This review/rating is for the front desk clerks and Irena the breakfast server. ONLY! These ladies are fantastic!!! Not enough stars for the excellent customer service they provided. The ladies at the front desk made sure we were satisfied with our accommodations - even upgrading. They worked with us to ensure the accommodations met our expectations. Always stayed positive and helpful. Thanks to these ladies, we had an enjoyable stay. Irena - the breakfast server was helpful, friendly, and kept things picked up and clean. She made sure the items offered for breakfast never ran low. She helped our granddaughter get her waffle mix in the waffle maker and then brought several kinds of syrup to the table for her to choose from. She cleaned the serving area frequently and cleared away the used dishes from our table. She was always wiping down tables, and using the sweeper to get up any food from the floor. She enjoyed talking with the guests and we enjoyed talking with her. She had a very positive and cheerful attitude. She tried to provide each guest with a pleasant dining experience. I wish half the wait staff in restaurants were as attentive as her. Since I booked through Airbnb, I will leave a property review there.

In May of 2021, I booked a room by phone and talked to a lady named Deb. They called and confirmed my reservation yesterday. Today, as we are heading to Branson; they call and cancel our reservation. Spoke to lady named Tracy today and she said they require full payment 14 days in advance to rent one of their suites. In May, Deb took my credit card information and said it would hold the room. I requested to speak with the manager and was told she wasn't available. When I insisted (yes, I got cranky), they hung up on me. I called back again and was hung up on four more times..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Irene the breakfast server was fantastic. Her customer service was the best. She is polite and very helpful in all areas. Works well under pressure when her juice machine broke. Very well trained on safety of food. Saw her taking temps of food couple times. Biscuits and gravy are so goo along with the waffles. Just love Irene. Rest of areas all staff very friendly but seems to be no housekeepers. Rooms not in greatest shape. Awful musty smell. I would come back for the breakfast but maybe not for the room

had trouble from get go at check-in who ever took my reservation info, wrote wrong info on my credit card. Went to room, pulled a drawer on dresser to put away clothing, it fell out into the floor. there was no toilet paper in bathroom. no towels, or wash cloths. went to call front desk. the phone did not work unless you held the cord in the back while you called. turned on t.v., it was so grainy a picture you couldn't watch it. called desk again, they sent main. man who could not fix it, while he was checking connections, he took a picture of all the trash behind the dresser and some reddish looking sticky stuff on the dresser behind the fridge. there was a floor lamp behind the table that did not work, the plug was missing. they sent head housekeeper to clean up the red stuff, she said that room was normally for people with pets, was why it was such bad shape. i spoke with three different people at main desk over the multiple problems with the room, all they would say was i will pass it on.

An affordable place to stay while on vacation. Premises kept clean, as well as, the rooms. The breakfast is good and fresh. Did I mention that Irena, the breakfast host and preparer, was very helpful and courteous.
