Nestled in a scenic location, The Ozarker Lodge garners praise for its cleanliness and cozy amenities, including a heated pool and fire pits. Guests are charmed by the inviting atmosphere, bolstered by live music and retro touches. While the staff's friendliness stands out, some visitors experienced service delays.
Room opinions are mixed, with comfort praised but size and maintenance noted as concerns. Despite the natural setting and pleasant grounds, some guests question the value, pointing to room rates and additional charges that seem disproportionate to their experience.

This was our sixth trip to Branson but our first stay at the Ozarker, and it became favorite hotel so far! 1. Room- Our room was clean, cool, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and everyone got great sleep! It has a very nice bathroom and was also clean! Rooms don’t have a ton of extra space but our family of four felt comfortable! 2. Staff- The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was always someone around and happy to help right away if we needed something. We added on daily room cleaning so we always had fresh towels and empty garbage cans! 3. Location- We really enjoyed the location being just off the main strip! It was quieter and easy to pull into and out of the parking lot- just a couple minutes drive to most of the attractions! The is a great BBQ restaurant right next door called Dana’s you can easily just walk to. 4. Pool- It’s not the biggest pool, but our kids still had a great time. There is a sizable 1ft area so our youngest really enjoyed getting to play where he could touch. The pool area was very nice and had lights and a fire pit at night which was fun! 4. Extra Accommodations- The lobby was cozy - with a coffee/bar to order drinks and there were games, puzzles, and books you could hang out and use. they have live music, outdoor movies, numerous fire pits throughout the property, and guest laundry machines that are free to use! 5. Maybe negatives - there is not an elevator, so if you are on the second or third floor you have to use concrete steps. The breakfast was pretty small and bland, so we chose to eat elsewhere in the mornings. They allow pets - which isn’t ideal in our opinion(our son has allergies) but we didn’t notice any hair, stains, or smells in our 3rd floor room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again/ recommend to friends or family!

rip notes The Ozarker Hotel - newly renovated boutique hotel with nice, clean rooms, fire pits, pool, small coffee bar that doubles as a cocktail, wine and beer bar, continental breakfast - hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, bagels with cream cheese, toast, yogurt and pastries. Rooms have blow dryer, mini fridge and safe, but no coffee maker or iron, but irons are available upon request. Interestingly, they do not have closets, but there an ample hooks in bathroom area to hold clothes on hangars. There are three floors and no elevator, so if you don’t like stairs, ask for room on first floor. There is a guest laundry on third floor that is free to use, and they sell individual boxes of laundry detergent at a very low cost. (It was $1 when we stayed there.) We enjoyed the fire pit experience that came with a charcuterie board with the usual fare — meat, cheeses, hummus, crackers, etc., s’mores kits for four and a bottle of wine.
There is a creek that runs in back by the fire pits and hot tubs, a.k.a. soaking tubs. It is shallow and cold, and a fun place to explore and experience nature.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Ashley, Mallory, Andrew, Brandon, Justin, Mandy, Kristy and Ayanna helped make our stay exceptional.
Definitely would be one of my top picks of a place to stay when in Branson. Just a short drive to attractions in town, but just enough off the beaten path to be insulated from the noise and hustle and bustle of a busy tourist town.

Had a fantastic stay overall at the Ozarker Lodge. Would rate 5 stars, but with a few suggestions to make it better.
The entire outside area is perfect and fun to explore. We wanted to do the fire pit one night, and intended to buy a bundle of logs, but there was an abandoned fire going strong that we wondered if we could use. Shout out to RYAN at the Ozarker, who not only told us that it had been left for some time and that we could set up there, but he brought us a few spare logs that had been abandoned elsewhere to keep it going. We would have been more than happy and expected to pay for logs on our own, but this was so incredibly nice of him to get us set up and comfortable rather than trying to make a few extra dollars. He also told us about the history of Ozarker and stopped by several times making sure we didn’t need anything else.
The rooms are cool, with lots of fun touches, and loved the double bunk option for my kids. Since they were definitely on the small side, it would be a great idea to have a little storage for clothes, such as a small dresser or even shelves? Since there were 6 of us, 2 suitcases, there was only so much space to put things and so we gave the luggage rack to my parents and therefore had to pull our suitcase out and put on our bed any time we needed something out of it- felt very cramped. Also a shelf or two in the bathroom would be helpful to avoid setting things on the floors or toilet while showering. The room slept 6 people, but there were only 3 towels/wash cloths when we arrived. They happily got us more when we went to lobby, and I realize why hotels probably do this to avoid unnecessary laundry, but it drives me a little crazy when the towels don’t match the guest count.
Breakfast was fair, could add a little more variety while still keeping simple. Mostly carbs (cereal, pastries), but we did get a good laugh all weekend after my son nicknamed it the “bread buffet”.
Overall had a great time and would go back despite a few minor gripes!

This has been probably my favorite stay of all time. Our family booked this deal and stayed two nights and found The Ozarker Lodge to be incredibly wonderful. It has design + personality plus, down to the details. The staff are personable and cordial. The location is great. The cleanliness was good. The amenities are incredible and unique and we sadly did not get to use them all. The atmosphere is intensely neat. Best latte I ever had (s'mores)....don't you dare take it off the menu EVER! This is somewhere we definitely not only want to come back to but likely want to make it an ongoing habit to come here specifically. What a place to rest! I also requested the names of specific staff that have helped us in our stay though there were others (and I really am sorry if I missed you). Sophia, Amely, Faith, Ashley, a hard working guy who was working hospitality the night of New Year's Eve 2024/2025 with facial tattoos who brought us something we needed to our room, a friendly maintenance guy with keys on him who was constantly active in keeping the outdoor amenities going and making sure guests were taken care of (he worked New Year's Eve and New Year's Day), a nice male custodian/staff with glasses, and our female cleaning staff member in blond curly hair. Thank you all so very much! Wow!!!!!!! Definitely going to get the word out on this one. Please keep it exactly like this! And build a second one please!

