Check in experience was a mess, check in was 3:00 and still not ready when we arrived at 3:30. Employees messing around, scaring each other. After visiting family and came back to the hotel, we had an awful experience with the front desk employee. We have filed a formal complaint due to the way the front desk clerk treated my daughter and her boyfriend and my husband and I. We had an uncomfortable situation in the pool room, went to the front desk and brought it to her attention. She said she had other things to do. In the meantime, the guy left the room. She then stormed into the pool room yelling at us, saying one of us had to get out of the hot tub now. We had no idea what was going on and asked her. She repeated the same way and went on to tell us if we were going to argue with her, we need to leave her premises. No one was arguing, she was yelling and we were all confused. She said something about only three can be in the hot tub at a time. Huh? We traveled hundreds of miles together in the same car, staying in the same room. So confused! We addressed the uncomfortable situation about the older gentleman that we were uncomfortable with, she then told us if we were really that uncomfortable, we would have called 911. What? Again, confused. All this time, she is not wearing a mask. She refused to tell us her name when we asked, she said, "I don't have to give you my name." This was an awful experience and I will not refer others to stay there. We have stayed in many hotels and have NEVER had this kind of experience. Filed a complaint with corporate and management still has not responded as I was told they would.…

One of the best if not the best place to stay when going through Park Rapids. The accommodations are good and the staff is very eaasy to get along with. I definitely would stay there again. The only disappointing thing is the breakfast due to Covid which isn't their fault.

We had to beg to get enough towels and pillows for the 4 people in our room. Then the pillowcase on the one extra pillow they gave us had a ripped up pillowcase. Had to fight to get our garbage picked up and to be given new garbage bags (we stayed for an entire week. The toilet in our room kept backing up. The wifi didn't want to work and disconnected from our phones and tablets multiple times per day to the point we couldn't use it. There was a ton of floating crap in the hot tub and the pool - didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite a long time - we felt dirty using them. The morning and afternoon ladies at the front desk were rude, crabby, and made us feel like we were inconvenencing them by us being there - the night lady was super nice and helpful though. Probably not a place we would stay at again. …

We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay with us. This is not how we want our guests to feel. With covid it has made some things harder like servicing rooms, so instead of offering room service we let our guests know that we can give them new garbage bags and trade them clean linen for their used linens we just are not able to enter the room. The hot tub has been cleaned and we are waiting for down time to resurface and paint the pool(probably after deer hunting season). Thank you for letting us know.

Don't choose this hotel. We paid nearly $200/night. Sucked it up because it was the holiday weekend but this hotel is in horrible condition. New carpet but everything else, not acceptable. These repairs are simple and should be normal hotel maintenance. If you're okay with photo attached, go for it.

nice but need to get snow mobiles away from the building. Noise is vey loud to wake up to. The breakfast area was very busy and not enough seating. Other than that the location is good and have stayed here before. Was hoping to have a quite weekend.
