Mr. Guest, Unfortunately in the state of Michigan smoking of any kind is prohibited aka against the law and when we find evidence in a room of smoking of any kind we charge a fee for additional cleaning. This has been our practice and we strictly enforce the breaking of the state law with a fee. So sorry to hear you were upset with us. We charged your personal card and removed the fees from your corporate card after speaking with you. Once again, sorry to hear you are so upset.

I opted to stay here b/c I had a very early morning flight and booked the park/stay/fly option. The room was very quiet and the staff was great! Shuttle run to/from the airport every 1/2 hour, and it's a really quick drive. My car was safe in the parking lot during the stay.

I travel a lot and expect Hilton to have a certain standard. This hotel had a massively dirty elevator, the room was dirty in spots. My wife was uncomfortable. I used the first floor bathroom and it appeared to not have been cleaned in a week or more.

Agreed, as long as you are a guest and they know the vehicle you are good. If you are vacation travelling, etc. you will have to check with that hotel's plans.

Is there a fee to park? Where is parking located?
No, there is no fee to park. There is a parking lot that surrounds the hotel and I must say that later in the evening it was harder to find a spot closer to where we wanted to be - the front lobby area.

Good morning. My husband and I need to drop off our rental car at the airport and then need a ride to the hotel. The following morning we have a 5 AM flight. Is hotel shuttle service provided for both - even for such an early flight? Thank you in advance for your response, Gayle
Hi. My husband I and will be moving our college graduate to South Bend, IN and are flying back to DC out of Grand Rapids. Unfortunately, our flight is at 5 AM. Do you provide airport shuttle service and if so, could that be arranged for such an early a flight? If not, what do you suggest with regards to getting to the airport for that early? Also, could breakfast 'to go' bags be arranged for us? We are fans of the Hilton organization and for years, trust that our needs can be met. Thank you in advance for your response.
I am flying in for a bicycle tour with Pat Blackman's SENIOR CYCLING. Question 1: Will you accept my boxed bike from FedEx ground a few days prior to my June 18 arrival? Question 2: Can I store my bike box with you until my return stay on June 27? Question 3: By prior arrangement FedEx can pick up my bike directly from Hampton Inn on the day after my departure. Is this allowable?
Hello, Yes, we can accept your boxed bike as long as your name is on the package and the reservation. Storage space is limited, but usually not a problem. The only area that would be available is our back office. Yes, FedEx can pick up the bike. Thanks!
