Fantastic little B&B located in a quiet street in Baudin Beach. I booked for one night and ended up staying 5! The room was spotless, the bed comfy and the breakfast great. It was a lovely short walk to the beach. I would Highly recommend this Accomadation .
Leasha is an amazing chef and our meals were incredibly tasty. Self contained clean accomodation (3 in total) with queen size bed and ensuite. Includes bar fridge, kettle and toaster. If you want to self cater there is a camp kitchen. Quiet area not far from the ferry at Penneshaw or local wineries. Great spot to explore the Dudley Peninsula on Kangaroo Island. Would stay again.
Stayed 4 nights & it was lovely. The host is extremely friendly, welcoming & helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was set up on your room with tea, coffee, juice, cereal, yoghurt, toast, fruit & eggs available in the shared kitchen for cooking. Easy walk to beach & around the small village. Spectacular views to other parts for the Island.
Stopped here just one night before catching the ferry. Our room was great we had room 2. It had a small table and lounge as well as the makings for a continent breakfast. Cereal, and bread and spreads, yoghurt, fruit, and toaster and coffee and tea. Outside in the communal kitchen was eggs and waffles. There is a bbq if you wish to cook too. The bed was comfortable and the whole unit lovely and clean. Our hostess was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Great.
Our cabin looked small and basic from the outside but, on entering it, we were pleasantly surprised at the charming decor and spaciousness of the room. There was a small dining area, easy chairs, and also a verandah, facing a little garden. Our charming hostess, Lycia, allowed us to check in, even though we arrived hours before the check-in time; so we were able to leave our luggage and freshen up before hitting the tourist attractions. Breakfast is included in the rates. In the room, were continental breakfast essentials like cereals, bread, jam and yoghurt. However, you are also welcome to cook the eggs and frozen belgian waffles in the exterior kitchenette, just across the rooms. We felt really at ease during our stay, with the generous, kind and hospital attitude of our hostess! Lastly, I must mention our dinner here. I had pre-ordered dinner from Lycia ( She is a trained chef) for one of our nights there, as we knew we would return late - having booked on the nocturnal tour at Hanson Animal Sanctuary - and all restaurants on KI would be closed. We had booked for a 8:30 dinner, but only got back at 9:15, because we had to inch down the night road as animals were crossing it every 200 m or so! I was texting Lycia with apologies, but she was cheerful and understanding; and then served a delicious dinner of KG Whiting, perfectly cooked though were an hour late!…
