The worst customer service. Accused us of not paying for the room, had an email that showed proof of payment, they wouldn’t even look at it. Made us late to a wedding. Woke us up by calling the room next morning, demanded we come down to the front desk with proof of payment AGAIN! By the time I got to the desk, they “figured it out”. Blamed the whole situation on me, because I accidentally booked/paid under my maiden name (though my credit card has my maiden name and I have a double last name…). They offered no apologies. They were so accusatory the whole time indicating that I didn’t have money to pay for the room. Do not stay here!!!
We have been using Choice Hotels for many years. This time we are a little disappointed. The hotel is nice after a recently refurbishing. But no exercise room and NO LAUNDRY!!! The breakfast had the typical 3 choices, but no cheese cream and hard boiled eggs, no catsup, and only two bread selections. We have been spoiled by past experiences. I hope the management uses this as a way to improve. Submitted respectfully!
I didn’t think places like this still existed, had a recent makeover but paint, some usb sockets and a big tv can’t cover up what is essentially a vey tired 80s motel. Room was spacious and comfy bed but air conditioning made room smell a bit like the some of the public areas, think its the carpets. Not a nice place to stay but not much choice on this incredibly over priced area.
Very clean, must have been remodeled and or painted recently. Very convenient in center of town, across the street from railroad station . Large bathroom area. Do not rent a first floor unit, little deck area facing parking lot with no privacy, facing parked cars. No closet to hang clothes, no safe in room, only one chair to sit in king size room, no table to sit, only a one person desk. No hanging hooks in bathroom for clothes while showering.
DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Please know that I rarely post revies online. I travel often both domestically and internationally. This hotel has earned the distinction of being the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Save yourself the aggravation and discomfort of staying in this dumpster fire of a hotel. Consider the following: • the front desk staff was completely unprofessional • the hotel is not handicap-friendly • the rooms are grossly outdated • clenliness is an issue • the Internet service is horrible • parking is problematic as the hotel provides more passes than their are spots in the lot Also, the owner is an arrogant and greedy; an individual who cares nothing about customer feedback or putting forward even the slightest effort toward rectifying issues. This property owner generally works offsite and is simply using this hotel as a cashcow because of its location to the main street in Hyannis MA.…
When we arrived needed to use nearest bathroom in hallway, dirty,no toilet paper and feces on the seat.Took my daughter to the pool/hot tub,hot tub was cold.Went for breakfast in the morning, first ones there got our food and eggs and sausage were cold needed to be microwaved.Eating our breakfast and the cleaning lady decided she needed to vacuum at that moment.Save your money, great location but not a great stay.
Let me start out with the only positive. Location is great, near downtown. It is a refurbished motel with horrible customer service and paper thin walls. Came here as a family. If you want a raging frat party, come here. Our room next door had five frat boys partying. 8am blasting music. Up partying at 1:00 until almost 3. Complained to the manager, Leo Patel, with a call and nothing changed. Furious the morning I was checking out, complained to the manager and not only did he not apologize, he said I never called about the music blaring at 8am basically saying I was a liar. Frustrated I said I was going to knock on the frat boys door to wake them up. He said if you do that, he would call the police..get this, he did. Didn’t call the police on the frat boys partying all hours of the night, but the single mom with two kids. Needless to say, this mama will be hiring an attorney when I get home. If you want to stay in a roach motel with partying frat boys and horrible management, this is the place for you. I’d spring the extra cash and stay in a more refined hotel-which is what would expect in Cape Cod.…
I want to start by saying this is the 3rd Comfort Inn we have stayed in the last year and by far the worse and so poorly managed. From the beginning it was unwelcoming and unfriendly. If you can find another hotel do it. Oh and watch out I had unauthorized charges that I know have to dispute.
Great overnight stay here. Hotel was very quiet. Helpful lady at reception who did her very best to resolve a minor issue for us. There’s a good basic breakfast with toaster. Waffle maker, cereal, Fruit and pastries. Everywhere is spotless. From the breakfast area to the bedroom & bathroom. The beds and pillows are so soft and comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is in a good central place. I would recommend this hotel
