Coastal View has large, clean rooms and lovely swimming pools. Breakfast is delicious, cooked to order, but has very limited options. I found the sausages particularly tasty.
The hotel is on the main road, with the closest restaurant about 250m away. (Aftertaste Sizzling House, with a variety of local food at good prices.) They run a shuttle bus to Alona Beach and back a few times a day.
Getting into and around the hotel is the worst part. The driveway is long and steep, made of rocks and gravel. It's nasty for pedestrians and vehicles. There are then flights of stairs to get to reception (staff carry your bags) and another 4 or 5 flights to where breakfast is served. There are no lifts or ramps anywhere. There is no wheelchair accessibility at all. Anyone with mobility issues should avoid this property.
If they pave the driveway, access will be much more comfortable and much safer.

Stayed at this hotel in March 2023 by a family with two children. Suite with high floor terrace. The room is beautiful, spacious, one bedroom. The room has two bathrooms and a bathtub by the window. It was unusual) on the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea in the distance and a view of the large pool below. Breakfast was delicious, kids took American, we took Filipino.
