Such a beautiful and wonderful place to stay! I was so fortunate to stay at the Inn for a family wedding celebration. The rooms are so comfortable that you don’t want to leave, the owners are exceptional hosts, the staff is so accommodating and breakfasts amazing! Wish I was still there!

We stayed at this wonderful Inn for a couple of nights this month. We have stayed here a number of times in recent years and it gets better every time, even as the hosts change. The hosts are very accommodating and deliver on your every need. The breakfasts, included in the charges, are always outstanding. If you are looking for a place to spend some time on the Cape, you can’t beat the Whalewalk Inn. Highly Recommended!!

The Whalewalk Inn is a WONDERFUL place to stay in Cape Cope. The location is fantastic as it is centrally located on the Cape and so close to Coastguard Beach and the Nike trail. The owners are very thorough, polite and accommodating! We loved our room and the entire property. It’s very quiet and peaceful and we slept well on the comfortable beds. The breakfasts are PERFECT! Beautifully displayed and absolutely delicious. We will definite come again 😀.

From the time of booking to the time of checking out, this place was amazing. All communication was super efficient. We were greeted by Christina, who was so pleasant and welcoming. She brought us on a little tour of the house and pointed out all the facilities, showed us where everything was and times of breakfast. Then she showed us to our room, room 2 in the main house. Although this is one of their smaller rooms, it was a great size for yrs 2 of us. It was very cosy with very comfortable bed, bathroom with everything supplied. Room came with a mini fridge. There is free coffee, iced water & soft drinks available in the lobby all day. Breakfast here is AMAZING 🤩! Steve serves the most beautiful breakfast, telling you about each course as he delivers it to the table. It is cooked freshly, and is different each morning. It starts with fresh muffin/ fruit tartlet, juice, tea/coffee, fruit, cooked waffles or pancakes or eggs. Each day it was better than the last and it sets you up for the day. The grounds around the house are beautifully maintained. It is so quiet here, but only minutes away from the main shopping/ restaurant area. Although we didn’t use the pool/spa facilities they looked great. We had free private parking on the grounds which was an added bonus. Finally, I must mention Steve & Christina, the owners. They were such welcoming people & gave us lots of advice on local attractions, beaches & restaurants. They were so chatty and engaging and it is obvious they love what they do. Míle Buíochas 😉. We will definitely book again when returning to Cape Cod, but next time we will stay longer! Do not hesitate on booking this beautiful place.

My husband and I have been staying in B&Bs and Inns in the Northeast for years-and this is one of the best. We usuallly stay in a cottage when we visit the Cape, but were only going for four nights and wanted to treat ourselves. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a 4 poster bed and window seat. The owners are proud of their gourmet breakfasts (included with room) and they should be!! Served on a lovely patio with an attentive staff, it was a great way to start the day. It is expensive, but worth it!

Beautiful piece of property in a convenient location. We were able to visit several of the National park beaches and rode the nearby bike trail. The breakfast service is out of this world! We were served a delicious array of breakfast entrees along with a generous selection of rotating fruit and a homemade sweet underneath a peaceful relaxing garden pergola. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I agree with all the reviews that the rooms are comfy and charming, the grounds are delightful, restful, and feel away from it all even though you are only minutes away from restaurants and shopping, and the of course the amazing breakfasts where the only complaint is there is too much food but it is so yummy you eat it all anyway! In my case, we rented 13 rooms to arrange for wedding guests to stay for the long weekend. As COVID affected who was coming and then not coming and then maybe coming after all, Christina and Steve were incredibly wonderfully patient and helpful as we moved rooms around several times. They were also completely correct with their recommendations for local amenities and went above and beyond to help with all our wedding needs and changing plans. If you want a beautiful place with delicious first class food and absolutely the most lovely people to work with ( including their amazingly kind staff), you simply have to go to Whalewalk Inn. I know we will be back again and again!

Cape Cod is home to a multitude of bed and breakfast facilities of uneven quality, so it's best to keep one's expectations low and hope to be pleasantly surprised. My wife made a reservation with Christina at the Whalewalk Inn because we were visiting with friends in Eastham and Wellfleet. Upon approach from Bridge Road, the property exudes pride of ownership and attention to detail. Upon arrival, my wife was given the choice of two rooms by Melanie - who was very pleasant and indulgent with her time. We chose a room in the Carriage House that has a balcony facing conservation land (and trails, for those unafraid of bug attacks). The room had obviously been renovated and was absolutely delightful. As readers of my reviews know, my wife and I dine out and lodge extensively - so we're good judges of accomodations! The room was perfectly quiet for sleeping, and so nice that we decided to remain another night (thankfully remote work is now the standard - the inn does have strong but unsecured WiFi). The next morning, guests were treated to a three-course breakfast that did not disappoint. We overheard Melanie acting as tour guide for local beaches and sights! The Whalewatch Inn is a gem on Cape Cod - add it to your list of destinations!

The property is conveniently located near beaches and good restaurants. It is calm and serene with lovely gardens. The beach chairs and umbrella were top notch. And the three course breakfast on the outdoor covered patio a real treat. Beds comfortable, rooms spacious and the Hosts can’t do enough for you.
