We stayed in a 2 bedroom chalet which was nice and clean and had everything you needed to stay. We unfortunately found the bed in the main room too hard and lumpy so moved into the 2nd bedroom for our stay. The staff here were friendly but the caravan park itself is looking a lot unloved. The BBQ area which once would have been lovely is covered in dead vines, needed cleaning out of dead leaves and the BBQ's needed cleaning properly and we couldnt get them to start without using lighters. The grounds overall were not cared for. The playground sand had weeds through it and even the fish cleaning area had a broken bottle in it that looked like it had been there for weeks. Forget using the tennis court which seems beyond repair and the pool was closed when we were there. The park could be nice but needs lots more maintenance.

I was very disgusted when having a shave the cleaner, being female just walked in on me without any notification. I then watched her mop out the urinal then proceed to mop out showers with same mop.She then sprayed bleach on everything. I could not figure out why our clothes and towels had white streaks all over them. My partner soon wised me up. Boganville justifys this place with permanents roaring around on four wheelers drunk and foul mouthed. No fresh fruit, vegies or meat packs at all. Seems to me they get enough money from all their permanents to give a damn about travellers. The manager can not tell you enough how busy she was though we never saw her do a thing. Its appalling for such a nice place to have so many hazards that I would be here all night to explain, no lawn what so ever, very dusty, water pressure low, tv reception crap, same as wifi. I used to run caravan parks and would have been fired on the spot for these misconducts and level of total carelessness. There are way better places in and around geraldton and realise now that the people who are writing good reviews dont know any better or are bogans too. Seems like all the male permanents are in awe of the manageress and she plays them to the hilt. Do yourself a favour and bypass.

Great spot to stay for the night. Good cabin, plenty of room for the dog and not a far walk to the beach! Great 4w4 beach and tracks right outside the park.. Very friendly and bubbly reception staff, had a laugh or two and very helpful. also awesome fishing off the beach, catching a Very nice Mulloway in a matter of two hours on sunset with fish cleaning facilities onsite. Will stay again!

This park has a PET FRIENDLY attraction. That is fine but it would be nice if those people who do travel with their dogs were placed in an area where the stench of urine can be detected without the need to parade their dog all through the park therefore leaving their little deposit's on each little rock and chair..The locals of the park also seem to relish in sitting behind screens ,while the dog goes mental as you take a walk around the park to get the stiffnes out of your legs. The next time that we require a caravan park the one with the dog friendly sign will not get a second look.

I booked this place as a quick stop to sleep and recharge our batteries on a very long journey to Exmouth. I found it easy to book and spoke to Lee-Anne the week before as we were going to be a late arrival. She stated that she would leave a map and the tag to get in behind the notice board for us and that she would leave the key in the room Andy the light on outside, I paid for the room and was more than happy with this. On arrival I found two envelopes with a map and tag in each but the map had highlighted more than one area I was a bit confused but took one of the envelopes and we drove around but there was no light left on ????? Suddenly a women came running at our car waving her arms around and a torch, she asked us who we were when I told her she was extremely rude said the envelope was not for me and we were to ring an hour before arrival. She was shouting at the other vehicle ( our friends, as 4 of us were staying). She told me where to park and to come to reception to return what I shouldn’t have took. She would not allow me to state what we had agreed but was adement that I should have rung. She was so rude to us and would not let me speak! How would I know where to look and how to get in if she hadn’t told me! The accommodation was run down and not very nice either so unless you want an extremely rude person and run down place please do not stay! You have been warned !
