- The place is not well maintained and the rooms are bit old but that is not all. -We took the family suite which was supposed to have 4 queen beds as advertised and confirmed by the hotel when I called to book 1 week in advance. unfortunately, it is not as advertised. - Housekeeping has been very slow to respond, it took 1 full day for them to fix the tv. Thanks to the person on our 2nd day. - Towels and toiletries are not even prepared when we arrived. I'm also not sure if it was properly sanitized as the bathroom has been all wet when we arrived. - They do not have a working generator so if there is blackout, goodluck! no back up plan whatsoever. we had kids and senior so it was important to us. - Resto is also a letdown. service is too slow and we felt they really did not want to take orders. we tried ordering a hotdog sandwich and they still managed to mess it up. it took almost an hour for these hotdogs.no explanation whatsoever. - One lone good aspect is their receptionists. they are very respectful and patient. I pity them because it is not their fault nor their doing. We would have transferred if there was any other available hotels but there was none that can accomodate us. This was the primary reason why I always book in advance because I dont want the hassle of looking for accomodations on the day. There were even a few folks who did cancel their reservation when we were there due to similar issues. I hope this review helps to improve their facility and process.…
Cannot pass as a hotel. NOT located on the WATERFRONT ROAD at the Subic Freeport Zone.. NOT A BEACH resort.. NO BEACH ACCESS... VERY DIRTY OUTDOOR DINING AREA right beside the POOL with WATER THAT LOOKS DIRTY too. (mountain of trash stayed overnight and up until breakfast time.. it was truly disgusting). TV RECEPTION WAS NOT GOOD on any channels.. NO OTHER ACTIVITIES to do other than to sleep. BROKEN BATHTUB that leaks when you shower (safety issue). DARK inside the room because the ceiling was low and the lights need to be upgraded (not just replaced). Sofa and curtains need updating too. COMMON AREAS need maintaining and cleaning, grass needs cutting. HOUSEKEEPING kept on passing by the room 30 minutes before the checkout time AIRCON REMOTE CONTROL CANNOT BE BORROWED (staff said baka mawala, tawagin na lang sila pag i aadjust). THE SADDEST THING I have seen in years.. other simple, much affordable camping sites at Zambales are way, way, way better than this "hotel." We felt robbed seriously. I could go on and on but the bottomline is.. it was a disaster.. you'd want to stay here if there is a zombie apocalypse already. Suggest to take your hard-earned money somewhere else. This "hotel" uses photo on the internet that looks like they were taken from the 1980s.. probably when it was still in a good condition.…
We came here for a family day visit and paid an admission fee to use the swimming pool area. Our 8 year son was walking to the children’s and stepped on a piece of glass. He let out a scream and his foot started bleeding. It took 15 minutes to remove the piece of glass. The management of the hotel could not care less about the situation. I asked the front Reception what they would do. They stated they would have housekeeping clean the area. The management never made an effort to come out and apologize. It ruined a good part of our outing.
Unprofessional and rude staffs. People were harassed by the management after leaving a bad review due to the room still not ready at 3pm when the check in time was 2pm. On top of that, there was a power outage and they do not have a generator to run the place. They rudely asked us to leave the hotel if we dont take down the bad review in their page.
Had a 2-day car club event and the members were checked in at this hotel. Day 2 activities were held in the hotel’s function room. PROS - Cheap price - Accessible, long the main road - Wide parking space CONS (warning: long list) - The compound was only 5km from Subic base premises, BUT because of the traffic, it takes 30-35 minutes to get there! - The compound looked like my grandma’s place back in the 80s - The layout and décor were very dated - Double lock on the door missing, but there were holes on the door where it used to be. - The timer knob of the aircon is broken, aircon shut off twice in the middle of the night while we were asleep, had to get up to turn it back on. - TV is the old-style bulky CRT TV, and it only had 2 channels! - No TV remote, requested for it but I never arrived - Counted 2 busted bulbs inside the room. Light in the foyer not working. Bedside lamp also not working. - Bed linen was yellowish and thinning already. Blanket was a joke! - Pillows were too soft already, need to be replaced. - The handles of the drawers by the bedside do not match! - Shower area in the bathroom did not have a curtain! Curtain rod and curtain rings were there, but curtain was missing. - Several broken tiles in the bathroom. Tile grout was dark already. - Hand-held shower head mount was fixed to the wall. Placement was too low, had to crouch down a bit to take a shower (I’m 5’ 10”). - Water pressure too low in the morning, water heater won’t even activate. - Bath soap was challenging too use, doesn’t want to lather. - Towels were rough, won’t use them to wipe the car! - Rice during breakfast takes at least 10 minutes to replenish when it runs out. - AV technician was annoying: he liked pumping up the music too loud during lull times; he crosses in front of the projector during presentations; and at one point he was fiddling with the settings of the computer while I was presenting in PowerPoint mode, so I had to call him out. What’s funny was, they even asked for a P1,000 deposit upon check in. I wonder what it was for, there was nothing in the room to steal! Hahahaha Finally, I joked my wife after we checked in: “my lifelong dream of bringing you to a motel has finally been fulfilled!”…
