Always enjoy staying here when we visit Grand Haven. Campsites aren’t all level and paved but it was fine. Hard to find a site with full hookup as you can’t reserve a certain one, it’s first come. We didn’t get a site with sewer, we just paid the $10 fee to have them empty our tank. Pool is nice. They have mini golf, arcade, outdoor movies playing nightly and go-karts.

I've call numerous times to the AUTO ANSWERER, only to be hung up on each time, plus when I call to leave a message, they don't call back..what can I say, if you can't even get a hold of anybody to make a reservation, what kind of service are you going to get at the campground. GO TO THE STATE PARK, you are better off.

After spending the night, when returning from breakfast we were accused of trying to slip in the campground and told we could not go to our trailer until we were "checked out". Stated that we did not have our pass on our windshield, we were never given one, woman at desk stated that she remembered giving a pass to me when I checked in. She was not the woman who checked me in. After a extended argument I stated I was going to get my trailer a leave, she and the helper could call the law. Have never been treated this way at any campground, anywhere. And my wife and I have been travel trailer camping since the 70's, Stay away from here!!!

Place lies to employees mainly Tammy Blankenship and Randy Robel say keep you full time instead of lying they should say hey Randy blew to much money so we half let you go they'd rather lie to ppl and other coworkers. You can ask any staff not related to Brenda and I guarantee they say she best worker they had for cleaning and going above her job title Randy remember when you said everyone was giving her good compliments and keep up good work? You lie told her she would be kept full time so if your reading this remember if they treat employees this way that killed them selves going above their job standards what do you think you'll be treated like?

This is the worst Outdoor Adventure we have been to. The pool said it was heated which was a lie because it was ice cold and the kids pool even colder. The arcade only has a few games. The playground has a metal slide in which I couldn't imagine what it would feel like on a hot day. The store closed at 8 which was a huge inconvenience. Their was no one in front in booth after 9 which made me think anyone could come in. The bathrooms were always dirty, toilet seats look a 100 years old. The cabin was filthy dirt all over the floor especially under bed, couch mattress springy, cob webs all over. Mini golf needs major repairs rickety bridge, greens falling apart. Go carts you have to pay 5.00 to ride which with all the money outdoor Adventure makes you pay, they should be free!
