My wife and I said there from 6/18 to 6/26. On the second night staying there my started noticing that she was getting bites on her arms. So we thought it was from outside, but we didn't do anything dealing with outside those days. Then every day after that she had a new bit on her. We had to go to the doctor for her to get a shot and meds to stop the inching. The bad part is that you can bring that home with you if you don't catch it in time. They didn't even change the sheets.

Clean rooms, good service staff, but the crown jewel was Ladonna the Mgr./Server in the break room. All the food was good and hot and fresh. The biscuits were outstanding, etc., But again, Ladonna was what made each of the mornings we were there start on the right foot. If your coffee started to get low, she was there. If you ate all the food, she was there to see if you wanted more. She was not young, but you would have thought she was a teenager with vast experience and boundless energy.

Room was clean. We obtained towels when we asked. All employees were nice. Breakfast in the morning was hot and the coffee was adequate. The server was super. The entrance to our room was on the side of the building with the swimming pool. That door to the outside was never locked. This was worrisome to me.

They advertise this as a Pet friendly hotel where pets stay free but when I got there, they said there was a 20.00 per day charge per pet. Even when I showed the the reservation I made online, where it clearing said No charge for 1-2 dogs. They refused to honor it and I had to go elsewhere.

I was a night auditor here and would highly recommend you find another hotel. Every night that I work complains from rooms about dirty sheets TV's not working no towels or people did not receive room service. Broken jacuzzi tub mold in the tub and on the walls. At least two of these complaints every night. You inform all that need to be informed in the reply you get from management is that the customer is lying and trying to get a free night stay nothing is fixed in the complaint comes in in the same room the next night. Check out the other reviews here or check out the the verified refuse from choice hotels.com it will take you 20 or 30 reviews to get it to a good one. The management here is clueless on how to run a hotel they're only job there is to make money and not about the guest.

Decent hotel but it was far too expensive. Only stayed one night, Good location. Staff friendly, good hot beakfast included. Apparently we did not pick the economical rate day of the week to stay there. Again, much too expensive. Will not return.

I stayed at this hotel the night of 3/15 on a points stay. When I made the booking, the website showed that I would only be charged 8000 points and that the taxes were "Included". When I went to check in, the woman at the front desk told me that I needed to pay an extra $2 for a "property tax". I explained that this charge wasn't on my booking confirmation, but she still said I had to pay it. After paying it, I asked for a receipt. The receipt didn't show any explanation for this charge. The description was blank. I will not stay at this hotel on future trips to Branson.

the hotel was ok but it seemed alittle run down, i believe a remodel would be best, the jacazzee in the room was great and probably the best part of the room, the parking lot was never cleaned so there was ice on it which was dangerous to walk on.

We arrived after 7pm. Only like 15 min after 7pm. We were not told that we had to be there by a certain time. I understand that it is off season for Branson, but some warning would have been nice. Then they told me that they tried to call….which they didn’t. When I called the number that was on the door they acted like I had interrupted their evening. I apologized but still it was very rude. We got to the room and you could tell that the rooms had been shut down for the winter. They knew which room we were going to be in. The room was so cold and you would have thought they could have at least heated the room for us so it wouldn’t have been that cold. The room popped all night long due to it trying to get warm. The beds were aweful! They were hard as a rock! Will not stay here again! I had also referred this hotel to another family that was traveling with us and informed them when I saw them the next day change if ya can.
