Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for 2 nights to go to a game at Fedex Field. For that purpose, it was a good choice. The room was clean and comfortable. However, while we there, the elevator was out of order (we were on the 4th floor), the vending machine was out of order, and the front desk printer was out of order (I couldn't get a receipt). An additional minor inconvenience was that there were only 2 towels in a room with 2 queen beds, and we had registered for 3 guests.
You definitely need a car here. Apart from walking to the stadium, we used Uber to get around. There are a few restaurants just under a mile away, manageable when it's not raining but it does involve crossing freeway on and off ramps. Largo metro station is also about 20 mins away on foot, in the same direction as the restaurants.
I booked on hotels.com and there was no mention of the fact that this is an extended stay hotel. As such, there is no breakfast offered and no coffee maker in the room, but the coffee maker in the lobby was the one thing that worked at the hotel.

The property looks new but the rooms are bareboned as is probably true of lower end extended stay places. The refrigerator was clean and large and the microwave functional. The hotplates looked ok. However, there were virtually no other amenities. No ironing board or icebox or even the sample sized shampoo/conditioner bottles. The recessed lighting on the ceiling was a bit too bright. The free wifi was reasonably good. No daily housekeeping which didn’t matter to me as I stayed for only a couple of nights. No complimentary breakfast (duh!) There are two doors – neither of whom open/close automatically- before you reach the elevators. The second one between the reception desk to the elevators could only be opened by swiping the room key. This is pretty inconvenient if you are carrying luggage on both hands. The per-day charges are comparable to other budget hotels so the absence of amenities is not really offset by low prices. It may work if you are traveling with all your own stuff. I doubt I will be returning in a hurry.

From the outside I thought it was going to be a good stay. It seems after I checked in things started to go bad.. I had a question for the front desk lady( I believe her name was Kiera) her being rude and unprofessional. To come back to it being an argument that was going to escalate to a fight, and that was between the employees. It was other guest down by the front desk when I returned and all that was going on. I called to speak to a manger the next following days but kept getting the run around. This was not a good stay. The only thing that was GREAT about it the next few days I had remaining was the housekeeper( her name was ms.joy or ms.Joyce) I’ve been in hotels because I travel and whatever she cleans with you can tell the difference. So even thou all the drama thanks Ms.Joy or Joyce for atleast letting me have peace in my clean and fresh room.

We ended up not staying there. It was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. The only thing missing was a dead body in the room. When asked to approve the room prior to committing we know something was wrong. No sheets, blood on the bed, toilet paper on the floor. Cannot believe this hotel is not condemned.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a year and I never had any issues during my stay. It was suggested that I stay here after hearing about it from a local real estate management company when my living situation had changed. The hotel is very clean and some of the staff are professional. It doesn't have the bells and whistles like some other hotels, so don't expect to see a pool or get continental breakfast. It is very basic so you be prepared to bring your own things if you are staying for awhile, since it is considered to be more like an extended stay hotel. I would recommend staying here if your living situation has changed or you are working in the area. The location is close to everything and Fed Ex field is within waliking distance so if you come for the football games, you won't be disappointed with how close the hotel is.

I don't know why this hotel has so many bad reviews. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The check-in process was speedy and efficient with the help of their desk attendant Paul who was very kind and helpful when answering any questions I had. My room was a decent size and very CLEAN (which I am very adamant about when finding a hotel to stay in), complete with everything I would need to enjoy my stay. It's also very convenient that this hotel is right by the FedEx field and that many stores nearby are within walking distance. Overall, I felt relaxed and at home. I was pleased with my experience and will be returning.

So far I would rate this hotel a 5. From the manager to those in housekeeping, the word comes to mind, excellent. I have to single out Sheriena and Mr. Bob, who in my opinion, are the type of personnel you want on a hotel staff. These individuals have an exceptional way of dealing with all types of personalities. They both are pleasant, respectful, very helpful, and shows real concern for the customers' comfort. I really am enjoying my stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in extended living.

I moved and was waiting to be relocated to my new house. I had booked from September 30-October 7 2023. Bad idea. I got there and right from the start I knew this was a dump. There was a guest ahead of me who was having issues even to check in.
I checked in. No trolleys were available. The elevator was dirty and the guests at the back were smoking and the place smelling of weed. I was shocked when I got to the rooms. the sheets and covers were several colors off the true color and the bed had not covers so all you see was beds on stirrups.
Roaches greet you and my daughter who laid on the bed had several bumps and allergic reaction. I was ready to go buy insecticides since this was close to my job at UMCR.
I tried to connect to the advertised free internet and was told after I connected my phone that i have to pay for every other device. I went to ask the next morning. the front desk lady started screaming and telling me I do not understand english and i bought services from a third party. I showed her their website. Anyway, while on the phone I walked outside and saw that one of the guest vehicle parked in the front of the building has been vandalized. All four tires were removed and all they did was give him a number to call. I asked if I can be relocated to Greenbelt but was told no.
I packed my things and left the horrible places. This is a dump and the pictures are very deceptive. Terrible place, terrible customer service. I wish I can give a 000 score.
Do not waste your time or your money here.

I have an EXTREMELY energetic, outgoing, outspoken 2yr old with an overactive imagination who can take anything and anyplace and make it an adventure of a lifetime while making any noise and sound affects to go with it. There are two employees that went out of their way to insure not just me but other guest are well taken care of....one day Paul had a lobby full of guests and my son and I walked in for linens and as I stood in line awaiting my turn, my son went into full blown tantrum because the batteries in his toy had died to my surprise Paul kindly asked everyone in the lobby if they would excuse him so he can fix my son's toy. Everyone agreed and Paul came in the lobby with a screwdriver and batteries and fixed my son's toy then went back to the desk and continued helping the guests i thanked him and the couple he was helping at the time for allowing him to help me because I had been asked to leave the lobby by a staff member before and asked to come back alone because my son was too loud. Another employee that stood out to me was Maurice. My son and I was leaving one Saturday morning and he was out doing his rounds when he came around the corner witnessed me struggling with my bags, trash, and my son who was having a barking match with a dog across the parking lot. Maurice came and helped me with my bags and even offered to take the trash to the trash can. I thanked him and told him he didn't have to stop his job to help me his exact response was " you're welcome but helping and ensuring that the wellbeing, safety and comforbility of our guests is my job" I was so surprised that I went in and told the manager that day. And his words has stuck with me since. Nowhere is perfect but the staffs here are the closest you will get. Paul, Maurice, Danielle, Gabriel, Mr Don, and Ms Joyce's . My son JJ and I will forever be greatful to you guys for an exceptional stay.
