I totally enjoyed my relaxing 4-night stay at David and John’s immaculate Admiral’s Landing Inn. The rooms in this historic and perfectly-located Provincetown Inn are all super-clean, cute, and fully modernized. Each morning, David spoils each guest with his delivered (and always delicious!) hot baked item, fresh fruit, yogurt, egg, cereal, etc. His personalized continental breakfasts are plenty big and tasty to start your mornings in the right way. David and John are the Inn’s ever-friendly, kind, and cheerful hosts, always available to impart great advice as to where to dine and what fun things are then happening right nearby in town. The Inn’s convenient on-site parking is tight but adequate, and helpfully saves guests (except those with BIG vehicles) from paying P’town’s $20-$25/day parking lot fees. David and John DAILY merit this RAVE review. Do yourself a favor and enjoy YOUR stay here — SOON!

I just completed a weekend stay at The Admiral’s Landing and had a fantastic experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. David is a phenomenal host who makes you feel right at home. A substantial continental breakfast is offered daily, and the rooms are cozy with modern amenities. The B&B is located in an ideal spot, just a few minutes walk from a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops but far enough away from noise. Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Ptown. Found this gem on Trip Advisor. This cozy B and B is close to so many things that you walk to. We stayed in the Forward Suite. It was cozy, bright and immaculate. The host was charming. Breakfast was delivered each morning just outside your door and the baked items were delicious. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we would have stayed longer. This is a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

While we have visited PTown many times, this is the first visit that we stayed--3 nites! David, the new host, was both knowledgeable and conscientious in ensuring we had our bearings and recommended several sites we had not yet explored. Yes, parking is tight, but I was grateful to even have a spot to park without an extra charge! We hardly moved our car at all. It is the perfect, quiet location, one street back from Commercial St--you just have to head down Pearl St and you are in the middle of the strip. Our room (Studio Forward) felt like we had a separate entrance, so we had privacy yet easy access. David delivered a substantial continental breakfast (muffin, yogurt, granola, fruit, hard boiled eggs) coffee too. COVID practices were in place, and even though we were vaccinated, we felt safe throughout our stay. Have already recommended to others!

We stayed at Admiral's Landing for the third time right before Memorial Day. As usual, we had a wonderful stay. We splurged on the Waves Penthouse this time, and were so happy we did...it's a wonderful suite. The new owners, David and John, are absolutely continuing the tradition of excellent service that was established by the previous owners. They were more than happy to help us with anything we needed. I have dietary restrictions due to diabetes, and David made sure I had everything I needed for breakfast. The inn is immaculately clean, and my wife and I never had any concerns regarding anything Covid related. We will definitely be back, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Provincetown.
