We stayed at the Suites at Fall Creek this past week on a time share exchange. It is a very nice resort, clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, both of which were very clean. There are gas and charcoal grills available for use. There are clothes washers and dryers in each unit. The resort is an hour drive from the Springfield-Branson Airport. There are many things to do in the Branson area.
Our first visit to Branson was delightful, and our accommodations were nice, but undergoing some renovations. We arrived late, maybe 6 p.m., and after a brief check-in process we found our suite easily. My wife's fear of heights surfaced as we walked along a somewhat narrow outside aisle. She really had a problem when we approached a stairway that had been removed and a 4 x 8 section of PVC panel was secured with plastic wire ties. Construction noise awakened us the next morning. Our visit to the 'office' couldn't have gone better, and we were re-assigned a suite on the other end of the building, and it was even on a lower level. Enjoyed the Suites at Fall Creek, Branson and the surrounding area.
This property has 3 pods, each about a quarter mile apart. The advertisement for this properties referred to and implied that they amenities were accessible. In fact they are accessible only by car or a quarter mile walk in the heat and humidity. They also charge for these amenities that are not accessible unless you are in POD 1, which we were not.
We had a great time at this resort.. They do blow the putt putt area off every morning at 7 am The resort is close to everything. The concierge did not return my calls before our trip. There were limited contracts for tickets, but it did not affect us. The rooms were clean. the beds were fine.
The size of the room and amenities (kitchen, dishes, pool, etc) were great for us. We were close to town. Upon checkin, our building was very hard to find. Some mildew in the toilet on checkin, they promptly cleaned when notified and told me it was a problem they couldn’t fix. Outdoor trash not regularly emptied. Everything else clean and comfy.
Apart from bad internet service, I enjoyed my stay at Suites at Fall Creek. Size of the rooms are great. Service is good. Pools and hot tubs are maintained well. Pool got crowded on weekends but I have very positive experience staying at the resorts.
Be aware that this resort is spread throughout an odd area. There are many privately owned condos and a trailer park surrounding and sort of within the resort area. You have to drive through them to get to the marina. The pool, mini golf and the bridge you see in the pics are all very close together around what seem to be the main three buildings. Also LOTS of noise from the pool until after 11:00 at night. It took us until the third night to figure out that is where the noise was coming from because we didn’t even face the pool. No woods view from the screened patio either. Nope, all our windows faced the trailer park. It was very clean, staff is friendly, kitchen is well equipped, decent location, uncomfortable furniture very firm beds. Not worth what we paid.
Was great but I do NOT do social media and do not believe half of what I read about hotels, restaurants and resorts. Was great but do not want it published. I am a research scientist and deal with facts and am not a fiction writer as many are.
My wife, who is very discerning when it comes to accommodations, is thoroughly happy with these arrangements. Our family of six is easily accommodated and our condo has had everything we need. We are at the opposite end of the property, but when we texted for towels, staff was here in a jiffy. We have to drive to the activities area with the pools, but that is minor. The condo was clean upon arrival and we are enjoying everything in Branson except the heat advisories.
This place was dirty & had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to clean bathroom floor and toilet. I would not no recommend this place to no one. its old and well used up. i understand that Hilton has purchased the property. This sure isn't Hilton quality as they have lots to do. Timeshare was a little pushy.
