Perfect Stay: Killer View and Ultimate in Relaxation

Went here for some rest and relaxation, and boy I got just that. David is a superb host, welcomed us personally and made sure we knew how to work the different areas and facilities in the house. There is the most detailed and thoughtful guest handbook inside the room and it will answer any question you may have, and then some. The views were perfect, bright and sunny morning, hazy afternoon and lit-up evening and stretching as far as Tagaytay on a clear day. Had the best sleep and woke up to an abundant, delicious and healthy breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to get away for a day or two.

David and the view...

I rented the two rooms, for my family and I. I saw the reviews and pictures, immediately I got excited! pictures wont do justice of the view of the Metro Manila, parts of Laguna, Cavite, and the rest of Rizal. End of January's weather brought cool breeze almost whole day. David-the host, is kind, professional, loves what he's doing. I'd love to make a 5/5 rating, if not for the one male helper that seems judgmental, or fed-up with his work. Anyway, i would still recommend and come back to this place. Add: worth every penny, you would not get the same experience anywhere else at that price.

Thanks for your review, Ljay and Amy. Sorry there was a problem with Jhener, our male helper. Jhener is actually the most hard-working helper that we've had in 9 years of living in the Philippines, so maybe there was just something on that day that was troubling him. Unfortunately I didn't see your review until today when I got a notification for the latest review, so now too much time has passed for me to identify what possibly could have been the problem on that day in January. Anyhow, enjoy your travels and hope to see you back here one day.

大宅採光良好，明亮的室內是大宅最大特色。極具空間感的客廳外，是半開放式用餐及休憩區域，可享270度無遮擋景觀，左、右覧山景，前面遠眺馬尼拉市市景。偶有天朗氣清，日落景觀更是一絕。到了晚上，一千二百萬人口的首都燈光，令人難以忘懷。每房除房門外，另有玻璃趟門出花園。花園各有吊床。房間內的傢俬用具，參照四星級酒店標準放置。大宅外的部分土地是小型農場。種有20棵果樹，包括多種熱帶水果、香草及奇花。住客可以自行遊走其中，或在屋主引領下參觀。房價已包括早餐。可選擇道地菲律賓式、美式、英式及健康素食。用餐時間具彈性，只要提前二十五分鐘通知女屋主，就可在陽台一邊觀景，一邊享用三人侍候的豐盛早餐。交通方面，雖然沒有公共交通工具抵達。只可自駕，或坐出租車，但屋主在許可情況下，會提供免費接送，往返大宅與山下。在這裏小住兩三天，可洗去城市煩囂。

Amazing Experience!

The Astley Residence is no doubt the best BnB experience I ever had. The property looks so gorgeous. It looks like the houses that I see in magazines. The view from the house is breath-taking! You can see the whole Metro Manila, Laguna de Bay, Manila Bay, and nearby provinces. I should also mention David is a great host! He made sure that we are well taken cared of.

Relaxing place to visit

I went here last saturday to have quality time with my friends. If you want to relax please visit this place you will witnessed a very good view. The hospitality of the owner (David) and his associates makes it more special plus delicious breakfast!😀