This establishment has taken great care and thoughtfulness in each choice of decor, amenities, outfits and design.
The rooms are CLEAN with comfortable beds. Extremely quiet. Their branded soap, shampoo &conditioner and body lotions have a clean outdoorsy cedar citrus aroma while feeling luxurious.
The hotel is nestled beside the Falls creek. So you have the babbling brook sound right outside your room. There are creekside stone fire rings and hot tubs. The pool is heated and lovely with umbrellas and chairs set for guests.
Our only disappointment was that the advertising on Expedia listed this establishment as having breakfast included. That is not the case. Their is barista coffees and gourmet breakfast foods available from local Branson area businesses. The Ozarker does offer a $5 food and beverage credit per person per day to be used in their 'Storeroom'. Lastly, but certainly not least, the staff is fantastic! They are always willing to help, offer suggestions and make sure your staff is perfect. A special Thank you to Terri, Kramer, Asia, Cadence.

firstly in our review we want to thank a few of the workers and give them props. we firstly met Ted (i believe that was his name, tall slender build and bald), he was working the check in and bar when we arrived and was very kind, quick, and was very good at multitasking. he made us feel very welcomed and we stayed at the bar for a few hours drinking and talking with him, he is very personable and friendly. Ryan who seemed to be an all around guy doing maintenance, cleaning, and setting up fire pits was very nice as well, we spoke to him many times throughout our stay and he made sure our fire was in tip top shape the whole time we were by it, he was very kind and we enjoyed getting to know him. lastly is Richard who cleaned our room before our stay, the room was the cleanest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, very impressed. The lodge itself is very clean inside and out, the atmosphere is impeccable, the staff are all extremely friendly, personable, and all of them will talk like they’ve known you for years which is very nice and appealing. the lobby is very cozy and you get to meet people from all over and play different board games with them or enjoy some drinks. the bar is exceptionally good, the drinks are a little pricy but they are all impressively good so can’t complain. i do wish that the rooms had a little more lighting as it was a little dark but we were only in there to sleep, we spent the majority of our stay at a fire pit or in the lobby meeting new people and hanging out with the staff. we will definitely be back!

I am so glad we found this gem! Mandy and Kristi were the most amazing women and made our stay wonderful. Every person we came in contact with was so kind and helpful. Ryan kindly made our firepits, Richard took great care of our room, and Sophia was kind enough to take a photo of us upon checkout. The vibe was so perfect for us. We truly enjoyed the outdoor areas and the creek view. The pool is heated, so we were able to enjoy it every evening before our firepit. (Get the smores kit!) Sadly, the soaking tubs were not working, but we'll enjoy those on our next visit! There is a coffee shop/bar in the cozy lobby that had local brews on tap and hot cocoa. We enjoyed playing games and listening to live music in the lobby as well. The location is just a couple minutes from the strip, so you feel secluded but are close to everything. They nailed the theme, and we had a wonderful time.

This is a charmingly retro hotel. It’s just a few minutes from the main drag in Branson, but when you walk out back, there are trees and a creek and you feel like you’re out in Ozarks. There are lots of unique and fun features, like the fire pits. The complimentary breakfast isn’t extensive, but it’s enough. The muffins are delicious! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the hotel is very dog friendly, which was a blessing for us, since our 16-year-old blind schnauzer can’t be left at a kennel. On the (mildly) negative side, our room was smaller than it appeared on the hotel website and the lighting was dim. The hotel seemed understaffed, and some of the staff members might need a bit more training in answering questions, making sure the breakfast area is replenished, etc. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider The Ozarker again when visiting Branson.

Wendy - wow what can I say…incredible service. Check-in experience was phenomenal. Her helpful attitude and energetic demeanor were evident as she swiftly handled my check-in process and provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities. Wendy went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, offering great local recommendations and ensuring my room was perfectly prepared. Her professionalism and kindness significantly enhanced my experience, and I can't thank her enough for her outstanding service.

We stayed as a family of 5 in a lower level 2 queen bed and 2 bunk bed room. The property is pretty and newly remodeled. However when it came to service for housekeeping or needed repairs, it was less than mediocre.
They use an app called “canary” to check in and even if you request daily housekeeping (and get verification via sms that you did), housekeeping will not show up. Despite multiple days of asking for housekeeping at the front desk, we did not get anyone to clean out room (or bring towels, empty trash cans etc) until our last day (so 1 out of 3 days). Front desk staff was nice but had no idea how to “request” housekeeping on their end. They made “remarks” on the system but that didn’t help either.
When the housekeeping finally showed up on our last day, they made half of the room. They simply decided to make the queen beds and leave the bunks unmade. Later on we discovered that those bunk areas simply don’t get cleaned up in general since there were candy and bread crumbs from previous guests.
Also, we needed some repairs in the room since the wooden panels underneath the TV were not appropriately attached (causing one of them to fall on my son’s leg and cause a bruise). Again, despite reporting this twice to the front desk, nobody came to fix it.
