Located on the yellow route in Branson next to Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf. (if you have visited--you know what that means!). Rooms were good sized. The bed was a little too firm for us but a good quiet stay. Reasonably priced and breakfast was filling. The ladies in the breakfast area were constantly refreshing the food and when that was full, they continually cleaned everything.

Husband and I stayed one night on the way home to Nashville. Never being there before I did not realize it was a ways off the main strip of attractions but it worked out because it was very quiet at night. Pool was in excellent shape and we sat by it or a bit before going to the room for the night. This is an older hotel and not updated. That being said we had the best nights sleep while on the road since I do not know when and we travel alot! Air conditioner was very quiet and bed was good as well as the cover. Breakfast is held upstairs and had a good selection including biscuits and gray and a latte machine. Decent stay!

We choose to stay at the Brookwood Inn after reading online reviews for value-priced hotels in Branson. Brookwood was a terrific value! To save money on meals when we travel, we look for places that serve breakfast. Not only did Brookwood have breakfast, but they also have desserts in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs on the property, in case mobility is an issue for you or someone in your party. The hotel location is off of the main Branson strip, but still connects easily and quickly to all the local places of interest. Next door is a fun minigolf course. We would stay at the Brookwood Inn again when visiting Branson.

When we got there we were informed the motel was not officially open. They were remodeling and they wouldn't be providing a hot breakfast or evening pasteies. They gave us q small brown sack with 2 fruit snacks, 2 trail mix packs, 1 pack of 2 small muffins and 1 small container of peaches. Their website did not indicate that they were remodeling or breakfast was not available. At least we were put in a room that had been remodeled and clean. When we went to check out at 7:30 am, the office was closed. Since we made this reservation a month in advanced we should have been told the hotel was not providing what was advertised. We would have booked elsewhere.

We stayed here at the end of a Senior Trip so we could see the Sight and Sound show, "Esther", which was amazing! We rolled into town with just enough time to change/get ready for the show and leave. We ate after the show and arrived back to the hotel around midnight. That's when we realized there was NO toilet paper in the room. We sent the girls to the office and there was a sign that said "Closed from 11pm-7am". We called the "office" number listed in the room and he told us that there was nobody there who could hand us a roll of toilet paper as housekeeping had gone home. 2 moms, 2 teen daughters, ZERO toilet paper.

The stay wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. I stayed because of reviews I seen on some site. But the room didn’t have anyplace to charge phones. Room smelled musty. The staff would speak only if spoken to. The phone in the room didn’t work. I never seen anyone cleaning. They did Ofer a decent breakfast with eggs and waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, sausage & some muffins. In the evenings they served cobbler, cookies and ice cream from 9:00-11:00pm Breakfast was from 7:00-10:00 am

We normally stay at a "chain" hotel when we come to Branson, but this year their prices were extremely pricey. Took a chance on the Brookwood Inn since it had good reviews. Booked 2 double queen rooms, side by side. We got placed on the 2nd floor, which on the one side is walk in level. One on the reasons for booking was the free ice cream, cobbler and cookies from 9pm to 11pm. It was a refreshing late night snack that we really enjoyed. Full breakfast in the morning was great too. Easy access to the backroads if you want to avoid hwy 76 traffic. Will definitely stay the next time we come to Branson

This hotel was very nice for the price. A hot breakfast every morning was included (eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.) each morning. In the evening, fresh cobbler and cookies were available (in addition to ice cream cups). It was in a great location and very close to all the shows and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negatives were that the ac/heat unit was very loud and the light in the bathroom also turned on the fan which was kind of loud, too, especially in the middle of the night. But overall, we had a great stay!

Brookwood Inn is the best quiet, clean place that you can stay at. It has a pool, a place where you can grill out, cable, and wi-fi. You're in walking distance of seafood restaurants on both sides of road, and you can also sit outside your room day or night to enjoy the quietness. Brookwood has a washer and dryer for their guest, along with an ice machine. Oh, I can't forget about Mrs. Julie and Mr. Rob, the owners. Kudos to the two of you for being so awesome to your guests. 10 Stars

Very clean and well maintained older hotel in a very convenient location near entertainment in Branson. Great value with a beautiful outdoor pool, excellent free hot breakfast, and an unexpected free dessert bar 9-11 pm after the local shows are done! There is even a nice furnished patio on top of the portico. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was the lack of elevators but for the price we were willing to tote our things up the outdoor steps. We will remember this place and visit again!
