Checked out within an hour of arrival. The room smelled like cat urine, the bathroom was filthy and I had a brown bug crawling up my leg. I was charged $90 for the night despite the fact that we never even unpacked.
Room cleanliness was acceptable in our case. Property is maintained well. Most amenities are gone - no breakfast, not even wrapped items like other chains; no ice available, no coffee maker in room, no pool. Did they discount the room rate? Don't know. At least they kept the frig and microwave. TV had limited channels.
This was a Mid-September three night stay during Covid-19, so amenities were obviously closed (pool, breakfast), but there was a lot to be desired. Room had a king bed but fitted sheet was too small, kept coming off. Had to turn on the heat one night and the unit emitted a burning odor so it couldn't be used. Television was supposed to have a selection of channels, but many were not available. Internet connection was glacial in speed and kept bumping you off; had to sign in constantly. I try not to sweat the small stuff, but often it's the small stuff that makes a stay enjoyable. Find another reasonable place to stay in the area, there are plenty
We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Hyannis port, had a late check in and an early morning trip to Martha’s Vineyard the next day so we were pretty much stuck for the night. This hotel is not even a 2- star. They have canceled the free breakfast “due to Covid-19 pandemic “ while other chains we have stayed at did cancel the traditional buffet breakfast but gave pre- packed breakfast which is included in the room price. The room smelled musty. It was also dusty that we have to dust and clean the room ourselves and have to take allergy medications because of the dust. You would think that they would clean the room well because of Covid-19 pandemic but looks like it’s not applicable to this hotel. The photos will say all the others.. you be the judge.
This was unfortunately one of the worst places I've ever stayed. I had nightmares of bugs crawling on my skin and actual bugs. There were loud noises all night as the walls were paper thing and people were partying above us. Please stay somewhere else!
