We have stayed here for many years. This was our second stay under the new ownership. The room was still clean and decorated tastefully. The bed was comfortable. The a/c/heater had a slight rattle, but our sound machine mostly covered that up. WiFi was still unreliable. Both times we checked in on a Friday night and could not consistently connect to the internet. The connection seemed to improve after 10am on Saturday when we assume some people checked out. I don't think their service/router/WiFi extenders can handle the size of the hotel. Some of the information from the website is inaccurate. They do NOT have an "Online Guest Portal to View Door Code, Policies, Receipts, and manage payment methods right on your mobile device." They do NOT have a "Digital Welcome Guide - Everything you need to know about The Bradford and local attractions." They do NOT offer "Towel Service through an online form." The door code was only sent 6 hours in advance of check-in and not 24 hours in advance like the reservation confirmation states. If you are staying for multiple days, you need to plan ahead because phones are only answered between 8am and 5pm on weekdays and 8am to 12pm on Saturday. If you need towels, you must text your request in early enough for them to deliver them between 10am and 2pm. We will probably continue to stay here because the rooms and location are beautiful. You just need to be aware of the limitations.

Wow!!! We stopped at Steamy Joe's (the attached coffee shop/restaurant.) And was blown away! After eating an amazing breakfast at Steamy Joe's, I went out back to take pictures to show my husband. While I was back there, the sales manager and her father-in-law were out there. Not only did they tell me about the in and encourage me to explore, they also went out of there way to show me around. They tooke me into the large townhouse type of room they have and allowed me to check to see if it would fix my large family's needs. And, of course it did. I am super excited to visit again!

Absolute perfect!! We stayed in the Guest House and loved the completely remodeled rooms. Decorated tastefully , screened in porch, spacious kitchen and living room, and the bedrooms were wonderful. The view from the screened in porch was breathtaking, overlooking downstairs Branson with beautiful scenery. The restaurant, Steamy Joe’s was handy with good coffee, good food and a great view!

I am so happy I chose to stay here for our Branson mini-vacation! The hostess made things very easy by communicating through email and text. In fact we never had to have contact with anyone since the door locks are all coded and everything was online, and the buildings are broken up into groups of rooms, like apartments, so it's very quiet and private. There is a beautiful fire pit and patio area for guest use, a game room, a self serve coffee bar, and a bustling partial-self-serve cafe that serves delicious breakfast and lunch. (You order at the register, sit, pick up your food at a counter when called, and drop off your own dishes afterward.) Be sure to pick up some of their bakery items for later! Also I love that it is outside of town so it is very peaceful and yet a short drive to all the attractions.

My mother and I booked a room for July 11-12. We had a horrible nights sleep due to the noisy AC unit and allergies…something in the room. I contacted Taryn and let her know we needed to check out immediately and we would only be charged for 1 night due to these circumstances, she said “no problem”, but my credit card has been charged for 2 nights. I have left several text messages and voice messages and she has yet to send me an itemized receipt or even follow up. Please be aware of this place. Great location, horrible service.

Great rooms and numerous amenities and views. Kudos to Todd, Stacy, Trevor and especially Taryn for making our wedding anniversary special. Plus the food and service next door at Steamy Joe Cafe is the best! Breakfast specials and blueberry scones are also the best!

Our son booked 4 rooms here at the end of a family vacation. We were excited as we had a family reunion here 25 years ago. Much has changed, not necessarily for the better. It used to be a family operation that served waffles every morning. Now, no breakfast and more like a motel atmosphere. We guess things have changed a lot in all of those intervening years. We won’t book again.

We just spent two nights at the Branford and we will definitely go back! The location is perfect...away from the crowded strip traffic...but just a moment drive away from the strip, the lake, shows or silver dollar city. Perfect location for anything you plan to do. The decor was up to date, furniture was comfortable and new. We slept so good - the bed and pillows were great. The Bradford is located on a bluff over looking the lights of Branson...we sat on our porch at night and enjoyed the view. There is a gazebo on the grounds as well. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The restaurant (Steamy Joes) was delish! We ate breakfast there and enjoyed a piece of their delicious pie! They have specialty coffees and they were sooo good! The grounds were beautiful...very well maintained and the flowers were pretty. The unit we stayed in had a large kitchen with everything you would need to cook or prepare a meal. It would be very spacious for a large family gathering. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else than here.

We stayed 2 nights at The Bradford. The view outside our room #30 was brilliant. We loved the location it was a short drive to town and away from all the traffic. The attached breakfast/lunch cafe was delicious. I liked how it was a keypad to enter the room as we got in late and did not need to worry about hotel staff not being available for check in. The room was very clean. With all of the positives there are two reasons we will not be back but they may be room specific. The bed was very firm. We stayed 2 nights and I currently have a heating pad on my back. I'm 31 and have never been this sore. My husband also reports his back is stiff. The water temperature was very inconsistent. You were either bathing with the devil or in an ice burg.

Thanks so much for the kind remarks! We’re glad to hear you liked the self check-in process and cafe. Unfortunately, it’s hard to please everybody with bedding as it’s so subjective. We’ll look into the bed in room #30 and see if it needs a mattress topper. We hope to see you again.

The Bradford was a very pleasant surprise. It’s tucked away (but not too far) from all the crowds. We stayed in room #5 on the lower level which is on the backside. Very quiet and you drive right up to the door. There are no elevators so keep that in mind if you have a ton of Luggage . Our room was very clean and cozy. We ate breakfast at their little cafe, Steamy Joes, which has a nice view and guest get 20% off. They also have a nice gazebo area for gathering if you choose to do that. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Branson. The rates were very reasonable.
