This one-bedroom unit fit our needs well. Despite a noisy dishwasher, the kitchen appliances and utensils were in good condition. The king bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't have time to take advantage of the resort's amenities, they were plentiful--large indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor shuffleboard, indoor table-top shuffleboard, ping pong, pool tables, outdoor miniature golf, volleyball court, and tennis court.

My wife and I have stayed here twice in two years. Each time we have been impressed by our overall experience. Large, spacious rooms. Very clean facility. Within a 10-miute drive to most of the area shows. Very helpful staff. And best of all, the prices are reasonable. For our most recent stay, our room included a dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer stack combo, living room, bathroom, bedroom and a screened patio. Two telephones and two large screen TVs. I don't know the exact footage, but it was huge. The price we paid was perhaps just $10 higher than a standard room at many of the local motels. As long as we can rent at this facility, we are never going back to the regular hotels. Highly recommend this place.

11/18/2023 Upon checking into room 2122B we discovered feces on the toilet seat and a filthy microwave oven, inside and out. I went to the desk and happened on the manager, Terry Scott, to explain the problem and show pictures. We chose not to have someone come in and clean as we had reservations, were short on time, and did not want the intrusion. He offered a refund of our resort fee and a different room, explaining that he was not able to refund any of the third party (super.com) charges. We arrived in room 2414B to find it better, but still lacking in cleanliness. I have pictures of feces inside the toilet bowl and long term grim in the rough surface bottom of the tub. It was late and we had to go to our show, so we picked up some cleaning solution and cleaned up ourselves. I had another conversation with Terry Scott to explain the problems with his cleaning crew so he could resolve his problems. He asked for copies of the pictures. 11/19/2024 After going to bed, my wife went to the restroom and found a strong order of cigarette smoke. I immediately called the front desk at 10:42 pm. I told her that cigarette smoke was coming into our room around the bathroom / adjoining door. I gave our room number and she said she would send security. In the meantime, we opened the door and fanned out smoke, leaving the door open for a while in 40 degree weather and running the bathroom fan. At 11:20 pm, I called again to see if the problem was resolved and a man explained that nothing had been done because of miscommunication among their staff. He then explained that security had to enter MY room and smell the smoke (which we had already removed). I requested that security all on my neighbor directly, to which he refused as security had not been able to smell MY room. I asked for a manger, to which he replied non was on duty. I asked to call a manager at home and he refused. At this point I became rather unpleasant and said I was not going to wait for my room to fill with smoke again to try to resolve this problem. We packed up and checked out. A different man at the desk said he would inform Terry of everything and that I should expect a call. Note that my best reasoning is that someone in the adjacent room was smoking in the bathroom and their exhaust fan was pushing the smoke into our room. An addict willing to break the rules and show carelessness for others will undoubtedly repeat this offence. I was able to secure a refund from Terry and Super.com for the days we did not stay. There were no money issues. Also, note that when you check in, you will be sent to the concierge's desk in order to pick up your parking pass. This is a lousy ploy hit you with sales pitch, delaying you from making your way to your room. I recommend demanding your parking pass from the front desk as you check in. Close to many attractions. Rooms were good size, and had a screened porch which was very nice to have. Two bedroom suite is actually two rooms with door between them. Mattresses are very firm, gave us back pain. Rooms could have benefited from a little more cleaning - jacuzzi tub and light fixtures. Some lightbulbs out. Large property, so pool use requires car ride. Property did have free activities.

Overall the trip was agreeable. We enjoyed mini-golf and the hot tub and the activity center with playing pool. I was disappointed in the condition of the kitchen unit and the quality of the furniture. I expected better quality.

My parents wedding anniversary led us to try a new property. As Worldmark owners, this was an RCI exchange. Having stayed in quite a few Wyndham resorts and a few Worldmark - our expectations were for an "exchange". Not even close. This property (we learned during the timeshare spiel) was recently purchased and our rooms had yet to be refurbished. Peeling paint, window shade too short to cover the front window (under a bright porch light), and generally old-looking furniture. We stayed in two separate units, side-by-side and both were of the same low quality.

The condos we were assigned were different than the last time we stayed. There were less sleeping options for our family. Also, our condo shower wouldn't drain, the bathroom door hinge was broke, there was no door to the hot water heater, and there was hair all in the shower from the prior occupants. I told the resort and they said they would send someone to address those issues but nothing was done. The hair was still all over the shower wall when we returned later that night.

First time staying there, it was nice for a family getaway. It was clean and private. As for the rate of staying there per night was reasonable. Even though it was pretty dark to find it when arriving late, but the staff were kind and took their time to explain how to get there. The staff even offer to have one of the security escort us to the building if we couldn't find it. Which was nice.
