Nestled in a tranquil setting, The Village At Indian Point is praised for its homey atmosphere and cabin-like charm, complete with dreamy decorations that many guests find relaxing. While the spacious rooms with scenic views are a hit, some visitors mention cleanliness concerns and noise due to thin walls.
The staff's friendly and accommodating nature is frequently highlighted, though there have been occasional service hiccups. Amenities, including in-unit appliances and diverse pools with lake views, are well-regarded, but opinions on the hotel's value for money vary among travelers.

Detailed Reviews
Overall excellent experience @ the Village at Indian Pointe. Our 2 bedroom with a loft was perfect for our family of 7 that went. Granted, kids were age 11 and below. Our cabin was beautifully decorated and was located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was fully stoked with all needed amenities such as coffee filters, utensils, cooking pans and the outside deck had an infrared grill that worked amazingly well. Full size fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc., also were in the unit. Bedrooms both had king beds and the loft was a full size I believe. Wifi worked great. Main TV room had Roku stick that you could log into your own streaming app if desired. Location was excellent for Silver Dollar City which is why we pick this location for our Branson trips. If you're a fisherman or boating is your thing in the summer, their are boat docks less than a mile "down the hill" towards Table Rock Lake. Grocery store close by, Dollar General Close by, Wal-Mart close buy for any needed food or forgotten essentials. The indoor pool and hot tub was awesome for our kids and the Village also had some indoor games, etc., that you could play. Overall, our 3 rd time here and we'll be back!

We had a lovely visit. View was beautiful and the condo was cozy. We will definitely visit again. We stayed in a two bedroom (king beds) two bath condo with kitchen, dining and living space. The owners of our unit took extra care to make sure it was welcoming and inviting.

This place is a gem and very reasonably priced. A great location, that is very quiet. A short drive from the downtown commercial area and just a few minutes to Silver Dollar City if that is something you are interested in. We stayed in building 13, room 7. Nice view overlooking Table Rock Lake. A very attractive and spacious unit with a large kitchen, living area, bedroom & porch. It was obvious that the unit’s owners spent time here as there were so many personal touches that they made that displayed what they wanted and needed when they stayed here and that guests would appreciate when they visited. There was a full kitchen with everything that you would need to cook a full meal, or simply heat up some take-out food. We used the washer & dryer as we had been on the road for awhile. The folks at the front desk desk were super friendly and very accommodating as we were able to extend our visit because we enjoyed the area so much. I would recommend visiting Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, Branson Landing, the College of the Ozarks, and the Titanic Museum. Enjoy your stay!

Our first and last stay at the Village. The staff overall was friendly until we complained about the room, then not so much. The location was great so no complaints there. As far as the room we were placed in a lower level room that obviously nobody had been there for quite some time. The whole placed smelled very very musty, Lysol didn’t even touch the smell. The Master Bathroom was dirty with soap scum in shower. There was hair and scum hanging off of the old rusty soap rack and hair on the bath mat. When I took a shower I spent the first few minutes washing the crud and small bugs down the drain. Every time we left the condo and came back later the smell just hit you in the face. You couldn’t enjoy the pool area because there was a group of unruly teenage boys not caring about anyone else and being very disrespectful and disruptive. My own teenage girl and her boyfriend were even irritated and wanted to leave. There was dust all over the condo and the TV remotes didn’t work. We arrived home yesterday late afternoon back to Mississippi. I use a CPAP when I sleep and when I went to bed last night it smelled so bad just like the musty room to where I needed to get up out of bed and change all the tubing and filters. You would think the resort staff would inspect the room regularly especially before a big holiday weekend when people are coming to stay. Overall it wasn’t worth the money we paid, not even close!

We stayed for several days. The view is nice and the living space was large. We were greeted the first evening by ants, who made sure that we felt welcome. Every. Single. Day. Ants in the kitchen, ants crawling on the kitchen table, ants in the living room. I vacuumed the first night and every night. YUCK.
The outdoor pool is nice. The front desk workers and outdoor staff are also nice.
We cooked our own food, but I recommend bringing your own nonstick frying pan. There is no place to keep the pantry food so bring a Rubbermaid container to keep out the ants (see above).
Towels and toilet paper were rough. Bathrooms were nice and clean although the shower faucet was a bit tricky to turn.
I left something in the room; it’s worth about $150. I knew and called right away but after several phone calls they kept telling me it did not exist. I hope the housekeepers enjoy their “gift” but if they suddenly find and return it I will add one stsr to review.
For that reason, and for the never ending ant parade, we will stay elsewhere.

We had a pleasant time at the Village at Indian Point. The indoor pool, hot tub and game room was a great delight to us and our teen boys. Our condo was clean for the most part (except the deck furniture really) however really could use some updates and a coat of paint. The beds were firmer than we like but not too bad. You can tell the condo we had was dated by the scratches and stains on the walls from suitcases and chairs but all in all it was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay minus a pizza pan in the kitchen lol. The staff in the office were great! They have tons of movies you can rent for a $1 and we also truly enjoyed the spring break deal. We might consider staying again but only at a discount or "deal" rate.

+1

This was a cozy little place we found.
The perfect little condo in the woods.
We rented a 1 bed 1 bath for 3 days It was perfect! Clean cozy beds, nice big bathroom with a jacuzzi tub the best part your very own washer and dryer.
No one screaming down hallways or doors slamming all night like a hotel room and the view off the back balcony is breathtaking. The pool is clean the hot tub is hot and the kids love playing pool, video games at night.
If we ever come back we will stay here! Must mention you are 1.5 miles to silver dollar city and 15 minutes to the wax museum and titanic in bad traffic

This was our 2nd stay at this resort. The condo was nice and clean. The staff anytime we came in contact with was all smiles and asking how we were doing. The location is perfect since we go to Silver Dollar City a lot. We went exploring this past visit to other resorts and this one is hands down the prettiest and best kept in this price range. We can't wait till our next stay in October!

Recently stayed at The Village at Indian Point and it was great! VERY clean! Rooms are well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bathroom essentials starter kit, laundry soap, extra blankets and pillows, etc. We stayed in building 20 room #6. Had a view of the lake. Great room location if you want to be close to the pools. The pool is great for kids because it offers depth variety, perfect for my 5 year old learning to swim. Both indoor and outdoor pools are clean and nice. Arcade was clean and everything worked fine. Staff was friendly. No restaurants on property but a pizza place down the road delivers. We cooked alot in the room. Price is GREAT! Some of the other resorts are rather costly. Definitely the best bang for the buck!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the quiet & peaceful condos at The Villages at Indian Point. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The property is well-kept and attractive. They were able to fill our request for a two-bedroom condo with king sized beds, and we really appreciated it. The condo (Building 10, #4) was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It was the perfect setup for our five member family group. It also had two balconies, but we were a little dissapointed that there was no furniture on the balconies. The blinds and linens in the condo could also use an update! We loved the location away from the busy Branson Strip, but still very close to so many attractions. We will definitely return!!

Some rooms allow pets some don’t.
No as each condo has a full kitchen.
You can walk or drive to dock and it is walkable to the pools.
Lakefront means that is the buildings that are closest to the lake some may not have lake view as there are trees between the buildings and the lake.
All Buildings face towards the lake with the private deck depends on which building and what floor you are on to how much view you have. Cal direct and let us know what you are looking for and to request lake view if available.
Boat Slips come with certain units as they are privately owned condos and if they have a slip with there nightly rental you get to use it. If you are wanting a condo with a boat slip you must book direct at the resort, no online bookings are accepted asking for a boat slip as we have very few that do offer a slip.
