Best Holiday Inn Express I've been to - unlike some of reviews, I had a very positive experience, perhaps management has changed - the rooms and common areas were tidy and clean and were fresh and new; all the staff during my stay from front desk to cleaners to maintenance I interacted with were friendly and helpful; breakfast was better than I had expected (and well presented) with things like Chobani yogurt, pancakes (my kids liked), fresh apples, oranges and bananas. The hotel is located on a side street with two or three other hotels - so maybe check out those also to compare (I used IHG points for this) - there is lots of parking, and a mall with lots of food options five minute drive on the opposite side of the main road. 20-25 minute drive to DC was fine for my purposes - many downtown hotels charge $40 for parking - which was more expensive than how much I paid for a parking lot near the museums.

Clean room and warm service. Everyone at the hotel is very polite and kind. The room is clean and no issues at all. The ice machine seems out of order but no biggie. The breakfast offers variety of choices and the staff keep replenishing through out the time. Can't ask for the better.

This is a classic Holiday Inn Express. The difference for this one is the management. There was confusion on my reservation (all my fault), and the manager was wonderful about working it out for me. Greatly appreciated and worthy of special recognition! (FYI, close to Metro, easy access to DC, with free parking, and much less expensive than DC itself)

They are obviously cutting corners but to an extreme. Coffe is sometimes, no breakfast. Our college's hotels are furnishing a bag breakfast. Sometimes you luck up and ask for an apple or orange only if you ask will they go to the back and bring 1 back. No house keeping unless you request 24 hrs in advance. My room stinks and the carpets are disgusting. The first day was horrific because of the cigarette smoke in the hallway was choking me it was so strong. There are 2 shuttle vans but we were told they don't run. The staff is curtious and friendly. It is quite apparent the management's budget is the problem.

You could hear the highway all night long. If you enjoy guessing what car goes to each motor sound, this is the hotel for you. The doors to the rooms did not have a soft close mechanism so you heard EVERY SINGLE Door on the floor close ALL night long. The security bolt inside the door was broken, and you had to put your whole body weight against the door to open it. Posted quiet hours were 9pm and there were children and drunk adults running up and Down the halls until 3:30am. Tried to call front desk, the phone in the room was busted and didn't work. Tried to call from our cell phones, no answer. I've been to plenty of hotels and have never had such an awful time with noise. This hotel is no where near walking distance to anything. Not close to fed ex field, no restaurants in the immediate area. Plan on Uber, you have to walk to a bus stop to get to the metro and the busses are just another complaint. Spend the extra 20 bucks and stay at the double tree Hilton or somewhere entirely different than this area. You have been warned.

I reserved the holiday inn express for a family trip. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. We chose based on the pool for the kids and the hot tub for the adults to relax after walking around DC. The hot tub was not working, no heat and no jets! Water in pool and hot tub was so murky that you couldn't even see your feet or legs. The carpets throughout the hotel were completely filthy, we wore shoes the entire time. The furniture cushions in the front lobby were flaking all over the floor. We also had the window sill fill with the rain and fall down.

The IHG app didn’t mention this hotel was being renovated. We had power tools in use just above us until we complained at 7 p.m., and then starting up before 8 a.m. Phone in the room did not work and blinked repeatedly until unplugged. Went to make coffee in the room and realized we were stocked with only decaf and green tea. Downstairs in the breakfast area, coffee pot was empty and the attendant was not present. No fruit of any kind, no biscuits for breakfast. A rough start to our morning. Common areas had worn, shabby furnishings and dirty carpets. Truly, entire stay was below average for HIE.

The most terrible and disgusting experience we ever had. Stay away from this hotel if you value hygiene. We lost 2 hours of time, our plans for the evening were ruined and in the end we just had to leave for another hotel. We changed 3 rooms trying to check in, one room is dirtier than another: blood stains on the blankets, sticky, filthy stains on the tables, greasy stains on the phone, dirty bathrooms and toilets which obviously were not cleaned for a very long time. To Holiday Inn Management - you need to replace all house keeping personnel in this hotel, they are useless and don’t do their job properly. Customer support phone number was not helpful at all.

I tried to cancel a business reservation to a conference over a month in advance. The conference was cancelled due to Coronavirus. They charged my credit card and wouldn't refund. Corporate says that you have to speak to hotel directly. I purchase Hotel Reservations for our organization, and will be using other hotel chains.

A great location. Walking distance to the Woodmore shopping center for restaurants and stores. The breakfast area smelt of bacon. So great if you're a carnivore. No one wiped down tables or cleaned the area until after breakfast hours.

I felt safe as there was tons of people and heavy police presence near the stadium. I walked back at midnight since it was a night game still no problem.

Thank you for your inquiry.
We have partnered with a bus company who runs shuttle service 2 hours before the game and up until 2 hours after the game. The shuttle drops you off about 2 blocks away from the stadium, after which you walk to the stadium. The price will be $ 15.00 per person round trip. You will be required to pay directly to the bus driver.
The to and from trip depends on the amount of traffic entering the stadium before the game and exiting the stadium after the game.

Hi Misty, Parking is availablw on site, you will belea than 5 milea , from FedEx and normally the shuttle is available however based on the event i recommend checking with the hotel.
There are more places to choose from in the Largo area.
