Our second year back. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well kept and we have never had any issue with noise from neighboring rooms. You cannot beat the location. Within walking distance to everything, including the harbor and ferry. Never a need to pay or worry about parking. Hyannis is a great town to stay in with its variety of shops and restaurants. The Inn is a wonderful choice for your stay.
Beautiful inn right on main street - walk to all the great restaurants and shops. Quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Would go back in a heartbeat. Hydrangeas in full bloom, property well kept - peaceful getaway
Excellent experience!! This is not a chain motel - it is run by caring innkeepers. The resort is conveniently located on Main Street with an abundance of shops and restaurants. It’s within walking distance to the harbor for boat rides. The rooms not fancy but are clean and quiet. Beautiful landscaping. Chairs available to just people watch.
We love this place!! Alot of the negative reviews seem to center around cancelations, so I guess if that's a possibility, book accordingly. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, the folks at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. The a/c units have been updated since we were there last summer. The pool area is also beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the indoor pool on an overcast day. We like this hotel because we can walk just about everywhere we want to go. The only thing is, the bar and Cafe are still not open and I wish they would have been. You really can't go wrong with this place.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyannis Inn. It was conveniently located on Main Street and walking distance to the ferries. It was quaint but the room itself was nicely updated and very clean. The indoor pool was lovely with many lounge chairs and tables. Complimentary infused water and coffee was provided.
We had a reservation for two rooms at the Hyannis Inn for one night, and our flight was cancelled three hours before it was scheduled to land in Boston. No other flights available until the next day. Hyannis INN refused any refund, credit or other assistance other than, "sorry, that's the policy". I'm sure they'll book the room out and double dip. SHAME on you guys. Now I understand why there are a number of bad reviews.
I booked two rooms for four nights at this Inn and had to cancel my trip for medical and employment reasons. I canceled the rooms three weeks before my arrival date, but the hotel's policy was it had to be 30 days before arrival - based on the rate of the room. I did not know about this policy before I made my reservation. I booked through Expedia.com and they did not show me any information that the full charge would be forfeited after the cancellation period. So, I got burned - I was charged $2457.82 (the entire amount of the stay which never happened). I called and talked to the manager to no avail. I find it truly reprehensible when an establishment sets a policy that is impossible to keep. This practice is unethical and they are taking advantage because they had 3 weeks to re-book the room. Truly a "buyer beware" scenario.…

I did not know about this policy before I made my reservation. I booked through Booking.com and they did not show me any information that related the rate of the room to the cancellation period. So, I got burned - I was charged $606.31 (the entire amount of the stay which never happened). I called and talked to the manager to no avail. I find it truly reprehensible when an establishment sets a policy that is impossible to keep. I also feel that they are taking advantage of me because they had 2 weeks to rebook the room and make an additional $600. I would understand if they would have charged me but given me a credit to use at their place when I am able to make the trip. Or, if they had said if they were unable to book the room, I would have to pay something. But neither of those things happened. Talk about double dipping. They take my money, book the room again and make more money. I would never do business with such a place again. Truly a "buyer beware" scenario.…
This place was average the rooms were small not much room for luggage they add fresh paint and new vinyl floors nothing like the pictures it’s definitely an older hotel in need of real renovations. The location was a little unsettling we had seen people late at night hanging around the church across the street.
We recently stayed at the Hyannis inn for 2 nights and we were very pleased. The staff was warm and welcoming, the morning coffee fresh. Our room was spotless and the decor, serene. The location is perfect for walking and the indoor pool was very relaxing. I would definitely book again if in the area.
