Detailed Reviews
The rooms here seemed like they were brand new with outlets and USB all over the room. The front desk was very pleasant and accommodating even though we arrived at the room at 11PM.
Definitely the highlight of the stay was breakfast at the bistro. Fortunately for guests of the hotel no one told the cooks they were working for a Courtyard, not a 5-star restaurant. The customer in front of me ordered French toast, and I ordered the breakfast burrito. When his French toast, came I started regretting my decision as the French toast looked like something I'd ordered at the JW Marriott in DC. When my burrito came, I was pleased that it looked as good as the toast. The only issue I had with it was that I had trouble eating it all and needed my wife to help.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. We stayed for 1 night so that we could attend the Washington football team's game. The hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the game for $20 per person. So we paid $40.00 for two people. The shuttle picked us up from the hotel but NEVER came back to get us from FedEx Field. If attending a game do NOT use the shuttle service. They will take your money and not provide the service they offer. We had to walk 2 miles back to the hotel from the stadium. Not happy

When my husband and I were looking for a place to stay for just one night, we called Courtyard Marriott and Carolyn answered. Just from her taking the time to let us know if there was a room available we could tell she was a pleasant person but when we walked in she was even more pleasant. She made our rush of a trip so awesome. Then when we checked out the person helping us with that was just as pleasant. Whoever does the hiring has done a great job finding exceptional people. I am so sorry I didn’t get the second persons name but she was working the front desk on November 7th. It's the little things that make a BIG difference. Plus the room was amazing. Would highly recommend!

We booked this hotel because my husband is allergic to dogs and the amenities stated “PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED”. What do we hear as soon as we get off of the elevator? A dog barking!!! We called the front desk and informed them of what we heard. That should have been our first sign. My husband and I decided to proceed with our usual cleaning process we perform at every hotel room we stay in. We spray Lysol on every thing we can. We are almost finished and I open the night stand drawer and I find used tissue, soap wrappers, air pods, opened hand sanitizer and two sets of keys. Are you kidding me? This room wasn’t cleaned!!! Isn’t Covid still happening? Aren’t we supposed to trust the fact that the cleaning staff cleaned and disinfected the room before the next guest is given the key to that room.. This time we packed up all of our luggage and drugged them back downstairs to complain and request a different room. By the way I didn’t tell you it was 12:00am when all of this was taking place. We ended up in a different room and what did we see in that bathroom? Pink lipstick on one of the face towels. I’m just done!!! We laid down but couldn’t sleep. We immediately got on our computers to search for a new hotel. The front desk staff was nice and apologetic to discount our room. But the five nights we planned on staying there, got cut to one. We were there to visit family who was in the nearby hospital. I will never stay there again. Sorry Courtyard Marriott, this one did not stand up to your usual standards. I am really disappointed.

This is a brand new hotel that a client put me up at. The facility is very nice, but the hotel was run in a way that made me feel like ownership and management had absolute contempt for their guests. Some of the things I hated:
1) The water pressure in the shower was so bad that it was like a cartoon parody of a terrible shower. It was literally a trickle. This was the case even after they'd performed a boiler repair on the first day that I stayed there.
2) No housekeeping. They offered a limited room refresh service on request but only after two nights. This is just a shameless cash grab, making the service worse at the customer's expense.
3) A colleague had a glass of wine from their bar; she said that everything about it was absolutely horrible. The wine had been sitting near hot lights, so it was lukewarm; it was low quality wine, and it cost $13. I wanted to have a drink with colleagues the second night I was there, but hearing about her experience made me have no interest doing so.
4) I forgot contact lens solution, and the selection of items in their little store was just an absurd grab bag of nothing useful. I asked the clerk if there was a drugstore or anything nearby, and she just said "no" with no offer to be helpful in any other way.
All of these things seem to me to be management decisions to keep profitability high at the expense of customer experience, and they make me feel like Marriott and their managers hate their customers. I've had better experiences at Hilton brands lately, so I'll be staying at those hotels going forward (or independent hotels, which seem to me to be far better than the brands these days) until something changes.

