Manager is very hands on. Property was landscaped and decorated well. They will help you get show tickets at no extra charge. And they will suggest other sites to see.
Definitely will return. And don’t be fooled by first glance at breakfast room. Step in and ask what they are offering-
The biscuits were very good. Gravy a little thin for me.
This hotel goes out of its way to make sure your breakfast is handled very carefully and masks required for guests.
They also were happy to box it up so you can take it to your room.

Stayed here recently with a group of kids in town for a basketball shoot out and was impressed with the level of customer service. Prior to our arrival we had received Branson info via the mail from the hotel - which was a nice touch. Check in was easy and friendly for all of us. Breakfast was simple, but served in an organized manner that was Covid friendly.
Rooms were fairly sound proof as you couldn’t hear the kids chattering or moving around in the halls.
Upon check out we realized some of the boys forgot swim trucks. After calling to make sure they were located I went back between games expecting to be given a bag of wet clothing but instead received a dried and folded stack of clothes - way over the top and super appreciated!!
Will definitely check this hotel out again when we are in the area.

This was definitely a great place to stay and very quiet with very little outside noise. We stayed 4 days. The staff was outstanding and very personable. The lady at the gift shop stated she was new and still learning, but was very friendly and helpful. Me and my family has stayed at 100s of motels throughout the years, and I would have to say this was one of the best ones we have stayed. I would give this a 6, but it doesn't offer it. There was actually hot breakfast, but was served by the staff. The staff worked very hard to keep this motel a safe, friendly and enjoyable place to stay.

Very disappointed in this hotel for our 4 night trip to Branson. Good—-The inside lobby was nice and clean and the rooms were clean. NOT SO GOOD—First of all they only have 1 elevator for all 3 floors and the staff (cleaning crew) have to use the same elevator. We waited in line to be able to use it. I can’t use stairs because of knee problems so I didn’t have the option to use stairs. Most of the time the elevator was wet from kids/adults going to and from the pool to their rooms, which is a slip hazard. People checking in or out with luggage coming from the floor above would make the elevator full and you would have to wait again to get on, and the entire time we were there we would have to wait for the elevator, which was frustrating! The room we had on the 2nd floor had very poor lighting in the bathroom unless you used the heat lamp(which would make it HOT) you were unable to see in the bathtub cause there was no light above it. The bed was not a memory foam mattress like the other comfort inn & suites we’ve stayed at, it was the old time spring mattress, if you like that then great, but every time my husband would turn over I would literally be going up and down, lol. For covid reasons, nobody would clean your room or enter your room, you would have to leave a paper door hanger on the door in the morning to get more towels or a change Of bed linen, well I’m ok with that until they never brought us towels when I left the door hanger outside at 8:00am that morning and when we returned around 3:30pm no towels, so I called front desk and they said they usually do that at the end of cleaning the rooms where people check out, I said ok, until around 6:30 no towels and called again to let them know I needed towels, they said come get them, and I asked could they please bring them to me cause I was not properly dressed to leave the room, so she said they were busy at the front desk with people but they would bring them when they get time. Like I was a bother! Really?!? I’m a paying customer just like the ones checking in. I was not fond of how they handled the situation nor a fan of how they do the rooms during covid. They do have continental breakfast, but we chose not to eat it, so I can not comment on that. Next time we visit Branson, we will stay somewhere else.

We stayed at this hotel from  2 pm July 4th through the morning of July 6th (2 nights).  Our room was really clean and odor-free.  Though we opted against room making services after the first night, during the second day, at our request our room was made like new again. Thru our stay, we've met a few outstanding employees that are noteworthy to be mentioned.  On our first night, the room didn't seem to be cooling.  We called the front desk and TJ answered.  He mentioned that he would be up to check on the unit.  When he came up, I noticed that he brought up a cordless phone with him as well.  When I had inquired, he confirmed that he indeed was alone at the front desk and that he brought up the phone incase the phone rang.  I was really amazed.  I've been in hotels where there was only 1 person working the night shift and have been told that the only option would be to change rooms.  TJ told me that the inner curtain near the AC just needed to be moved over so that the child air from the AC can come into the room.  This ended up being true and after we moved that curtain the room started to cool better.  Another person I must mention in this review is Christine in the breakfast area.  She was amazing at making us feel welcome.  She constantly checked on us and the other guests as we went to help ourselves from the breakfast bar.  It was really heartwarming to experience her hospitality as we ate.  It felt like going to mom's house to eat.  Our short 2 day stay at the hotel was great and I had the chance on the day we checked out to see Mr. Steve G, who is the general manager of the hotel.  Not only did he make himself available to talk to, but he was very receiving of the positive feedback.  There were just two things we wish were better, one was our nightly rate, and two is the AC unit.  For the price we paid per night ($150) we recieved an average hotel room with a sofa (a suite).  When I checked in, upon learning that we actually booked a suite online, I tried to go into a regular double queen room, but was told that it was not possible to do so.  Additionally the AC doesn't cool the room fast, and the fan cannot be adjusted to be higher.  Other than these two minor concerns, we had a great time, and if the price is right we don't mind coming back.  It will be 4 STARS from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took wonderful precautions for COVID. Masks required. Breakfast packaged by staff. Housekeeping replaced items without entering room, unless you wanted inside service. They thought of everything. The location is very strategic to the main drag. Reasonable rates, comfy bed, pillows could be better. Enjoyed our stay, will definitely return.

This is a comfortable, quiet hotel staffed with great employees. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels over the years BUT Kim at the front desk is the first to text me a few hours before my arrival to tell me the room was ready for check-in.

The hot breakfast was served cafeteria style, that included biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes.

The location was 10 minutes from most the theaters we visited.

We will stay here again.

We were here for 4 nights. Breakfast was very good and maybe the best stocked of any hotel breakfast I have been to. The breakfast area was crowded, but they were on top of it filling every empty hole. Pool area was very nice, but they were out of towels every night so I had to go ask for some. Not the hotels fault, it is the fault of rude guest that use ten towels when they are down there. Beds were comfortable, place was quiet and clean. I have always seen this hotel out here a little bit away from everything, glad I gave it a try, it is my new Branson hotel.

This hotel was a great location to stay if you want to go downtown, the Top of the Rock or The Sight and Sound Theatre, It was very clean, the front desk was helpful and house keeping was very accommodating, They do not clean your room unless you ask for daily housekeeping, but they do have white tags you can hang on the door and request clean towels, coffee etc. The breakfast was regular hotel "hot" breakfast. The parking was plentiful and the property was well landscaped and quiet. Be warned that they do have only one elevator. I would stay again
