Gook location, comfortable room, not too small. Just outside Hyannis. Close to many restaurants. Room has a larger-than-usual refrigerator. This was a good base for day trips all over the Cape. No complaints.
We found the pool was clean and the chairs were comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the service was excellent. No problems with noise at night. We liked that we were on the outer edge of the chaos of the mall area. It felt safer... Mostly families stayed here.
Good value for the price. Located on a busy road that makes it difficult to get out at busy times but otherwise fairly quiet given the location. Pretty central to various areas of the Cape. The flower boxes were a nice touch.
A deluxe room will have a dumpster view. Dumpster is left open, with critters. Huge tarp covering wood for fire pit flapping with wind will lull you to sleep unless you can’t stand the flies in your room from the dumpster. Pools are dirty and not filled to proper levels. In room fridge is rusted and paint chipping…just to begin. I would not recommend…staff could have cared less that these were complaints as I’m sure they have heard it before.
Very reasonable pricing, rooms were very clean. There was an outdoor pool, indoor pool and sauna indoor. Plenty of parking spots right in front of your room. Checking in and out was easy and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was it’s location, we still had to drive to the beach.
This was the first time staying here. The room was really small but very clean. The little balcony on the back was very cute and relaxing. We loved the outdoor pool and also the indoor pool. The hot tub was the best! The down parts of hotel is the walls are so thin you can hear everything and if you are trying to sleep late at night someone above you can be loud.I noticed they wanted to reinforce quiet time after 10 not happening people hang out all around this motel.I might stay another time because it was so close to beaches and restaurants.
We stayed at Cape Sands last Sunday evening prior to heading to Provincetown. I was extremely happy with my room , the coziness and cleanliness. Our room 2 double deluxe room had a little balcony off the back look over a fire pit area . Perfect for hanging the pools towels . The pool was very clean and refreshing from the heat wave . In all honesty the room was by far nicer then the very expensive one in Provincetown that we had to leave after the first nite . So thank you Cape Sands we will be back before the summer ends . Keep up the hard work 👍
Our window screens were badly repaired and let mosquitos in, so we could not keep them open. The bathroom was very small and in need of an update. Nevertheless, everything was clean, and the location is very good. With some updating and maintenance, this could be a very nice place.
The view from our room was just spectacular. Was great to have access to not one but two pools, especially as the winds during our trip made beach time difficult. We were really close to many beautiful beaches and just a quick trip over to Hyannis. We'll likely stay again in the future :)
Cape sands inn was a pleasant surprise for our overnight stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was close to many great Cape Cod attractions. I would recommend anyone to stay here if looking for a trip to the Cape. Will definitely stay here again!
