Good location, near the Branson action. Liked the Marine who was one of the employees but the guy behind the counter was a bit disrespectful. Hot water worked sporadically. Issues with booking. Wouldn't stay there again.

We made the mistake of only booking one night in our hotel, so we were on the hunt for a vacant room. After booking another hotel to only have them text me at 9.pm that they overbooked. This hotel was the only one available. I first checked online and the rate was $91... more then I wanted to spend but better then a 5 hour drive home at 10pm. So I called to make sure there was a room available like online said. The front desk person said there was 3 rooms left I booked one... when I went to check in she told me it was $165 a night. I said the website says it’s $91, she said I gave you a discount if you would have called earlier it would have been over $200.... I reluctantly took the room. Beds were very uncomfortable, one of the beds was lower then the other, the laminate floor was coming apart. The breakfast was gone by 8:30. Will definitely not stay again.

I've seen a lot of worse places. This wasn't the best either. . Smoking table right near our door. Stool seat was loose and sliding. But it was fairly clean and the price was okay. It's now apparently an OYO location

Always a place to save some money so that you have a little more for activities in Branson. Not the nicest place we stay but clean and safe. We recommend the accommodations for families or anyone on a limited budget!

This is absolutely the WORST, DIRTIEST, MOST DISGUSTING hotel I've ever stepped foot in! Pictures on the internet did NOT depict the actual rooms. Walking into the room it smelled dirty, the toilet had feces marks in it, pulled back both bed sheets and discovered human hair in both beds (not just one in each, there were several). When brought to the attention of the man at the front desk, he never addressed that issue. He just said they were doing upgrades. Air conditioner didn't work. Poorly lit around entire exterior of hotel. We asked for a refund in full and we were given it as we didn't and would have NEVER stayed here!

Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed was good. Pillows were decent. There was a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker and no breakfast but I felt the price reflected this. This was a very affordable stay and I would stay here again.

I was surprised when I pulled up to check in that the motel was nicer than expected especially since I paid $29 for a king room with fridge and microwave. They are in the middle of remodeling, so a little noisy during the day time, but a great deal and close to attractions.

Stayed with my daughter on a shopping trip. Cost 50 + tax. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. The only thing missing was a coffee pot. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, waffles, doughnuts, and cereal. The man who checked us in was nice and let us stay a little past check out time. Definitely will return.
