We checked in for one night from dec 26, 2014 till dec 27, 2014. I was with my family and we are a crowd of 7 people.

At first, the entrance of the resort is a souvenir and convenience shop. You won't notice its really a resort unless you go instead and inquiry for rooms.

Good thing, I saw the signage and asked for vacant room. Luckily they have a family room that could nest 8 people at an affordable price.

A room is 26-28 sqm. Air-conditioned, 4 queen sized bed, 8 towels, 8 pillows and blanket, tv, cabinet and own cr with no hot shower.

Its just an average accommodation. This resort suites to those who puts budget first rather than good ambiance and stay.

Room is very small for a price of Php1,200 per night. It has a small double bed which can only accommodate one person instead of two.

Palmolive shampoo and conditioner costs Php15.00 per sachet when regular price is only Php5.00.

It's just overpriced.

Well everything is overpriced in Alona Beach.

This is my second home. Been staying here back2back for 2 months. It got everything you need for a backpack trip. 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants everywhere and the kindest staff. This hotel is one of the last hotels owned by a local - who actually has a little danish in her. I been staying here on vacation since I was 7 years old with my family and today i'm 25 and this is still my number one place to visit in the Philippines. 100% recommended.

Beautiful place and feels very cozy and family friendly! Big rooms with a lot of space and very close to the beach and restaurants. I always live here with my friends and family. Jennifer the owner is the sweetest person and her staff is amazing!

Worse hotels I ever have been to. Don't book this hotel. No wifi in the room. No warm water in the shower. Small rooms. Bad smell in the room. Small narrow stairs, hard to carrying the suitcases. Kindly staff. The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants.

A group of 9 people, quite difficult to look for a place where all of us could stay together, we were lucky and found this guesthouse and they allowed an extra bed in the room. Great location ( 1 min to the main beach), friendly staffs, clean, reasonable. good wifi.

cheers,

We arrived at Alona Beach late at night. We are too tired to look for accommodation. The Room is Ok, the a/c is ok, but their blankets are so thin that it protects nothing from the coldness. We were in a tight budget,so we bought instant cup noodles for the night. But when we ask for the warm water, it seems they don't know what we asked for. We return back the goods and decided to eat outside. There are some preferable inns in the surroundings.
Distance from the Beach is ok.

We stayed there for a weekend last May. A 1,300 peso air conditioned room near the beachfront is a good deal. The crew was kind enough to provide us with hot water for our baby. We tried to extend for 3 hours given that we checked- in at already 5 pm but they were firm in imposing the 100 php/hour extension- kinda harsh. And the AC was not functioning well.

I had stayed 5 days in row in this resort. I just walked in the place, because it is really close to Alona beach. It seems like being run by a local family. In spite of its fantastic location, the price (a single fan room) was cheaper than other far accommodations. I spent 2 nights first, and extended my stay by 3 days more.

Staffs are kind. Very simple, basic accommodation, but clean and good service with reasonable price. I barely complain about the room, so it was good for me. But if you expect somewhat nice facility, you need to know that it is much close to B&B, not a luxury resort.
