Arrived to see a very run down building, within an extremely unkempt gated community. After we checked in to see our 2 rooms, we immediately wanted to leave. Filthy rooms, toilets not working, 20 year old cheap furniture and unmanaged facilities. Even though this is a beach resort you have no access to swim at the beach. After discussing with the manager about canceling my reservations , paying for the first day as we did check in, ( even though we were there less than an hour) and refunding the remaining 2 days . I received an email a day later with an apology but hey we’re keeping all your money. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was friendly though, but it’s the Philippines so it’s kind of the norm to be friendly.

The first red flag upon our arrival; there were two cars in the resort’s parking lot. The place is very pretty and inviting. But, the service and food in the restaurant was terrible. Center of my fish was still cold, which complemented the cold French fries they presented. My wife’s meal was not even what she ordered. To make matters worse, apparently the owner with his lunchtime guests got all the attention and service while the two of us sat and sat and sat for our meal. I have owned several businesses in my life time and as an owner, I’d never ever allow the sort of delay and dissatisfaction to occur while being personally catered to. When I met with the female manager and explained our unhappiness, she seemed complacent. (Really did not care). After sending back our meal, they had the nerve to charge us for our drinks. The concept of customer satisfaction is totally devoid at Club Morocco, Subic. We will never go back and unfortunately, I will give the place a solid “thumbs down” to all my friends who are always looking for customer service minded resorts and nice restaurants. Two weeks ago we had a wonderful family weekend getaway at this property that I haven’t heard of my life. It was my wife who’d found it and told me that we should give it a try. I decided why not, since we only have a certain place that we normally visit and stay in Subic. Though this property is available on most of the OTAs, the presence is not that strong or attractive to travelers. I recently checked their TripAdvisor - there are reviews but no acknowledgement from their management. They have a beautiful property - I guess that's a result of its seclusion from the rest of the locations known to travellers. The rooms are a bit old and need some renovations but aside from that it’s so clean. The room rates are very competitive for its spacious size and vintage style. Their pools and sea views were the important amenities that attracted us to stay and come back again many times. This property can do more and earn more but on the other hand, it’s appealing to the type of "introvert" attitude we have/not too social. The place is immaculate from the masses.

If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, I recommend this resort. Away from the bustling hype of the city and be close to nature. Nice place and approachable staff. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back if ever.

Quiet place. All ok looksl a little dated and could do with a bit of cleaning here and there but nice staff. Will return. Swimming pools were nice. Good place for a day or two. Beach is ok but didn't look good to swim in the sea.

Great potential but unkept, unclean, tattered and unloved. Poor service, very poor language skills, food is terrible, that’s if they have what they advertise on the menu. No attention from staff they are busy watching tv or sleeping despite the low numbers visiting. I don’t think owners or those working here have ever been to Morocco or tasted the cuisine, this is VERY low class Philippines!!!! Don’t bother wasting your time to visit

Pretty sure they didn’t advertise this as a luxury hotel but I expected More. Entrance fees, pool fees, Picnic fees, grill-use fees, etc. are not unheard of in the Philippines but one expects some level of quality for this. I was going to go swim. Paid my 200 pesos. And lo and behold the pools (yes there’s three of them) were filthy. The one closest to the beach had plastic cups, pieces of food, and other flotsam. The other pool was being cleaned but was just as filthy and so I stepped out and refused a refund. The food is so so and the service is fine. But please if were going to be a Club here we could at least refine our facilities right? I’ve been to Morocco’s and Let’s Fez it, Club Morocco should get a different name.
