Just came back from a 4 night stay at The Carriage House. We stay here every trip now. Clean, comfortable rooms with a hot breakfast at a very reasonable rate. The Carriage House our choice in Branson because it is near the center of the busiest theaters in branson. Dining options are close by. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are basic motel type rooms but always clean and comfortable.

The room included many amenities such as ironing board and iron, refrigerator, microwave, a table for playing cards, coffee maker, and a hair dryer. They provided a complete complimentary breakfast and customer friendly pricing. One drawback was not enough hot water for showering. We will return.

There are positives and negatives to this hotel. Positives: (1) Great location. Near everything and on the yellow route. (2) Price. Very reasonable. (3) Comfortable, clean rooms. Negatives; (1) The rooms are not pictured. That building is the office and breakfast area. The rooms are actually behind that and remind me of an old Knight's Inn. Outside doors. (2) 3 floors (on one side, 2 on the other) and no elevator. (3) Simple breakfast that is the same every day. (4) When you stay multiple nights, your room is not serviced daily. We ran out of coffee the 1st morning. Trash built up as did towels used multiple times. Saw another room put trash and well used towels outside door. We did that, but no one gave us new towels and never got coffee. Finally, I went to office and got both. Overall, I'd stay here again and bring my own coffee and replace towels from the front desk!!…

We spent 3 nights here while we explored Branson and the surrounding area. This is a solid budget choice for Branson. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, answering questions and making recommendations. The rooms are older but everything was clean and everything worked. We were able to get a ground floor room with parking right in front of the door. It made it wonderful to move luggage. The bed was average in comfort, there is also a desk and chair. TV & WIFI both worked well. Our used towels were replaced each day and the garbage was removed. How many places do that these days? Breakfast was good. It was nice to see a variety of fruit, pastries, cereal and breads along with biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs. By the 3rd morning, however, I was ready for something different. Here's my "not so good" list: Toiletries are a dispenser on the wall. I don't like that. Shower has a "low flow" head that is really low flow. Hard to have a good shower. Small maintenance items - the door squeaked loudly each time we opened it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again. The rate was reasonable and I was happy to enjoy Branson without spending a fortune on a room. Good solid choice.…

Very nice staff. Clean, comfy room. Great stay. We always stay in cheaper hotels in Branson, we will definitely pick this one again. Did not get to experience breakfast. Everything in the room exceeded our expectations. Not a single complaint

The Carriage House was a great choice for my family during our week in Branson. The pros: Very clean rooms. Comfortable mattresses. Location. Indoor pool with toys available for the kids to play with (pool noodles, balls). Customer service - good advice on where to go for dinner, helpful with answering questions. Hot breakfast options included biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage patties, daily. Cold options included fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal, and bread. The cons: No wifi in one of the rooms - it's an old brick building and the signal just didn't reach us. Breakfast was the same options every day.

Rooms are dated, but very clean. Nice breakfast. Quiet motel and liked the outside entrances for unloading luggage. Definitely much cheaper than most motels, so it's a great value especially if you need multiple rooms for family. Very friendly front office staff.

To begin, the clerk seemed annoyed by us interrupting her evening by us checking in. We brushed it off and went to our room. We get to our room to find AC unit was VERY noisy to where it would have been impossible to sleep. It wasn’t just a normal hum of an AC. In addition to the hum, it sounded like a phone off the hook, only amplified 100 times. Phone in room did not work at all. Had to look up number to call front desk from our cell phone. Clerk could care less and had no interest in resolving. Her solution was to unplug the AC. This was not reasonable considering it was over 100 degree heat index that day! Management was absent and unreachable. Went down to front desk to speak with clerk to try to resolve. Clerk continued to be rude and even lied to us a couple of times, first saying she had no other rooms, then saying she only had a king room; saying all rooms were full, then she had a room she changed us to; so, which is it! Room moved to also had AC that was just as bad! We could not stay as we would not get any sleep. We had to find a new hotel and we did find one without noisy AC. Management refuses to refund. So, unless you like noisy AC and terrible staff and management, go elsewhere! This place is the worst we ever booked, anywhere! We never had problems with any other place we have stayed in Branson in the twenty years we have been frequenting Branson. …

My wife and i stayed here for 2 nights. This was pleasant surprise. We were a little skeptical because its one of the lower priced places we found around town and it's been our experience that you usually get what you pay for. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was comfy. The clerk at check-in was welcoming. This place is close to the strip and for the price, one of the better values in branson. All around great stay. A hidden gem.
