. We were told our room was not ready as the hotel was full. Not acceptable. You clean your arrival rooms before your stay overs. Almost 2 hours later we were told there was an upgraded room available if we would like to move to that room or wait for our reserved room type. The word complimentary was left out of the response. At over $300 plus $15 parking and no access to a luggage cart and having to walk from the garage, through the lobby, outside to the next building - I was not impressed with the Hilton level of service. We didn't arrive early and try to check in, we were within 1/2 hour of stated arrival time. The room is nice, the beds are 2 different heights- like a 3" difference between them that is comical. I'm so disappointed with the service upon arrival that I will rethink Hilton as my first choice.

I will say… The Promenade is a much quieter and seemingly smaller hotel.
Breakfast is not included unless you book a package that does offer breakfast with the room rate. Breakfast is available in Level 2 from 6:30 am until 9:30 am. And until 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. There are also some local diners that offer a nice breakfast close to the hotel. Lake view rooms may be booked and must have LAKE VIEW in the room description otherwise the view/room location is not guaranteed. They are typically higher in rate. Thank you
The hotel is split between two buildings. The south building is across from the one that has the front desk. I’ve stayed in the south building and it’s the basically the same.
Yes the condo does have a sofa sleeper. All of the 1 bedroom condo suites do offer a washer and dryer and some are shared with other units in an alcove.
Hi There! Thank you for asking, while this is a hot topic unfortunately smoking is not allowed on any of the balconies. The hotel does have designated smoking areas around the exterior of the hotel as well as 3 smoking rooms. Once again we appreciate your taking the time to ask your question and look forward to your future visits with the Hiltons of Branson