This wasn't the great stay...the person who checked me in was not friendly and lied about working being done at the pool but when I went to go check it there was a family already in the pool. The room 405 was missing a handle bar in the sink area and the shower head was broken. Then at checkout my kids we're getting snacks from the market but son was looking for his wallet when the chef came from the bistro (who is also black mind you) and said "make sure you pay for that" despite him not seeing him put anything in his bag and then went to go whisper to the front desk to "watch out for him" a literal child! It was disgusting and I was extremely disappointed and expected better from a Marriott.

This hotel is in a great location with little traffic at all—lots of restaurants and shopping all within a short distance. The staff was great! We were traveling for a family member's funeral and arrived early. The staff was great about getting us a room to check into early after a long drive. The Bistro had "Starbucks," and after a long drive in the rain, that was what I needed!!!
We will make this our hotel of choice when we travel to this area again...

I stayed at the Courtyard Largo for 7 days a couple of weeks ago and had the worst experience. Being a Bonvoy member did not matter either. My room was not serviced not even once. I asked for my room to be serviced after the 4th night and the front desk clerk said that he had made a note about it on his computer. My room was never serviced nevertheless. On the 6th and 7th days I asked for a manager but "Ty" told me that "Daniel" was not available. i asked Ty for a phone call back from "Daniel" but I'm still waiting to hear back from "Daniel".

My Son and I were here for a tournament. Room and hotel itself is very clean. Now for why I said average. We checked in at 9;45pm the guy at the front desk was frazzled. He was helping someone else and he was waiting for a manager, then he took me. He did remember he spoke to my husband through chat a few days before when my husband put my name as checking in. But that’s it, I had to ask him if my husband was going to get his welcome points. He has Ambassador status and nothing was addressed about that. He gave me a parking pass but I noticed the man after me did not, so confusing. He did not say we were not getting housekeeping the next day. I would have liked to be told that at check in when we arrived after the games the next day nothing was done in the room and no towels. I was down stairs eating lunch that we brought in. So I asked the girl at the front desk for towels she said since COVID they don’t do housecleaning and depends how many nights you stay. She brought them fast to me. The other thing that was not good getting food in the morning or drinks at night. Only 1 person working. They are very nice guys but I do feel bad for them. They are all by themselves and it takes to long to get anything.

The trainee at the Front Desk checked us in. She was very pleasant and did the best she could. When she required help with the mobile key, the GM came out to help her. However I found the GM “cold” and not welcoming. Initially I asked if an authorization form had been received and if it had been accepted. The front desk agent wasn’t sure but advised to email it. However; with the mobile key malfunction she sought the help of the GM. He came out and proceeded to say “we do not accept emails, if you do not provide the original, the rate is changed to the higher rate.” The GM was rude and the rest of the process was awkward. Also, the browser on the hotels desktop wasnt connecting. It took me almost 20 minutes to print. Afterwards, the look on the FD agents face said it all. Embarrassed yet apologetic. Hindsight, I should’ve printed the form to avoid the interaction with the GM. I was given my keys with no thank you, no enjoy your stay, no directions to the elevators.. 🙄. I’d like to think of myself as a very easy going person to get along with but the energy at the desk was cold. My friends arrived last night, July 16th between 11pm -12pm and was met by the rudest agent with a lot of attitude. Because my friends didn’t have their physical keys upon arrival, they knocked on the door to get in. After the agent finally let them in, my friends were told they could have come in on their own, my friend answered “with what?”, and rudely the female agent wearing green answered “your key.”. My friend answered were just now checking in. That’s just to name a few of the instances with this checkin process. I wish I could’ve stayed at the Residence Inn.

FedEx field is near by, but I believe most guests drive there. There are several places that have paid parking.
I'm sure they do if you request it.
We do not offer a shuttle to FedEx Field, but can recommend a local shuttle that will take you to FedEx Field.
Thanks
Good Morning,
I am not positive, but I really don't think this hotel is near the metro.
