Detailed Reviews
Stay here! This is a fantastic campground! Facilities are spotless, the host and campground staff are very friendly, and the campground is close to shows and museums. When you drive into the campground, you are in a gorgeous, serene wooded setting. When you drive out, you are literally in the middle of the Branson strip. We will stay here again when we return to Branson.

We spent a month in RV with family members joining, even from PA. Our daughter & children stayed in a cabin, This campground is very clean, helpful, and always attentive around the whole campground. Pool was relaxing, very clean, as well as bathrooms and showers. Cabins were clean, comfortable and convenient to bathrooms and showers. Laundry was affordable, clean plus a game section while waiting. Trash cans, dog waste cans are located all over the campground for excellent availability. Very Step hills, paved hills in campground, but level RV back ins, and pull ins. Excellent dog parks, with great chairs to sit on while watching your 4 legged friend run and play. I want to especially give my Appreciation to Brad and Mary who were so very helpful from the time we arrived and family arrived at later dates. Such Friendly, loving, caring Couple who always made our days feel like home. This couple truly love their work and being around new people, making them feel like they are at home. Thank You again All, Brad, Mary for a Great Month in Branson. Mary n Spencer Slater, Oklahoma Hugs

Musicland Kampground I fabulous. Its wooded, sites wind their way downhill and the busy Highway 76 above disappears. Many sites are spacious and shaded. The staff is incredibly helpful and a guide always escorts you to your site and helps with parking. Its location allows quick and easy access to the attractions on Hwy 76…both by driving, or walking.

This was our first trip to a campground not located at a state park. It was awful from the minute we arrived. Upon check in we were advised there would be no water due to falling temps. This wouldn't have been necessary if they would install frost free hydrants. The employees kept walking though our site to shut the water off. 45 gals of water doesn't last a family of 4 long so we had to go buy water cans to refill our tank for the second night. Other campgrounds only asked to shut the water off at night. Don't forget that there are no discounts for bad weather, even if services are unavailable. Then the attendant escorting us to the site attempted to tell my husband how to drive in reverse and kept blinding us with his spot light. If you have a trailer it is pretty common to know how to back up or you have cameras (or both), and my husband has years of experience backing not only regular trailers but 5th wheels and goosenecks (30+ years). And if your partner is short tempered like mine, you best avoid this place. The community restrooms you have to sit on the toilet sideways, but it was clean. There is basically no cell phone reception. It was centrally located, but most of them are. When booking they gave the impression the placed was booked fairly solid, we had 3 sites to choose from. It was fairly empty and we were not offered another site. The campers up on top of the hill looked like they kept water. Needless to say we won't be going back. Thankfully it was just 2 nights.

As I read your review, it appears that you were on one of our non frost-free sites during freezing temperatures. This would only occur if our frost free sites were already booked. In those instances, we inform the customer before they stay that the water will be off at their site and ask if they can get by on their tank water. Since you were staying just 2 nights and you must have answered in the affirmative about using your tank; otherwise, we would have let you know that we didn't have a site available for you. It sounds like you arrived after dark. We do our best to assist you getting into your site, especially at night (we don't want anything to happen to your rig, or to any of our facilities). I'm sorry that was an annoying experience for you. I don't know why you didn't get cell reception. We are right in town and the cell tower (AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) is a block away; we have never had anyone complain about cell reception before. When we built our new bathrooms, the plumber installed some very small toilets. I recognize the importance of good toilets and installed new (large) toilets in 2021 with power-assisted flush tanks, in all our bathrooms; this was an expensive upgrade - we have had so much good feedback from customers. Half our park would have been empty if the weather was that bad; our frost-free sites are at the top half of the park. If you had a big rig and the frost free sites were already booked, you would have been at the bottom of the park, which would have been mostly empty - as those sites would be booked only for those able to get by on their own tanks. Regardless, thank you for staying with us and I apologize that we couldn't be a better fit for you at the time you booked.

The park was very nice, clean and quiet. The pool was nice , our kids really enjoyed it! The park is within walking distance of lots of entertainment and we were able to get discounted tickets through the office. The only downside was the steep hill when walking out of the park.

We had the pleasure of staying for 23 days at this outstanding RV Park. The employees were always excited to share info with us. The lay out of the park is something totally different than the normal RV park. Being build in an area where flat ground is a premium, they used the terrain and designed something very different. The park is secure with gates, well kept and shade trees are plentiful. Have plans to visit the park again next year!

Musicland Kampground is a great place to park your RV when visiting Branson. It is located next to the Strip and is walking distance to many of the attractions. The park and facilities are very clean and well maintained. You get a key to the bathrooms, showers, and laundry so only residents can access them. They also give you a pass card to enter the gate, which keeps others out of the park. It is quiet and nice even in the middle of Branson.

Visited here just for a couple nights after several days in Eureka Springs. Wish we could have stayed longer! Chose this campground on recommendation from a fellow camper in ES. They have about 100 sites, and lots of tall trees for that "outdoorsy" feel, even though it's within walking distance from many attractions. Great service, we were escorted (in our RV) to our campsite by a very helpful man (didn't get his name), who stayed to help us set up and be sure we were settled. Full hookups including sewer. Showers and laundry on site. Pet-friendly; dog park near the bathhouse. Would definitely stay here again!

This campground is so convenient- we were able to walk to most of the shows we saw. The sites are quite unique in how they incorporate the hills! The restrooms and showers have been spotless & the laundry facilities are great. Plus the staff was friendly & helpful in answering our questions!

This campground is top-notch. We were a little late on our scheduled 3pm arrival and Pat at the front desk reached out to make sure we were ok. So very thoughtful. When we pulled in a gentleman (I think his name was Don) escorted us to our campsite with his golf cart so there was no mix up....this guy had some serious skills being a spotter. He could tell you turn the wheels left or right and look at your wheels and tell you just how much to cut them. He was so very nice to comment that I followed directions to the T and he said he would have never guessed it was only my third trip out with my camper. Loved the fact that you had to have a keycard to get in the gate--made me feel safe. The showers were very nice and clean. Usually I won't take my shower shoes off, but it was tidy. We really were just there to sleep as we had an action packed Labor Day weekend planned. Drove by Silver Dollar City campground and was deeply disappointed def will be back to MusicLand Kampground when we visit Branson to use our season passes to SDC. Keep up the good work staff!

We stayed in our RV so we did not have any pest issues.
Absolutely bring your golf cart unless they give you a spot close to the top of the 'mountain'. They call it a hill, but...We were at the bottom, space 92, and just too much for me to walk to the top to the pool, and I don't drive my husband's dually, so never even utilized it. We were here a month and miserable. Do not let them put you at the bottom if you want wi-fi and phone service. It's quiet because virtually no one is here, but you'll probably want your golf cart.
Has full hook ups & convenient location. Quiet & had a nice well long stay.
There is a van service that we've used three times in last year. Five dollars per person each way. It's called ride with us. Took us from our site to the event.
Two dump stations (top of park and bottom of park) for those campers who are not on a full hookup site.
