This is an older property, but has been very well maintained and appeared to have their rooms recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and on point. Room had a very comfortable bed, a nice flat screen tv, cold a/c, and we enjoyed the outdoor sitting area beside the creek. We also liked the fact it was easy to get in and out of the property. We will stay here again on our next trip to Branson.
The service was just okay; they were cordial, but not necessarily very friendly. I booked this room through Save on Branson and when I called to find out how much extra it would be, since we requested a bottom floor (AKA - an "upgrade" to one of their "luxury" suites, which it was not luxurious) and were bringing 3 dogs with us, Josh chose to argue with me about the price, because it was an extra $10 per night for a bottom floor room and an extra $15 per pet, per night, which = $165, and he was telling me it was going to be $341; where he got this math at, I have no idea! Because at $55 per night, that's $165, another $165 for the bottom floor and 3 dogs= $330 + a minimum of 13% sales tax, would bring that up to $372.90; Josh continued to tell me that he was not arguing with me and that he was busy; I told him that, I too, am a paying customer and asked who the manager was and when he'd be there; I was told good luck with that, because the manager is hardly ever there and that he comes and goes as he pleases! So, I called Save on Branson and they got it straightened out, but said Josh said he didn't realize that I had booked through Save on Branson, but he did know, because he repeated it back to me! So, as we're checking in, Josh is standing directly behind Renae, who was doing our check in, and staring down the computer, as she was putting our personal information into it. Josh is not only socially awkward, but downright creepy! I asked them if housekeeping would be going into our room, due the dogs, and I was assured they would not, because they didn't want to take the chance of letting one of them out; I asked if I needed a Do Not Disturb sign, just to make sure, they said no; my husband has super high anxiety and is super scared / nervous when it comes to the safety of our dogs, so he went to the office to ask where something was and also asked if housekeeping would be coming into our room, and he said that they weren't very friendly when making it super clear, that no they would not!!!! This is the 1st time we've traveled with our dogs and because we're responsible pet owners and clean up after our pets, I went to the office to ask if they had any pet waste bags and was told in a condescending manner that no they don't, that most people who bring their pets bring their own, but she could give me a couple of ice bucket bags; great. We then found a dog park about 5 miles away and grabbed some bags from there. However, I can assure you that most people who stay there, do not bring their own bags and therefore do not clean up after their pets either! It bothered my husband so much that he was actually cleaning up after other people's pets, so that the dogs would have clean places to go potty! The room was extremely outdated; I don't think the stained and shredded carpet has ever been replaced! The beds were clean and comfortable, and the a/c worked awesome! However, the bathroom door needs to open to th outside, because there's barely any room to close it from the inside. The shower curtain is more like a .99 cent liner, the bathtub had som scratches in it, so it wasn't very pretty, but I understand that it's old, and yet the bathtub did not drain when we took a shower either; my husband works in public works doing water calls, so he knew how to cup his hands around the drain to suction it and get it to drain, but he shouldn't have had to do that. And after reading other reviews on here, the bathtub not draining seems to be a pretty common problem, that they should get corrected. What I liked best was that they had plenty of places for our dogs to potty, the a/c worked awesome. the beds were clean and comfortable, and they did not come in our room; plus, it's the only place that does not care how many pets you bring or what kind of pets they are, so they're definitely a pet friendly hotel (motel). What I liked least was Josh, their condescending tone when speaking to us, and the bathtub not draining, the phones were down til at least the following week, and nobody could connect to their WiFi, while inside your room.…
Stayed here with my kids for vacation. Would not recommend. Stained floors. Toilet won't flush. No towels when needed. Tub is terrible, shower curtain isnt a curtain it gets soaked from top to bottom and leaks all over the floor, had 1 kiddo fall because the floor got slippery. No breakfast like advertised. Was supposed to have microwave and fridge but only have fridge. Needed towels and couldn't get any because they were out at the front desk.
Nice location, it felt like it was isolated but was in the heart of Branson. The creek gave it that country feel. It was very neat, clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.
Very simple which was perfect for our needs, just a place to crash after busy days spent fishing, shopping, and taking in the evenings shows. The best part for us was the view! You want a room on the back side of the property, overlooking beautiful Fall Creek, crystal clear water, forested hillside, and a waterfall!
I looked at hotels for several days before deciding to book at Fall Creek. The one thing that helped make my decision was the website said "Free Hot Breakfast ". I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and having breakfast available at the hotel is a priority to me. Monday. April 18, 2002, we went to the lobby looking for breakfast and there wasn't anything. We asked and was told they haven't had breakfast here in several years. I could have found any number of places to stay but to post on the website breakfast was included and hasn't been for YEARS infuriates me. Never once did the clerk apologize or offer a partial refund. IF we come back to Branson, we will NOT be staying here. So don't believe what you read. No matter where I stay in the future it will be at the chain hotels. Sorry Mom and Pops.…
Stuck us on 3rd floor when all of bottom was empty and wanted $10 a night more for a bottom floor room. No breakfast being served and no voucher or discount given. The price of room included a breakfast. Our tub was dirty. Front desk not real friendly. Won't recommend
Usually i can find one negative thing about hotels that i stay at, but not with this one! Everything was great!! This is definitely my new place to stay anytime im in Branson! The people their went above and beyond and made sure everything went smoothly from check in until check out.
The room is super outdates and dirty. There were ants by our sink, black pieces floating out of the drain because the tub would never drain, and the room smelled like mold. We brought all this to the front desks attention and they wouldn't do anything about it. They were rude and this hotel isn't worth $5. The website says there is a breakfast and there is not even though everything else is going back to normal since covid this place has not. Staying here ruined our vacation and we will never do it again.
Falls Creek Inn and Suites was much nicer than I expected. We had a two queen renovated room. Great location with a creek running behind it. Close to Silver Dollar City, Hwy 76 and Branson Landing. We will return.
