Crown Towers Perth offers a mixed bag of experiences, with many guests lauding the hotel's luxurious touches, particularly the pool, and its strategic location near the city and airport. The rooms' quality varies, with complaints about comfort and maintenance overshadowing the praise for their cleanliness and views. Additionally, several guests question the value, citing high costs and additional charges as drawbacks.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The hotel itself could belong in Las Vegas but sadly the casino couldn’t. The casino is good but there are no Craps tables and it is not quite Vegas…but appreciate you are in Perth, not Vegas!

The staff in the hotel and the facilities are amazing. We literally loved our stay here and we will be back

Stayed with my husband and daughter, and was very happy that we had gotten it on a special.

Granted it was during the restrictions, so nothing other than the one hotel in the complex was open, but we thought that Crown would have been more forthcoming with prices and deals.

There was only free to air available on the tv. Movies (not only new releases) were $16.95 each. We chose to order Uber eats for dinner because the prices of room service was pretty insane. $37 for fish and chips!!! We did do breakfast room service. Three pastries for $15.50. Bargain right? One croissant 8cm x 3cm. A brioche bun 5cm x 5cm and a danish 5cm x 5cm.

The room was absolutely lovely, no denying that. We had two queen beds, a deep bath with a tv, floor to ceiling windows, luxurious bath robes and a selection of pillows to choose from. More importantly, the staff were absolutely lovely! Everyone we came into contact with we’re impeccably dressed, very polite and welcoming and more than happy to help.

We recently spent a night at Crown Towers in one of the suites with access to the Crystal Club.

When checking in we encountered our first issue: we didnt have a physical credit card which apparently is required for the room bond (they advised they couldnt use the cards on our mobile phones). After some discussion and consultation with superiors this issue was resolved in a sensible way (they let us stay without having to go home to get a credit card).

Our suite was well appointed and a good size with nice views. However, upon getting to our room we encountered our second issue: no bottle of sparkling (which was part of our package). This is not normally a major issue but became one when room service had an issue responding. After three different requests for the sparkling the bottle eventually arrived (mind you it did take just under two hours and I even offered to go down and collect it myself). Unfortunately the sparkling wasnt cold!! And the ice bucket had very little ice. My suggestion to Crown would be not to offer the sparking as part of the package as it obviously is difficult for them to provide and creates unnecessary expectations and frustrations from the guests.

After finally savouring the sparkling we headed off to the pool for some relaxation and a poolside drink. Surprise surprise the service was extremely slow. So much so that we actually thought they had forgotten our order (drinks came after a 36 minute wait - see now I am timing people). Surely faster service is more pleasurable for the guests and profitable for the hotel.

Now for the good part: the Crystal Club is amazing. Probably the best club room we have used. The views of the river and city are beautiful and the service first class. The cocktails and canapes were very nice and the staff very professional and attentive. And just when we thought it couldnt get any better we enjoyed one of our best breakfasts in the club. The mix of table service and buffet is appreciated.

We will be back notwithstanding our frustrations with check in and the sparkling wine because the CC is simply world class.

Fair to say arriving at the hotel it is quite impressive. The doorman take your cases directly to your room, whilst you check in luggage free, all good. We had booked a river view, which again did not disappoint. The room was spacious and bright. A turndown service in the evening with slippers by the bed and chocolates. All controls on tablet. From then on not good, the breakfast room was a buffet style in the Epicurrean, From noodles to curry, chocolate fountains, eggs, cakes gluten free, salads you name it they had it, and a set price to paid for a buffet style breakfas. The appalling waste of food was obscene, it was like a bun fight. not a pleasant relaxing start to the day. The waiters and waitress were taking plates away whilst you were still using them, they forgot to bring coffee, just an awful experience. We had paid for a 7 night stay with breakfast. On the third morning front of house asked us if we would like our breakfast charged to our room as we were only entitled to one breakfast, and we were ask to sign the receipt at the table, most embarrassing. No professionalism what so ever, I pointed out that we had a 7 night stay with breakfast, they said they would check it, surely that should have been done in the first instance, no apology from the member of staff. We had to ask for face cloths, coffee, milk for the room, all in all one of the hotel experiences. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

