Stayed 2 nights, end of July. Really good experience. It’s located in a great spot near a lot of restaurants and a couple ice cream shops. It was a quick short walk to the ferry for Nantucket and Martha’s vinyard. Possibly the most quiet air conditioner I have ever heard, that was a nice bonus. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was clean. I would definitely stay again. Thanks

The owners are actively making improvements on what must have been a real fixer-upper at one time. All new windows. Flatscreen TV. A quiet refrigerator in the room. Bed was comfortable. Heating unit is new and quiet. I got good suggestions on local restaurants (trust me, you won’t starve in Hyannis. Pretty much ALL restaurants but no franchises - except a Burger King and McDonald’s a couple blocks up).

The Whaleinn B&B is worth 10 stars! It was my first time on the Cape and it did not disappoint! Christina and Steve are ah~mazing hosts and cater to your every need should you have any! They are so sweet and caring! Their property is amazing and landscaped to perfection. Every room is quaint and roomy and fabulously decorated! They have provided us with everything from soup to nuts! The breakfast provided is the best I’ve had and everything is made from scratch! Absolutely the best experience!!! I encourage anyone who is thinking about the Cape to stop in, you will not be disappointed!! Amazing and worth it! Fresh blueberry ricotta homemade donuts! Phenomenal!

This is a wonderful mom and pop type motel. In a great central location that made walking to the restaurants and shops easy. Extremely clean. Comfortable. Beautiful flowers everywhere. I believe it is run by a family with two small children. We saw the four of them working at various jobs over the weekend. All very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend as an economical and relaxing place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Great location on Main Street, right in the heart of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and updated. The bed was extremely comfortable. We heard little to no noise from outside. The outside of the hotel could use a little sprucing up, but the rooms were very nice. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Hyannis again!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this hotel for a few years now and have always enjoyed staying here. The owners, Sonny & Zee are extremely nice, family oriented and always welcoming. Every time we come here, our room is always clean and smells good. Bed made nicely, good size TV screen that works, an AC that works as well. Spacious bathroom, perfect water pressure that has hot and cold, a fridge and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee in your room. We always get a balcony view so we can watch the traffic on Main St. Hot coffee and breakfast goodies every morning. We won't ever stay anywhere else. I highly recommend staying at this cozy place because the owners are absolutely great and personable, rooms are cozy and clean and the pricing is best rate than any other hotel on Main St and off. I loved the location right on Main Street, I loved the value, I loved the owners, I loved the continental breakfast, I loved the cleanliness. The sheets and towels were snow white and soft. I would definitely stay there again. It was everything I needed right in the middle of the shopping and restaurants on Main Street. It is also right on the trolley route!!

We had an amazing time! The room was clean and in a very convenient spot. We didn’t have to move the car for dining. My daughter in law left her watch in the room when we checked out and the owner called us and is mailing it to her. Cudos to the staff for being so honest. We will definitely stay here again

I feel like I got a steal with this place! Every other hotel on Main Street and in the area was charging at least double the price per night when I visited. I hadn't stayed here before but decided to book ... what a great decision it was. Perfect location on Main Street. Walked to Ocean Street several times, just a quick drive to Kalmus beach. Plus, the rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. I'd stay again!
