I didnt think to take pictures of the room but it looked just like those that they have shown. It was clean and kept clean throughout our stay with everything continously restocked. The beds were comfortable with a good amount of pillows. The breakfast was pretty good and offered a nice selection. Also I like that their breakfast hours last a little longer than most hotels I've stayed at. I didn't feel rushed to wake early. At night they had free conner and ice cream for guests which was a nice bonus as a late night snack if you didn't feel like going out. The pool was also good. Outside and a little ways away for the hotel but it wasn't inconvenient or anything. Overall I am very satisfied and I would definitely stay there again. For the price I paid for my family it was worth it.…
I can’t even begin to explain our experience here at this family owned motel. My son and I had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until we left! The staff knew I was bringing him for a last minute back to school trip & how I wanted to make is super special for him. I am a single mom so I couldn’t do a lot but they made sure we had a blast! When we got into our room, they had went & put his favorite sodas on his bed with candy and chips and a sign that had his name on it. The owner did everything she could to even get us a room because everything was booked in Branson because of baseball series & tax free weekend. She made sure to message me as soon as they had a cancellation & not only that, she gave us a free ticket to see REZA & got us VIP seats & we were able to hang out with him after the show & take pictures! I couldn’t believe it! The act of kindness she showed me and my son was unreal. The motel was very clean, affordable, friendly staff, delicious free breakfast, fresh cookies & cobbler every night & the beds were so comfy! We slept amazing! I could go on & on. It may not be fancy but it feels like it’s home away from home & we felt safe & comfortable both nights. The ladies that work the front desk are so sweet too!…
Love love love. They accommodated us on early check, our room was clean an fresh, and the cobbler was awesome but, the cherry on top was the surprise Happy Birthday sign for a very ecstatic and happy 80 year old who came back from a show to her name on the Branson’s Best sign. ❤️
Let's be honest: Branson has deluxe resorts stuffed with activities you won't do and amenities you won't use, but you still pay for them all. Why? Branson's Best was an incredible value for the money. It had everything we needed without having to pay for a bunch of junk we didn't need or want. They had good wi-fi, what more can you need? Haha. The room was spotlessly clean with attractive, well-maintained furniture. The beds had cozy linens and were very comfortable. I had brought my own pillow but it stayed in the car because theirs were great! The mini fridge was not so mini, the fridge part held a lot and it also had a freezer (with its own door up top, not the little flap you sometimes see) that was pretty big. I appreciated having the bigger capacity. Bathroom wasn't anything amazing, but it got the job done. I like having the sink separate from the rest, makes it easier to get more than one person ready in the morning. Plenty of towels in our 2 queen room. The property is well-maintained and easy to find, close to everything without having to fight strip traffic to get in and out. Part of why I picked it is that the pool is tucked at the back of the property under some trees, instead of being right by the road out in the glaring sun like some other places. It was a good size and well cared for. Service was great, everyone we encountered was so friendly. Housekeeping came which is a service so many other hotels have cut. Breakfast wasn't huge but it was enough to get the day started. Cobbler in the evening was a nice touch, felt more like the way Branson was when I was a kid, before everything got so flashy and expensive. My only small improvement suggestions would be more outlets/charging access in the rooms-we had to unplug the clock just to charge 1 phone by the bed-and less perfume-y smell when cleaning. It faded after a while but when we first walked in it was pretty strong fake flower smell. My son plays travel soccer so we've probably stayed in about 40 hotels in the past few years. I'd put this on par with a holiday inn express or a nice comfort inn and suites. But it's 1-cheaper and 2-owned by people who care about their guests, and not just some corporation with low-wage staff. I will gladly recommend Branson's Best, and I am certain we will be back!…
Booked this place last minute based on the rates which are amazing. However, everything exceeded my expectations by far! Spotless room, comfy beds, yummy breakfast and the ice cream and cobbler social in the evening is a great bonus. Staff were pleasant and took pride in their jobs.
We thought we'd be unable to stay in Branson in the middle of July for under $125 until my daughter in-law found Branson's Best. Located near the "strip" it was everything they advertised it would be. Spotless room with a/c that worked well. A beautiful pool that the grandkids enjoyed. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast that was free and a delightful dessert bar from 9-11 ... ice cream, toppings and cobbler! I'm a stickler for details and the only complaint was that whomever prepped our room forgot to leave us soap. We will stay there again.
Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Older motel but very clean rooms. Beds sleep well. Off the main highway but easy access to the strip. Good breakfast in the morning but the best is the dessert at night. Come back from a show and have a little cobbler and ice cream. Sit around eat and visit with other travelers. Quiet at night. We have stayed twice and we will be back!
Nothing short of amazing!!! If you have foster or adoptive kids, they get in free with paperwork! What a huge blessing that is!! If you don't want to join in there are tables and chairs to sit and relax!
After me and my wife left on the 28th of June someone charged a false amount of 96.86 dollars to my credit card the same day I checked in on the 23rd of June and now I cant get in contact with to find out what's going on. I called my credit card company and they are gonna investigate it. the thing is I paid in cash when i check in. and did not leave anything damaged as we are a 67 yr old couple that don't party to old. But you need to contact me soon.
We decided to book this motel, even though you gave it a two star rating. We are glad we did. We were well treated, the room was great and had a walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet had everything we liked, everything tasted great, and they kept it well supplied. They even had a late night dessert in the breakfast area that included two kinds of cobbler, cookies, and ice cream with toppings. The outdoor pool was well maintained. We will be staying here the next time we come to Branson. They also would make show reservations for you if you needed them.
