Fancied somewhere different for an meal and liked the reviews we had read. Exceeded expectations by a long way. The surroundings were perfect, a lovely balance between eating and dining.Hospitality was superb and the food outstanding. The attention to detail really made a difference. We had a Tomahawk steak which was cooked to perfection. You will have to go a long way to find better. We wish you well with you new venture not that you need it. Hope to be back soon with friends. Thank you.

We had a lovely one night stay here. There was limited accomodation in the area because of Silverstone, but luck had it that we found this place. Its a great play to stay, the setting is a beautiful countryside village, the food was excellent and rooms were clean and tidy with everything needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definately stay hear again.

So glad we found this place. It really is a hidden gem. Lovely peaceful location, scrupulously clean and very welcoming. Great choice of drinks, snacks and meals, the duck breast was divine. Room was spacious and just perfect for our much needed short break. We've already booked a return visit!

Really great to see the George back open and in such good hands. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a warm welcome, lovely room and great food all the way through. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and even our old dog Gypsy was spoiled rotten as well. Can’t wait to come back!
