My family and I spent 2 nights in the hotel and we will not return. The location is convenient for visiting the downtown and stores nearby but you will have to drive to other areas, so be sure you are near what you want to see. The room smelled like a mixture between cigarette smoke and mildew. Visit was with 4 adults, room had two towels. No trash bags in trash cans and 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. After paying a premium price for the room, didn't expect to have to pay $15 a day to park my vehicle in the hotels parking lot.

We had a very relaxing & pleasant stay at this impressive hotel in the heart of Branson’s Landing scenic shopping area. Here’s my list of PRO’S & CONCERNS: PRO’S 1) LOCATION - if you want to be near some of the BEST shopping & restaurants in Branson - this is the right place to be. 2) AMENITIES - top notch in comfort and cleanliness (we stayed at 3 different area hotels - this was the best) 3) QUIET - the walls are well insulated & the rooms very quiet and relaxing. 4) SECURITY- must have key to enter elevator & access each floor. Full time staff available for any concerns. 5) COVID CLEAN - staff was all masked & rooms were super sanitized. CONCERNS: 1) STAFF - the individuals at front desk in our 2 encounters were not very friendly. The bell staff were demanding & pushy - encouraging us not to park out front to unload our luggage unless we paid for valet parking 😞 2) NEEDS UPDATED- one of my key measures for whether a hotel needs updated is scratches on furniture (there was some) and USB ports near nightstands & bathrooms (there are NONE). I reported concerns with sagging carpet & stained toilet seat. These items were quickly REPAIRED 🤗

Pros: Newer, exceptionally clean, staff great, rooms size adequate, breakfast quality is above average. Excellent location to the Landing and main strip of attractions. In-room dining was reasonably priced. Cons: Walls between rooms thin can hear more than you should if you have a room on the Landing side around 12:20 AM you will hear the bells and rumble of the train coming through. Parking charges for self-parking. I have stayed at both properties-the Landing property and the convention center property. You cannot go wrong with either choice if looking for a major brand property.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton’s everywhere, this is the worst. If you like walking three blocks with your luggage, this is your hotel. If you like rude wait staff, this is your hotel. If you like maintenance staff that talks to the supervisor in front of guests about how some family snuck a dog and they are “idiots”… this is your hotel

We will ensure your comments are shared with each department manager so we may work to improve in these areas. Please know this is not our standard as we want our guests to have an enjoyable visit. We usually hear good comments and appreciate knowing areas of focus to revisit training. Wasn’t at all what we thought. Many parts of our room had places broken or paint peeling. The couch bed was disgusting and our utensils included with the room were visibly dirty. Especially with covid they should have been clean. Other than that I will saw location was great. Due to the cleanliness issue though we won’t be staying here again I don’t think.
