Room had stained towels, no coffee maker and no cups to go with the ice bucket. No alarm clock in the room and when I called down for a wake up call no one called to wake me up. Went to eat at the buffet and the food wasn’t fresh and there was garbage bags left in the hall way. I understand COVID has caused issues and restrictions but that is no excuse for poor quality. For two nights my bill was over $400 and you would expect better services. I have stayed here many times with no complaints but this trip was the worse and I don’t plan on coming back

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The hotel and the casino both leave a lot to be desired, but the worst part is the service. I was asleep in bed at midnight the day I arrived. I was awakened by a knock on the door. Before I had a chance to figure out what was going on, a member of the housekeeping staff barged in. I asked her what she was doing and she asked, "Didn't you order towels?" No, I did not. She just said, "Sorry, sweetie," and left. I was freaked out that she came in my room in the middle of the night and spoke to a manager. The manager just told me that it is policy to knock three times and come in. Even in the middle of the night! Even when they have the wrong room number! They couldn't understand why this bothered me so much. I promptly checked out and will never go back. Keep in mind this was just one of many issues with this place.
