When we reached the place, it was so peaceful. I enjoyed the place in every minute of my stay there. There is no such place in there where you won't feel boring, even the rooms. It will give you all what you want and need. The waves were not scary so you wont be afraid to swim. The sand is clean and fine. You can relax in every way you want. The price is very affordable. The route is easy to access. You can have also an event to this resort because of the function area is very much wide. this resort is a fabulous gem in the ruff. The hotel is very mall, intimate, quiet, with lots to do or not. It depends on your needs and what you are looking for. It suited us to the very last day and we loved it. The staff was fantastic and truly warm, caring, and helpful too. I would recommend this as one of the most affordable but elegant beach resort in the Philippines. It is a beautiful and well maintained hotel/resort. It is a very quiet place if you want to just relax, not like the larger resorts in the area. I will surely come back to this place.

Stayed at this beach resort hotel 1 week in October and was pleasantly surprised considering the poor reviews. The hotels best assets are its location the beach a stones throw from the accommodation and the staff particularly Syra who is so helpful and cute but all the staff were good.
The room was a decent size en suite and the bed was comfortable maybe a little more light would be good.
Downsides was a hot water fault only luke warm water no wi fi and a little run down, no bar or restaurant but I will re book in future and they are working on improvements.Even though I had no air con the fan room was fine for me in October.

We arrived at the resort at around 8pm & its raining due to many stops & zigzag road - road trippers gonna find it thrilling. Our reservation that very same day was made thru Agoda as we are just looking for a place to stay on a long weekend. Room was very comfortable with complete towels & toiletries. Water supply is ok maybe because we are only 3 guests that night. We find the place peaceful for those who want soul searching. The staff are very attentive. Beach is clean. We grilled our fresh fish brought along the road in Real, dinner was great with hot rice together with calamansi & soy sauce. By the way, place has an ATV but was not able to use it bec of the weather. There is also billiard & dart as recreation.

We went here for a family outing just last weekend and it was a very long drive from Manila - about 5 hours. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a garden which is also the parking lot. There's also a pool at the side of the parking lot, at first I thought it was weird because of the pool's location but I just shrugged it off - you went here for the beach and not for the pool. Anyway, the staff were very accommodating but I think they were short on manpower; the rooms were clean but not five star resort clean; the cottages are old. You'll also be cooking your own food - grills are provided but rice cooker and the like are not (so you need to bring your own).

As for the beach, it's not Boracay but it's something. There's a lot of seaweeds but we didn't mind - we were all excited to swim - we haven't been in the beach for so long and it was time to appreciate what's in front of us. Blue Pavillion also offers billiards, karaoke, and volleyball and basketball courts.

we did not anticipate the drive to take as long as it did, thus upon arriving, our supposed day tour became an overnight stay. thankfully, despite being fully booked ate peng was able to give us a slot.

pros :
√ accommodating staff
√ back up power (power outage is prevalent in the area)
√ breezy location & sea level near shore is great for swimming
√ great sunrise
√ allows cooking & bringing of food without corkage fee

cons :
○ beach maintenance - bonfire is allowed at night, unfortunately come sunrise you'll see scattered ashes and wood. random garbage is also present (perhaps fault of the visitors too)

○ murky sea water, no way to see the sea floor

○ fine sand, but with big stones

The pics found here and in their websites are old pictures. Probably 10 years or older considering the state of the resort as of this writing. The resort is in bad condition. Everything is old, damaged and dilapidated. Everything from cottages, buildings, rooms, pool and surrounding area has been neglected. Not a well maintained resort. Not even a one star resort in my opinion. A low budget resort to describe it. Only thing people should pay for is the use of the pool. Even the pool is nowhere near it's picture. It's an old pool. Entrance fee of P250 is overpriced considering the amenities. Public shower and comfort rooms are dirty, damaged and neglected. Only activity left is valley ball. There's no restaurant. Only a carinderia. Beach is okay during low tides but rocky during high tides. Not worth the long travel. Only fit for locals of Infanta.

We didn't have any reservations, so that's our bad. We chanced upon their unlighted sign as our headlights swiped down the many potholes Dinahican road. We risked a visit and drive into their narrow unpaved and dark driveway. Parking was ample. No guard in sight or anyone to welcome. Reception area was not facing ingress or entrance area. Friendly staff advised rooms available at 3300.00 PHP per room. No cook on duty or in house resto, or pantry to get a warm meal from, apparently in house food was only available during peak/summer months. Either you bring your own food or buy in the town proper which was a good 30 minute drive back. There was a group checked in doing karaoke in a common area. The rest of the place was dark and we.couldn't see the rest of the facilities or perimeter.

We didn't stay.
