Great staff, the room was nice and clean, the bed is really comfortable, the bathroom was clean as well. Appliances could use a refreshing but overall it was a pleasant stay. This location is close to the Metro station which makes everything easier if you're visiting DC. Overall pleased.

Front desk staff are always kind and accommodating anytime I need something.
Maintenance staff is very kind, and always gives a welcoming hello anytime you see him.
Housekeeping is always nice and try their best to help ensure your room is clean and comfortable to stay in.
All around very nice people working here!

A few family member stayed over the weekend. I originally called and requested a late check-in, but got there a few hours earlier than expected. After an 8 hour trip, we were initially disappointed to find that our rooms were not yet ready. But, Samuel Luke at the front desk was absolutely amazing. His calm and professional demeanor helped to remind us that the problem would be soon resolved. For the wait, he upgraded one of our rooms to the Suite, and all of us waited there for less than 15 minutes until the 2nd room was cleaned. For our troubles, Samuel also gave us an awesome discounted rate, on top of the already low price. While one room was ready, the housekeeper, Orlando, was quickly cleaning the other. I went down the hall a few times to confirm when he would be finished. I'm sure seeing me every 2 minutes was annoying, but he was very pleasant also. It was very clear that Orlando was cleaning as fast as he could. Once in the second room, we found that one lamp was out. After making a report to Samuel, and leaving the hotel for a few hours, we came back to find everything in the rooms perfect.
From my previous experience working at a hotel, I know that though the hotel is 100% smoke-free, some guest may illegally smoke in their rooms. The hotel smelled of cigarettes when we first walked in, which scared us a bit, because my grandmother uses an oxygen machine. We voiced our concern to Samuel, and he assured us that both rooms would not smell of smoke. He was right.
That same weekend, additional family members in the area were in need of a hotel reservation, and after learning of our positive experience, they hurried over to Extended Stay and too, had a positive experience.
My family found the Extended Stay to very clean and quiet, despite the crowded parking lot in the hotel beside us. We slept great!
The customer service provided by Samuel and Orlando was EXCELLENT, and for that, my family will definitely consider staying at Extended Stay America Landover again if in the area!

Mrs. Lopez and the ESA staff are most welcoming and attentive to whatever requests and needs I had. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend as a lodging option when visiting the area. Hotel is close to various stores, downtown DC and Baltimore.

Our visit was simply Amazing everyone is so nice.The request we asked for such as pots ,pans ,cups,and cutting board was offered at no extra charge. Not charging adds to the personal touch I received by Management Mrs.Bruni.We was waiting in the lobby for a few during that time .The lobby was full of about 15 people mostly construction workers.Ms.Kim kicked it up to high speed .Making sure everyone was helped .We was impressed to see that the lobby from being full to one customer. She is an example of excellent customer service under pressure. Thank you Extended Stay America for hiring such quality representatives of your company .

Denise and the entire front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms and easy parking with a great location. Highly recommend. Great laundry room. Coffee in the morning is great. Any request I've had concerning my room was promptly handled.

My stay was great. The staff was nice and very professional. Any request was quickly fulfilled with great personal customer service. Ms. Bruni, Ms. Alexis and Ms. Kim do an an amazing job cohesively taking care of the guests. I appreciate Extended Stay America employing such representatives of such caliber to manage and work for your company! I'll definitely be a repeat visitor.

The staff were amazing! Their customer service was top tier Vee and Bruny were helpful in my time of need. I was in town due to my mother being hospitalized near by. The rooms were not in the best condition but the location and the customer service outweighed that. Thank you from the Bailey Family

Ever since I checked in, I have experienced exceptional hospitality. The staff consistently impresses me with their attentiveness and problem-solving skills. Having stayed here for over three months due to personal circumstances, I can attest to the warm and welcoming nature of the front desk team, who remain composed and friendly, even in challenging situations. A special shoutout to Bruny, Alexis, Vee, Dee, and Myela, who truly embody excellence. Thank you all for turning my extended stay into a home-like experience. I have seen the good reviews as well as the negative reviews, but the negative reviews are based on that particular person’s experience based on the attitudes that I have seen them give the staff at the front desk so it’s not the hotel. It’s the guest.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First off was the smell, old, musty cigarettes permeated the room. Then, there was trash under the sink, a dirty washcloth in the shower, spilled food on the wall, a cracked tv, and the worst thing… Vaseline or some other lube all over the tv remote. There were no towels in the room and the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. No one came to clean the room during my three day stay. This was absolutely the most disgusting place ever.
