Room was large, clean and floor to ceiling windows. We had one issue with the air but it was quickly resolved. The room was extremely clean. Loved this stay! We stayed a few years back and had some issues but you can tell this hotel is fully staffed now and serving people with great service again.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, which included a balcony with a view of the fountains. Our daughters 2 rooms down from us in a 2 queen room with balcony, which also was spacious. The location was perfect for our needs! We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping, and the drive to other activities while we were in Branson was minimal. As we were driving there the first day I noticed an unusual charge on my credit card from the hotel. I stopped at the front desk upon arrival, and they were very apologetic and offered to comp us for valet parking due to the inconvenience. The positive interaction set the tone for the rest of the week. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff we interacted with were pleasant, and the location was perfect. My only negative comment is that they only supply 2 bath towels to start with. We were told to call when we wanted towels, but they never came. We ended up coming across a cleaning cart later and were able to grab some additional towels. Other than that, our stay was near perfect. As we were leaving my husband commented that he would like to return, as we ran out of time to get to everything on our list, and he had no desire to stay anyplace else. Great stay!…
Stayed 2 nights and had a great experience from the time we arrived. The valets greeted us immediately and check in was a breeze. Had a 2 room suite on the 10th floor and it was very nice. The pool area was kept up very nicely and they had a pool bar on Friday and Saturday. Had dinner at the Level2 Steakhouse and it was outstanding as well. Branson Landing is just across the street so the Hotel is in a great location. Highly recommend.
Please note the hotel is in need of a refresh. Carpets need to be stretched and beds were sagging. They allow huge dogs that bark all night and morning. For this price, you should get better quality. We were given hotel points for the barking dog, but it ruined our second night.
Rarely do I write reviews. However, our stay here was so bad that I felt obligated. Stayed with family. Supposed to have adjoined rooms. Didn't. One of the rooms' AC didn't work. No remedy. Hotel was booked so a change of rooms wasn't possible. Rooms smelled badly. Towels stained. Bed had chocolate on it. Will be returning to Branson. Will absolutely never stay here again.
I've been going to this property since it opened and it's never had a remodel and boy is it showing. Carpet is wrinkled everywhere you go. Furniture is sagging and broken. We couldn't even use one of the drawers on our dresser. Tile grout is disappearing. Seals on shower doors were simply hanging. I literally felt like i was in a Motel 6 at $300 a night.
Location, right in the key area of "The Landing" is great. Microwaves in the rooms would be a nice touch. Since you don't have breakfast in the building, at least have a coffee/tea service downstairs.
Overpriced average hotel charged extra for every thing and no free breakfast no free parking. Average room. Basic cable. Amazing oversized bathroom. Shower only double sinks no tub. Hallway outside smelled like sewer.
The last two Christmas season (2020 and 2021) we stayed in this hotel and we have had great time ,Christmas Eve dinner was delicious, the hotel has a lot area for walk, it is close to Branson lending and Polar express train , the second time we stayed in a suite and really we feel like home , we had wonderful family time
Traveled with a group of friends. They reserved a block of rooms for our trip to Branson. This Hilton had it all. We were very pleased with everything. Clean and welcoming rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff found here.
