We had a great time at Grand Country. Check in was very fast and easy (we were able to check in at 230 - they didn’t appear busy). Rooms were comfortable, bed and pillows were soft. Hot water gets VERY hot very fast so be careful. We went to the indoor water park and it was pleasant. Be aware that in the off season they open as late as 1pm on some days but are usually open late. We didn’t do any of the other amenities. Clean and friendly and close to many major attractions. Recommend!

Came here a few years back it's way better than before since the remodel. It made by son's day so it's worth every penny. Even though the dip and dots, the food looked great as well. Oh, and the lifeguards were very friendly, which can't get better than that m

Overpriced indoor/outdoor waterpark. The "Outdoor" portion is nothing more than a splash pad. The indoor waterpark was not run efficiently, took ten minutes for a manager to scan my tickets (while employee standing at desk played on his phone), purchased a locker but was never told where lockers were located, by the time I find out, I had walked up to where the outdoor portion was at. While using lazy river, several young kids (ranging in ages from 5-8 years old) were rough housing and pushing me into walls while the two lifeguards did nothing. This place as so overpriced and poorly run, I would not come back.

We had a room near the pool with a bunkhouse for the kids. They loved having their own area with a tv. I read horror stories about check in problems, but was pleasantly surprised. It took about seven minutes to check in. The man at the counter was very friendly, and answered all my questions with a smile. We hadn’t been to the water park in many years. The kids loved all the new slides and wave pool. The breakfast buffet is the best in Branson. We will stay again.

My child had an amazing day/couldn’t get her to leave. We were there for nearly 9 hr. Food@grill was absolutely delicious&well priced! I wish there were towels outside@children’s splash pad/pool area.

Soooo much bigger than I expected!! We went to the indoor waterpark and stayed in adjoining rooms. The rooms were cute and clean. Kind of a paired down Disney vibe. I was pleasantly surprised. Does look like a motel with outside rooms, but the inside is updated and extremely clean with comfortable beds. Coffee is standard gross low end motel coffee but there is a Starbucks directly across the street. Kids were 12 year olds and had a blast!!!

Great place to stay! Everything is right there if you don't want to leave. My only suggestion is check with the resort if you are doing a package deal with a family of 6. You will still get 2 queens beds. We had 5 and had to purchase a roll away. When I asked about a family of 6 you still get the same room and you can get two roll aways but there would definitely not be room for anything for 2 in the room. You have to upgrade but I didn't see a place to upgrade when booking

This place was wonderful. The room was very clean and serviced each day. Hot water on demand! Check in was a breeze and very friendly. Everyone at each area was friendly and helpful. The activities were great. We enjoyed the arcade, the mini golf, the go carts (super friendly guy). The water park was great! Even the free, 1 topping pizzas were good! The buffet was well stocked and good food. The rooms were quiet and the sheets were super soft. I am a hotel snob and I would stay here again in a minute. Our 6 year old grandson ask to go back on the way home! After reading other reviews, I had some concerns, but we did not experience any. We were there on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It was not crowded at all.

The water park was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint. If you go to Branson with kids, check it out. The rooms were great. There is a bunk bed clubhouse for the kids to sleep in with their own tv. The room looked and smelled clean. The king bed was spacious and the sheets were amazing. I highly recommend this resort.

Took my kids and 5 grandkids (ages 5-11) for 4 nights. The rooms were a bit shabby but comfy and clean and the fridge was larger than most which was super handy. I also paid a premium for access to Splash. I get the complaints about the rules but if your kids are over 48" tall they can pretty much have the run of the place. They loved it. My youngest was only 42" so would get in trouble with her sometimes. The slides, wave pool, and bucket drop were big hits. There is also two small outdoor pools and an indoor with a whirlpool which I enjoyed.
