We stayed here for 2 nights on our first visit to Branson, the hotel is slightly off the main strip but is a huge resort, with ample parking, numerous accommodation blocks and a large reception/lobby/welcoming area. We were checked in and provided with all the information for our stay. Parking outside or near to outside your room was possible thanks to the ample parking, but there were also numerous bell trolleys to use which was a great help for moving the luggage. Our room was of good size, and included a large comfortable king bed, sofa and table and small kitchenette with fridge freezer and microwave and a large TV. The bathroom was semi-modern with a bath/shower and large vanity area. The room was nicely decorated and modern, but sound proofing could have been better as you could sometimes here noise from the next room. There was also an ice machine and laundry room in the block. Sadly, there was no safe in the room.
We spent a lot of time in the large pool area, which includes numerous large and spacious hot tubs that were very warm and relaxing. There were ample sun loungers, BBQs, and lawn games to play. There is also a large indoor pool and jacuzzi which we didn’t try but looked good. The resort is extremely well manicured, with lots of stunning trees and plants making this a relaxing oasis. We loved our time by the pool, enjoying the surroundings and the warm weather.
Our couple of complaints or improvement requests, 1) the pools closed at 6pm, but the hot tubs closed at 10pm? The pool should ideally stay open later than this, especially as the sun had only just set at this time and people would like to stay and enjoy the water longer. 2) The bar at the pool was closed, as apparently it was out of season, which is fine – but there were no vending machines or water machines/fountains anywhere near the pool, which made getting a drink difficult. 3) Pool towels were also only provided in the room, and not at the pool, which is unusual for a resort. If these issues could be fixed, the resort would be perfect!
There were numerous activities at the resort throughout the day, we didn’t try any as we were busy, but we were provided with a calendar of when and where things were happening – but it would have been useful to tell us on the calendar if these were free or required payment.
We really enjoyed our stay at this resort, would highly recommend and stay again if passing through Branson!

My wonderful wife and I enjoyed a fantastic getaway weekend to Springfield and Branson… 47 hours of fun!
We have stayed at Marriott’s Willow Ridge many times over the years; during all seasons; each visit has been wonderful.
The property is Marriott Vacation Club International property and offers rooms that are effectively two bedroom, two bathroom apartments, with kitchens, laundry, and great on-property activities.
The indoor and outdoor pools are nice; grills for BBQ; pool bar; ping pong / table tennis, corn hole; disc golf course.
Located on the Yellow Route; we typically skip the Strip and arrive… driving south on 65 from Springfield, exit at Yakov Smirnoff, follow that road to the Blue; arrive at Titanic and proceed south one more stop light and turn left.
The rooms have a lot of space; separate beds for the kids; wonderful large photos that are tinted blue, like the local skies and the water in Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo.
Wonderful staff who are always welcoming.

We have owned our "timeshare" deeded week at this resort for over 2 decades. This year we reserved our 2 bedroom for the Memorial Day week. Four of us arrived Saturday and stayed for the week. We continue to LOVE our time here every visit, due to the staff, location, condition, pool(s), grounds, rooms, activities and many other aspects. We wish we had not agreed to meet with some Sales people that were supposed to just educate us about their new "Abound" vacation club program that combines Marriott resorts with those of Sheraton and Westin. They barely addressed that subject. We feel they wasted our time and were somewhat non-professional. Despite that, we will return to MWRL time and time again. Branson, Table Rock Lake and the area make for a great family vacation.

Stayed 2 nights at this property in a 2 bedroom villa. Checked out at approximately 9:30 am. Unfortunately we left items in the refrigerator. A bottle of wine, and a bottle of grape juice- both unopened, wrapped in tissue, and in the local merchants bag. Another bag contained 4 cans of unopened hard cider. Clearly items purchased at a local establishment and intended to be taken with. At any point during that day we should have been contacted and asked if we would be able to return and pick up these items. We were not. Phone calls were made to the property. Repeated attempts to talk to a person who could be of assistance were made. Housekeeping was no help. Neither was general management. We were told that alcohol left behind is disposed of to avoid employees drinking on the job. The dumbest excuse I’ve heard in a while. They also let us know that they expect that guests make sure they take all of their belongings with them. The reprimand is not appreciated. Absolutely terrible customer service. It would have cost nothing for housekeeping to turn these items over to hotel management and for them to make a phone call to let us know they had these items and ask if we could return to pick them up. In my book I call this lazy, dishonest and thievery. If there is concern that employees will consume the alcohol while working, then the most non-sensical solution is to have them open the alcohol and pour down the drain. Highly suspicious excuse. This is not something that the Marriott brand should be proud of. It is now 3 days since initially contacting the property and we haven’t received the return phone call from the hotel manager that was requested. Again, terrible customer service. Hopefully we will get a satisfactory response from Marriott corporate office.

