It’s a nice boutique hotel with some spectacular scenes and some nice rooms, the restaurant has a very good dinner menu but lunch menu could improve. I would say the highlight of our stay was the service as the staff went above and beyond with our requests and the only down side was the small pool area as we had to go in a queue system to get a bed for couple of days.

Firstly I just have to say I can not believe there are ANY negative reviews of this hotel! It absolutely exceeded any expectations we had prior to our visit. Everything was exceptional. We stayed 11 nights and honestly can not thank the hotel staff enough for the most amazing holiday. The hotel itself is unreal, everywhere you turn is a stunning view, our room was outstanding with a breathtaking sea view, the beds the comfiest I’ve ever felt (it’s a disappointment being back home in my own!) also the maid service in the rooms is second to none, our rooms were immaculate and cleaned twice daily - what more could you want? There was everything available that you could possibly need - and anything not at hand the staff are more than happy to help you with. The decor of the hotel I have genuinely never seen a more stunning hotel. Which also may I add was ALWAYS spotlessly clean. The pool area - amazing. Aside from the hotel itself being amazing I have to say, it’s the staff what made it stand out for us. Every single member of staff was so friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough to make sure our holiday was the best. The manager (who appears to never leave haha) was super friendly and approachable, he really does go the extra mile for the guests. Also one of the staff who served us at breakfast I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name - young guy curlyish hair - was such a lovely guy. All the staff are a credit to this hotel, also the lovely lady at reception who went out of her way to get us access to an empty room on our last day before our departure - we are so grateful!! Honestly - I could go on and on about this place. We are a well travelled couple and have to say this is by far our favourite hotel. Everything was amazing and the little extras which are available really don’t go unnoticed. Thank you all so much for the most amazing stay. Anyone thinking of booking - DO IT! The negative reviews I have seen - I’m sorry are ridiculous. This place gets 100/10 from us and we can’t wait to return ❤️

My wife and stayed at the Utopia for a couple of days during a recent trip to Mykonos. On arrival at the hotel the reception was a little bewildering; multiple people were talking at once, and we were not seated and offered a drink during the checking process, which is pretty much a prerequisite at this level. One staff member did however offer us a bottle of water at one point in the midst of all the chaos. The front desk appeared to be more interested in insuring that we scrolled quickly though the Covid-19 disclaimer and ticked the bottom, than ensuring that we received a warm welcome. We opted for a seaview room, which afforded a decent view from the small terrace. The room was adequate although missing the ironing board and blue tooth music player, which were however delivered to our room when requested. The bathrooms are extremely gloomy, to the extent that my wife had to sit on the terrace to apply makeup. The hotel decor was in keeping with the Myconian theme, with clean lines and a modern touch. The pool area was too small for the amount of guests, the music around the pool was not very relaxing; quite loud and beaty, not very soothing and probably more suited to youngsters or those who are "Down with the kids." Would have appreciated some slightly more chilled tunes. Other guests we spoke with had similar comments. Almost all sunbeds were reserved by towels before breakfast. The hotel has a policy whereby reserved beds unused by 11:30 have the towels removed. Of course this is exploited by guests who simply return to claim beds by 11:30, even if they haven't used them for hours previously. This policy requires serious revision. We ate at the restaurant on the first evening. My wife and I chose a table inside rather then sit on a quite crowded outside terrace (Covid 19). The waiter was excellent; showing good knowledge of the food and wine menus alike. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine choices that we made. During our meal another couple were seated around half a meter behind us. So close that when I moved back wards our chairs touched (Covid 19 disclaimer???). To make matters worse another couple were then seated less than a metre to our left, even though there were plenty of other tables inside the dining area. We decided at this point to leave. We bumped into the manager on the way back to our room, who did ask if there was anything he could do. It was a little too late really. The staff were all professional and pleasant enough. The security situation appeared well considered, but the enforcement of Covid measures amongst guests, especially in public areas was non existent. Hardly any guests wore masks, and although there were enough signs around requesting the use of masks the rules never appeared to be enforced. We're staff too worried to upset guests at the expense of other guest safety?? We did have a lengthy chat with the manager, while we were waiting for our transfer to the airport where we covered all the points mentioned in my review. The review and the associated score reflect our experience compared to similar hotels of this standard. Having stayed in other Relais & Château hotels I'm a little surprised that this hotels is part of the group. These views are mine and my wife's and are written without prejudice or grievance to any parties concerned.

We stayed at Utopia for a week. The hotel is outstanding, everything was perfect. The staff are professional and caring and have your comfort and enjoyment in mind at all times. The manager, Costas is engaging but not intrusive and keeps a close eye on the smooth operation of the hotel. The hotel is based at the top of a very steep hill which looks over the sea, giving you a stunning view of the coastline and Aegean sea. The steep hill could be seen as drawback at first but the hotel have it covered with an efficient transfer to the beach, or the other restaurants at your convenience. The hotel also offer a free timetabled transfer into Mykonos town. The restaurant serves a lunch and dinner menu, we ate dinner on a couple of nights. The food was delicious and the ambiance is chilled and romantic. Service is excellent. On most nights there was a musician who plays a wind instrument along with a recorded track. This was not to our taste and I felt it didn't really fit with the other aspects of the hotel. However other people seemed to enjoy it ! Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choices. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and our bed was extremely comfortable. For us the outstanding service we received from all of the staff put this hotel as the best we have ever stayed in.

I cannot say enough great things about the Myconian Utopia. From the free breakfast, to the helpful, hospitable staff, to the amazing room with the prettiest sunset view, our stay was simply fantastic. Transportation to Mykonos town as well as to Elias Beach is included, which was so helpful and the transfers run VERY often. The food was delicious. You can also visit their other locations nearby for a change of scenery. The look of Utopia is modern with a desert feel. Staff is helpful and friendly and they went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. This hotel group is a MUST stay in Mykonos!!
