Very good service, clean rooms, clean pool, the pool team was great . Nice location, i would love to go back there again . The kids wanted to use the pool and the pool guys did make it possible and made two little kids happy
Beautiful property on a busy street, right across the street from the Barnstable Airport. The lobby is very nice and spacious and the staff very hospitable. The is a gas fire pit outside on the patio and tables and chairs everywhere. Inside there is a gas fireplace that puts out a fair amount of heat. Quite cozy on cool nights. The rooms are...basic. My understanding is that DoubleTree is the name given to hotels that used to be something else, purchased by Hilton, and made to the Hilton standards. The rooms had nice Hilton furniture in them, but they were basic. Nothing fancy, no wow. Just a basic room. The breakfast offerings were great, filling, and tasty. The staff there was also very hospitable. Great property, but the rooms...need to decorated like you're in a DoubleTree.
Nice clean hotel, great patio with fire pit, nice lobby with fireplace good breakfast Not convenient enough to Main Street or waterfront to walk esp with kids (teens) very pleasant staff and nice pools!
accommodating, extremely clean, uncomplicated to book and extend our stay, friendly staff, was overly pleased to be able to crack the window for fresh air- couldn’t be happier with our stay and will be returning sooner than later-
Upon arrival of my weekend away with my wife. I requested a room upgrade if one was available. Walking into the hotel after parking with about 12-15 cars in the lot, I mentioned to my wife there is no way we will not get a room upgrade with our gold membership with so few guests staying at the hotel. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was confused, dissatisfied and disappointed that the double tree would not make every attempt to show its few guests gratitude while spending the weekend. The hotel was beautiful, clean, staff was friendly and pool was well maintained. Just left with a bitter taste over not making that extra step to make everyone feel special.