During our 11 days trip to Perth, we spent 2 nights at Crown Tower, which was one of the three hotel within Perth Crown Casino complex. Crown Tower is the most expensive of the three and they promoted it as a luxury hotel and we were not disappointed. We booked it through Qantas Luxury Hotel that offered 30% savings. The Tower building has its own well landscaped vehicular approach and the valet parking team were attentive and efficient. Huge check-in counter staffed by 6 staff with little or no waiting time.
The Deluxe King Room was spacious and has the feel of elegance and exuberance yet not overpowering. We had a corner room with fall height windows to both sides. Motorised heavy double curtains were operated by a remote control. Luxury super king size bed was so relaxing with bedding furnishing to match. A huge flat screen TV was facing the bed. Not a speck of dust was found on any surface. Room was well designed with wide entrance. A coffee making section was located between the bedroom and the ensuite. Ensuite has double vanity, full size bath, separately glazed partition for toilet and shower. The range of toiletries was the most comprehensive that I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The ensuite has a smaller flat screen TV as well.
The casino and many of their restaurants were within easy access from the hotel lobby. Breakfast was well served and the buffet was extensive. Restaurants for dinner were extremely popular and booking in advance was highly recommended as they also catered for a huge crowd from Perth. Friday night was a mayhem.
Love this hotel stay.

Spent the night at the crown for our anniversary this weekend. There was a HUGE wait (almost an hour) to get in to valet parking and check in. They were very very busy and had 10+ staff manning the desks but still couldn't keep up. Check in was easy & we were given a complementary bottle of bubbles which was a nice touch. The room is exquisite. We were in a corner room facing the river and the view was breathtaking. The room was really hot when we first arrived but easily fixed with aircon blast! The bath is deep and big enough for 2.

We had lunch at Rockpool which was out of this world good and worth every cent! We also had cocktails at the Waiting Room which were lovely, but they were very very busy also so we didn't stay long as it was standing room only. We ordered room service for dinner and it arrived quickly and was delicious!

The only down fall of the entire stay was breakfast at the Epicurean. Pretty much everything except the potato gems was cold! The dumplings were dry, the samosas were hard, the eggs were sloppy and watery. Even my coffee was cold. It was really really disappointing, especially for the price & although the arrival attendant was lovely and friendly, our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. We wont return to the epicurean again but we will definitely return to the towers!

Really looking forward to this Crown Towers Overnight package to celebrate birthday. Although there was a wait for checkin, the experience was friendly and professional. When asked if we were celebrating anything special, we said yes a birthday. Staff member offered bottle of champagne to be sent to room after 5 p.m. This never happened so no surprise and a bit disappointed on the night. Asked about dress code in Crystal Room and told no jeans!
However, found that at least 4 guests were wearing jeans!! Next day on checkout pointed out to staff member that no champagne in room night before and was offered a bottle as part of the service recovery which was pleasantly accepted. Valet parking was included in package but was going to be charged for until we questioned. It was then removed from invoice. Overall this is a beautiful property and very high spec decor. Staff in Crystal room very courteous and friendly. However just felt for a 5 star hotel, there was a lack of attention to detail particularly at checkin and needs to improve.

We've stayed here a few times since their opening. So disappointed with our stay this time. This was the first time we stayed and didn't even get water bottles to drink. Not even one. They used to give a couple of free water bottles before. Paid over $500 per night, rang the guest service and ask nicely if they still provide complimentary water bottle, the man on the phone told us to pay or drink tap water from the toilet sink.

The room service took forever to help us with our requests. No slippers provided, only 2 sets of toothbrushes in a family room.

After our stay, got an email for feedback. Filled up the feedback and received an automatic 'canned' response email from the hotel duty manager.

This is so sad to see this hotel going down like this. It used to be our go to hotel and we want to spoil ourselves.

Our beer and wine as confiscated and as a 48 year old, I was made to feel 18. We had a lot of inclusions in a package we purchased through a third party and we had to re-tell the story of the inclusions wherever we tried to use it. There is no longer bottled water supplied in the room and we were told to use the tap.

Not a premium experience I'm afraid.

After straying at Crown Towers shortly after the resort was finished in which we had an amazing time my partner and I were disappointed that on this stay the experience was not as it was the first time. Put in a disabled room with limited facilities, bathroom was not cleaned to the level expected of a 5 star resort and the reception service when checking in was not welcoming. No early morning room service on a Monday morning was unexpected given the highly rated accommodation. Hopefully this was just a once off.

Yes, Crown Towers, in fact, all of the Crown properties, join onto the casino via an in house walkway.. No ordinary walkway mind you, filled with shops, restaurants, and bars.