This vacation club property has great villa rooms for a decent price and lots of resort amenities (pool, activities, etc.). Only drawback is it is a very busy place with vacation timeshare owners living there and the parking can become scarce near your particular room assignment. Otherwise, very nicely furnished rooms and well-kept clean spaces make it a great place to vacation in Branson.

The willow ridge lodge accommodation was probably the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. The rooms were nearly spotless. There is lots of chrome in the bathrooms with no water spots whatever. Even the stainless steel sink in the kitchen had zero spots on it. Many folks may not notice or even care about such things, but we did.
The check-in staff were courteous and helpful. Our experience with T**y was great. We could tell he was interested in making sure we were well informed and was doing everything to make sure we had a good experience while at WRL.
The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, everything that anyone would ever need, was provided.
Overall, we had a great experience on our stay from the end of February through early March. If I had anything negative comments to make about Willow Ridge, I would say the doors to the outside hallway could be sealed better. Both of our inner exterior doors had gaps around the edges where you could see light. In our unit, we could hear outside noises, voices, closing of doors, etc. Secondly, as a few others have commented, the walls between ours and the neighbors unit must be hollow with no sound proofing. We never expect to never hear any outside noises. But, when we can hear voices from next door and out in the hallways, it's somewhat difficult to enjoy some measure of peace within our unit. Lastly, and not a super problem, the water pressure to the shower head was about as weak as we've ever experienced.
We really enjoyed our stay and have plans to stay again in early April. Cheers!

We had never been to Branson before. We had points to use through Interval International so we booked Willow Ridge Lodge in Branson, Missouri for a week.
We had watched a YouTube video of a room walk through. I’m glad we did. We knew what was included by way of pots, pans, toiletries, etc.
The checkin process was awesome. It was quick and the front desk people were polite and professional. We were given room 2502. Building #2, 5th floor. The room was exactly what we were prepared for. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was very comfie.
We had a balcony with a wrought iron round table and 4 wrought iron chairs. It would have been nice if the chairs had cushions as they were quite hard. We used a couple of towels on the chairs to make them more comfortable.
The resort claims to be smoke-free with smoking areas through out the resort. Well they certainly do not enforce this. We are non-smokers and found our neighbours below us frequently smoked on their balcony. I complained once over the phone to the front desk and again in person when I actually witnessed them smoking. I went in person to the front desk and was told maintenance staff would keep an eye out. They continued to smoke on their balcony for our entire stay. And walking around the resort saw several people smoking on their patio and balcony. Such a shame they don’t follow their own policy.
The pool and hot tub were always clean and tidy. There was a lifeguard at all times. They had fun poolside activities. They also had fun outdoor games shuffle board, ping-pong and bean bag games.
Overall, our stay at Willow Ridge Lodge was good but the smoking policy not being adhered to would force us to stay somewhere else next time.

First, I am a saver and have a hard time sounding money, but my family encouraged me to book a room here. Secondly. I often plan vacations that are filled with doing different things. However, when planning to stay here I hoped my family could relax by the pool, and wander off grounds a limited amount of times. The temps were in the 90's for our entire stay, so the pool was PERFECT. We did leave for food, and to go to Branson landing, but other than that we stayed on the grounds. At first I worried that the basic king suite would be cramped and lacking. I was wrong. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teen daughters (15 and 18). It was perfect since they are fairly independent...(tip...get room keys for your teens!).In addition to the king bed, there was a full sleeper sofa. We were surprised by a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, coffee pot. With grills on the premises We could have grilled, but did not. There is also FREE laundry facilities on the 3rd floor of each building, and a single use detergent package in each room. I would happily return here. Knowing that it was worth every penny.

What a wonderful place to stay. The hospitality was beyond the scope of anyone's thoughts during the planning of our trip. The front desk hospitality, entertainment, and room accommodations were "out of this world". They have many activities including a Wine and Cheese party Wednesday night with an Elvis impersonator that actually could be Elvis - if you close your eyes, you would believe your were listening to an Elvis live concert; unbelievable. They offered a wonderful tour of Branson for $10 which they donate to the Children's Miracle Network. A great place to stay - HIGHLY recommended!!!

We asked for a room with handicapped features on the ground floor and the lady that checked us in accommodated us and was very polite. We stayed for three nights and the cost was over $486.00. On one entrance we had to walk down stairs and the other was ground level but it appeared to be in the basement, dark concrete hallways. and quite noisy from other guests. The room was old and greatly in need of updating, carpet was frayed near the entry and somewhat dirty. Our view out the window was a utility area, an air conditioner or other "boxy" utility units.
Overall, a pitiful room, overpriced and we thought Marriott was a five star.

You can, however you can not go thru the woods & across a stream to get there out the back of the property. You have walk out the east side of the property, turn left on Green Mountain, left on Glory Rd. up the incline to Hwy. 76, then left to the theatre. It shows it to be a 22 minute wait. If hot or dark, i would not. And we walk 4-8 miles a day when we are up there.
There are more places to choose from in the Branson area.
