I sent this email four times. Twice directly to the GM - no response Hi, I was stranded in HY and was lucky to find your hotel. The next day was just as windy and the ferries were not guaranteed to run, but we were optimistic. The first two had been cancelled and i was on the 3:05 I called to the front desk around 11:30 to ask about a late check out and was told that wasn't an option. I said I just couldn't figure out what to do and Dawn said " I can't tell you what to do, but there are 21 ppl in front of you looking for clean rooms. My patio doors are blowing open!' I panicked and said I'd like to book the room. An hour later I got an email saying the ferries were resuming. I called the hotel from Main St while waiting for lunch and got vm. I left a message for Dawn asking to cancel my reservation. I called again when I got back to repack and was told Dawn was 'not around' and reservation was non-refundable. I understand these are difficult times. And instead of a full refund I'm wondering if you'd consider offering me a credit for the room I could not use. I am very much looking forward to your reply Thanks for your help

Booked this place for the proximity to the Nantucket ferry. Tower rooms are updated and huge. Super clean. Restaurants literally outside your door. Staff is friendly, check in was seamless and parking convenient. Obviously location is excellent. Beautiful spot to relax and watch all the waterfront activity

I called the hotel and asked for a room with a harbor view.We were told we had a harbor view room in the towers building. When we arrived we checked in and and went to our room.It was on the first floor with a view of the dumpster and a filthy area of junk all over the ground. We went back and they said the only other room they would give us was the room next door with the same view.Be aware the pictures on the website look nothing like the rooms or the grounds. The room looked dirty, smelled musty and there was no way I was staying there. We left and were able to get a room at Anchor inn.Do yourself a favor and book there instead. The hotel is directly on the harbor and all the rooms have great views. The rooms at Hyannis harbor hotel have views of the filthy dumpster and storage area or if you are lucky the parking lot!

Terrible experience! We booked a suite months ago. We always like to stay at the one we booked. When we arrived, we were put in a downgraded room at the same rate. We were only told the room we wanted needed to be “deep cleaned” and supposedly it would take days. We asked for the manager Heather Powers to call us. When she did, she was rude, didn’t offer to have the room cleaning expedited, and she was confident the downgraded room was equivalent. They were completely different. The room we liked had a nice jacuzzi, a private toilet area and a giant shower. The “equivalent “ room only had a standard shower and no private toilet. The layout wasn’t nice like the one we booked either. The manager went so far as to say she could not verify that we’ve stayed 4 times in the past year. The point of telling her that was to let her know we were loyal customers. It didn’t matter. We asked if there was anyway to have the room cleaned that night, she refused. Where was the effort to provide customer service? This place sucks. Quite honestly, something has gone wrong every time we’ve stayed but we kept going back because we like the area. The last time we came they put us in the wrong room. They moved us after we complained which was an inconvenience since we had to move all of our stuff. This time the manager Heather Powers did nothing to rectify the situation and officially ruined this hotel for us. We took our things and walked out and found another hotel. We’ll NEVER go back. I strongly advise you NOT to go here!! All of the staff is ambivalent and each time we’ve stayed it’s always been the same attitude. Terrible!!

This is a nice hotel that is well positioned in Hyannis to explore Cape Cod at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I traveled with my wife and three young children and we were treated well. We would come back to this hotel.
