What can I say? Simply a great place to stay! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good and has a nice variation for the next day. The hotel mgr and the staff are all very friendly and accomodating. The hotel provides free shuttle but actually its all within walking distance to Calle Crisologo, Plazas, Church, Museums, restaurants and different types of eateries. The shuttles are electric so its environmentally friendly and of classic design The hotel certainly kept the heritage look so it certainly is a great way to experience the Spanish feel once you checked-in. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visitng Vigan.

It was my brother’s wedding and we needed to have a place to prep up. I was immediately assisted by the Hotel Manager-Mia Aguila with what they offer. She toured me around and even gave me the best suggestions of rooms to book. I was then assisted by Owen, the Front Desk Agent, who’s very welcoming and helpful as well as patient as i have made so much revisions to the quotation. My experience didnt stop there, i was also in communication with them through email for the final arrangements as well as additional rooms with endless queries. Yyana and Bea are superb as i can feel their great sense of hospitality even through email. The facility is trully magical, from the furniture, room set up, even the ceiling details will definitely give you a lookback of the spanish era. Well, i have considered checking out some hotels nearby, but when i felt like i’m valued and warmly welcomed, i knew that Hotel Felicidad was BEST PLACE to stay in.

We sadly only managed to stay here one night and it rained at least half the time we were there. But let me tell you this... Vigan and the people there are really fantastic in my opinion. Very well tourist set up place. Seriously one of the best places I’ve visited in the Philippines. Hotel Felicidad was really great too. Staff are very polite and extremely helpful. Our superior room was worth the little extra to upgrade as it can with a cozy four poster bed and a bit more space than the average room. Parking is 2 blocks away, free, safe and secure. The staff will take you and wait for you then bring you back to the hotel. Room service food order was a bit slow but well worth the wait. Hotel is very well maintained and very in keeping with the Spanish grass roots. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would also highly recommend the night dancing fountain display at 7pm every day, really great to see. Just ask staff for details. The hotel also has a sister restaurant just up the road and you must go there and eat, we loved it!

Our room, which is a family room, is very cozy and has its "warmth" that really feels like home, added to that is the very accomodating staff/ crew as well as its delicious breakfast which features Vigan longganisa, Ilocano's "dinuyduy" as well as Filipino cuisine and delicacies.
