Beds are great. Close to the grocery store. Breakfast is good as well. Love that they lock the main doors at midnight and reopen them at 6. Only have had one problem staying here in the 3 years coming down.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Oaks Hotel . Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. Hot breakfast was provided, with scrambled eggs, sausage and oatmeal. Fruit and pastries were also part of breakfast offerings. The breakfast area was nice and roomy.

This place hass two buildings with the indoor pool in the first building that is an uphill climb for seniors that is difficult to do. No golf carts for transport between buildings . Breakfast is the same every day- very boring for those staying more than a day or two.

Wonderful clean and very accommodating hotel. The staff was number one in attending to every need and every question. We were there with our church group. They met us at the door, all twenty of us. They were very organized and delivered our luggage to each room without incident. The hotel breakfast was above average and a clear 8 of ten.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! This hotel advertises as a "luxury" hotel but is definitely NOT! Not only was the soap dispenser in the shower leaking soap all over the shower floor there's no vent in the bathroom there was no Kleenex in the room no extra amenities like what you would get from a chain hotel. We got a king size Jacuzzi room because we were celebrating an anniversary and not only was the room totally drab colors so uninviting ...the bed a little saggy but the Jacuzzi was not working like it was supposed to although the hotel would tell you otherwise because they don't want to fix it. There is a really small showerhead. The sink would not totally stop up. We had planned to stay two nights but of course that wasn't going to happen. Rita, the general manager was so rude and ugly and only wanted to take $38 off of a $215.43 room. and Rita also HUNG UP ON ME so I guess Customer Service is not a priority to them. Not able to send a video but the pic I took of the video shows no bubbles or any pressure coming out of the jets. Maybe three or four of the Jets on the backside we're working but if you're laying against them it does you absolutely no good. I can't send the video of the sink that would not stop up but sent a pic of water running in the sink and not stopping up

We booked this hotel for a last minute get away. From the second we checked in with Mike, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The place was clean, quiet and had a nice pool and hot tub to relax after our long drive. The value was awesome, the breakfast was served by a friendly helpful woman and we got great advice and service at the front desk with Mike.

My son and I visited Branson last week for a mom-son getaway before school started. We checked in and within 10 minutes of us being there the police were in the circle drive. I asked a front desk employee why the police were there and he explained that a customer from 2 weeks ago was so disgruntled that he was calling the hotel making threats and threatening to come back up to the hotel to cause trouble. The situation made me very uncomfortable, especially because I was there with just my son and our room was on the ground level, adjacent to the lobby and looked right out to the parking lot where I felt we could potentially get caught in the middle of a bad situation if, in fact, the past guest did decide to come up and follow through with his threats. I decided it wasn’t worth the risk nor the worry. I explained to the front desk that I didn’t feel safe staying and asked for a refund. The front desk employee called and spent a very long time on the phone with the owner, returned and informed me that they would only refund 1 of our 2 nights. We had a lengthy conversation that went nowhere and ended with him telling me I would have to call the owner to discuss the matter with her. We left the hotel after having been there for less than 60 minutes and not so much as flushing a toilet or turning on a faucet. The next day as we were on our way to a show we drove past the hotel and lo and behold, the police were pulling in the parking lot again. For a week I called asking for the owner, left messages and asked for a call back and no one responded. Finally a week later I called and spoke to Marilyn, a manager, who was rude and short with me from the time she picked up the phone. She said she was aware of the situation, would not allow me to speak to the owner, Rita, who apparently didn’t want to discuss a refund with me and was having Marilyn handle it for her. I explained that we felt unsafe at their hotel and felt it was reasonable to ask for a refund in light of the situation and the fact that we weren’t even inside their facility for 60 minutes. Very rudely she refused, did not acknowledge my safety concerns and laughed at me when I said I wanted to give them the opportunity to help me resolve the matter before posting a negative review online. There are many great places to stay in Branson and, in my experience, many friendly people. This hotel doesn’t qualify in either regard. I strongly recommend looking for another place to stay. I’ve gone to Branson for getaways since I was a child and never had an experience as terrible as this.

Good place for families. Hotel was clean and staff attentive, we had no issues and stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was ok and same every day. Little one likes the pools. We had a standard double room and AC worked great! Great location too………..

We stayed a few nights but left early. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. The breakfast is very lame! The same sausage and eggs every day! The pastries they put out are just pecan twirls. They had no liquid coffee creamer which was very lame! Some cheap powder packets. They have no waffle maker but they did have a pancake maker. And forget about yogurt! Their version of yogurt is a big bucket of yogurt with a pump. They are just getting by with what they can and yet charging almost $200.00 a night. When I asked for any discount due to the breakfast they would not do anything hence why we left! We ended up staying at a brand-name hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet and only paid $140.00. One lady who was staying there went out for breakfast. When you are paying that much you shouldn't have to go out for breakfast! The second thing is they cater to BALL TEAMS! Lots of big groups! A bunch of teens slammed doors and they took over the hotel pool. The last night we stayed there the pool outside was full of these kids while the parents were all drinking adult beverages around the pool. This was not cool when there were other people's small kids around!

I’m a Loyal customer and won’t be coming back. It took 3 rooms to find a clean one. Hair on the sheets when the bed was undone…. Twice. Hair all over the bathroom, popcorn on the floor! My mom is 88 and had to move rooms twice! They just lost a loyalty customer.
