First impressions were mixed. It is a beautiful hotel on the outside, built to look like a castle. Once in our room, we were amazed at how small the bathroom was. Barely able to turn around in it. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. Wish they had make your own waffles or pancakes.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband and I recently stayed here during a recent trip to Branson. What a find! It was suprisingly close to all of the attractions but set off the road enough that it was quiet and welcoming. Based on word of mouth, we requested Buildng # 2 which was full so we asked for Building # 3. Boy, were we glad! This building, like building #2 has a pool and a hot tub but is set off to the side making it feel more private. Our room was in the front which allowed for a small view of the local attractions. The staff at the front desk were somewhat helpful but two employees shined for us. Carissa, from housekeeping, provided us with towels and helpful suggestions even though it was not her building to clean and (Cliff) from security was friendly and a pleasure to visit with. The free breakfast was nice, the staff friendly, but definitely did not have a very large variety of options. We were glad that we upgraded our room so that it was a little bigger, but the bathroom was VERY small. The room was clean and again, the location could not be beat! We will be back!

They made sure we were happy with our room an it was ready early. Big walk in shower that helped us old folks out. It is located in easy distance to the 76 strip. It’s a older establishment but very accommodating. I love the building an the knights on horseback out front. A very unique place.

Thank you for your review, Lindsey! We appreciate when travelers take the time to explore our hotel and all the activities around us. It is always a pleasure to host guests as kind as you. We are not quite sure if individuals can purchase the mattresses, or if it is just a hotel supplier only but will gladly provide you with that info! Our brand new mattresses came from Justice Furniture in Lebanon, MO. We look forward to your future stays!

Parking was great. It is on a hill so might be challenging to walk if you have any physical issues. Breakfast was your typical food. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, small muffins, yogurt, etc. It is a cafeteria setting. Large room with lots of tables. Kind of has a summer camp cafeteria feel to it. You can take your food outside if you wish. Our room had a king bed. It was small and the bathroom was VERY tiny. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The air conditioner worked well. Had a refrigerator and microwave. There were a couple of pools and a game room. We did not use them but families that were using them seemed to be enjoying themselves. The outdoors has great seating where you can relax and listen to the water fall.

The motel room was decent and clean but the sheets and towels are the cheapest in the world and like sandpaper. The employees were nice and friendly except the front desk clerks who seemed angry and not very helpful. They were shocked that we wanted to send a post card in the mail and had no suggestion as to how to mail it in Branson. The free breakfast wasn’t very good in a way to busy dining room. They do nothing to separate large groups of people and slam everyone together with shared tables. In a Covid world it should be handled a little better. After the first night we started going out for breakfast and had a great time seeing the yummy local restaurants. This place needs to re-examine their 1980s Business model things have changed. On a positive note the location was excellent.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at our hotel. We usually take any post card a guest has handed us and place it in our outgoing mail located conveniently behind the front desk. We are interested in hearing further details regarding your front desk interaction, so we can properly train or address any issues, and prevent further experiences like such. The hotel appreciates you taking the time to provide this constructive feedback. Thank you!

Average but newly remodeled. The staff was friendly especially our housekeepers. If we needed anything for our rooms the house keeping staff was quick to get it for us. We had a stopped up sink and maintenance was quick to fix it. The pool and spa was nice as well as the outside waterfall. Location of hotel is close to everything. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Branson.

Not a bad hotel. but not the best. Bed was lumpy and not easy to sleep on. was told they change bed foundations every couple of years. i question if they do. Breakfast was fair but did not change much. So overall place was average.
