The hotel check in is clearly marked for social distancing. The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. I have disabilities. Work crews were friendly and aware of person's traveling in the halls. Although the hotel does have a steam room/sauna and hot tub, they were closed due to covid. There is an arcade, I believe I saw air hockey not sure about table tennis. They do have laundry service not sure if it was working.

Just returning from a trip for the fourth my son brought us on. I cannot say enough for the customer service as we had 2 rooms and my son and daughter in-law booked a residence room facing the pool with a balcony for my 3 year old grandson. Upon check in they were given a room with a parking lot view and balcony slider that wouldn’t open all the way. After a phone call to Rasheen and sue my son was credited for a portion of his room and ours for the mix up and inconvenience. This is a stand up establishment with supporting customer service as things happen and they made it right! Thank you rasheen and sue for all your help as my kids love your establishment and you made sure that continues!!!! .... highest recommendation for companies that support loyal customers ❤️

I heard previously that this place was great so I decided to stay here while i was working in the area and was very disappointed. As someone who has worked for the #1 company in hospitality I had high expectations for this "Resort". Driving up to the main entrance and lobby made a great impression, once I when into the hallway of the rooms it instantly brought me back to a Motel 6 style setting with very old carpeting, paint chipping on many of the doors. Once inside the room the only thing that seemed updated is they had a flat screen TV and the bed was comfortable, however they provide you only 3 very soft pillows however your head sinks in and you would need at least 4 to make a normal pillow. The bathroom had a nice wood panel on the wall however the shower was not cleaned as there was some sort of lotion on the shower wall and very very low water pressure from the shower, the faucet on the sink had better pressure. Although I get vacation spots are for families I was very disappointed that I was 1 out of 2 rooms on the floor that didn't have kids in them and all night until 11 and then at 6am kids were running the hallways and screaming which made it very hard to get any sleep. The water-park attendant at the front door was very rude and seemed like she hated her job. The lazy river should have at least have a 3ft depth as this does have a rough grit to the bottom and for an adult can easily scrap themselves on the bottom. The staff needs to be trained in Guest Service not Customer Service and that because my physical presence is there i'm not an inconvenience.

As an Aquatics Director, I appreciate the guards enforcing the rules. However, when your son was cleared by the supervisor and some hot headed kid (who was on duty las to night when my kid was cleared) seeks you out the following morning telling you,” it’s a new day... new supervisor... I’m sorry I have proof from my Child’s physical he’s 49.07 inches.,. Which your supervisor last night measured and accept... our first and last stay there!

My family of 5, including a baby was great. We visited over April vacation. I booked a courtyard room which was great because my young boys could run around outside while we sat outside our room and relaxed. We were always able to find seats near the indoor kiddie pool which all of my kids loved. My only complaint was adult swim hours from 9-10am at the outdoor pool. It was not listed outside the door and we were told at 9:00am by a staff member that a lifeguard would be down soon. After waiting 10 minutes another family came to wait as well. We called the front office and they told us it we could not use the pool until 10:00am. This was very frustrating and wish there was a sign or it was communicated correctly the first time. Once the pool was open we loved it. We order food from the Heart and Kettle and brought it to the pool to eat. We can't wait to go back.
